基于磁致伸缩效应,利用微分干涉仪,设计了一种光纤电流传感器,可用于高精度,高灵敏度电流和磁场的测量,分析了用磁致伸缩效应实现光纤电流传感器的原理,建立了基于磁致伸缩效应传感头的数学模型,并通过实验对光纤电流传感器的输入-输出特性,直流偏置特性和精确度等进行了研究,在8-200A的电流测量范围内,测量比差约为0.5%。 相似文献

By accurately measuring the displacement between the roller surface and the optical fiber probe relative to a null position, we can test the roller wear. The whole testing method and system were introduced. Each part of the testing system was illustrated. And also a novel fiber-optic sensor with three probes in equal transverse space is adopted. Using this sensor, the effects of fluctuations in the light source, reflectivity changing of target surface and the intensity losses in the fiber lines are automatically compensated. This method offers such advantages as non-contact, no electromagnetic interference, simplicity, low cost, high sensitivity, good accuracy and stability. 相似文献

Fibre-optic magnetic sensors with magnetostrictive films are used as all-fibre Mach-Zehnder interferometer to detect the optical phase shift, which is caused by the magnetostriction-induced strains transferred from the magnetostrictive film to the fibre. A theoretical model based on the plane strain approximation and uniform axial strain is developed to determine the magneto-mechano-optical transfer relations in this kind of sensors. The expression for the model is presented as well as relation of the phase shift in the fibre to the magnetic and elastic properties of the magnetostrictive film coated on the fibre. 本文作者首次提出了一种可用于光纤传感器技术的、性能优越的新型金属包层光波导。试验和理论分析计算表明:当此圆柱形金属包层光波导的直径为200μm时,其损耗为0.06dB/mm,损耗随金属包层长度的增加而线性增加.在制做光纤传感器时,使被测参数的变化导致金属包层长度的变化;通过测量金属包层光波导的损耗就可以测出金属包层长度的变化,进而测出被测参数。由于光功率及损耗的测量原理简单、精度高、造价低,为光纤传感器提供了一种成熟、经济的测量探头,通过大量的试验和传感器试制证明具有此种探头的光纤传感器性能优越、制作方便,是一种难得的光电探头。 相似文献

数字位移传感器位移测量系统中的数字位移传感器具有高精度、高分辨率和稳定性好的特点,并且系统中SPP转RS232接口电路,解决上位机与位置反馈环节之间的传输距离短的问题。云台的一米红外太阳望远镜终端为了得到清晰的太阳光谱,将采用该位移测量系统。介绍系统的结构和位移传感器工作原理,阐述了数据采集部分SPP转RS232接口电路的硬件设计和系统的软件设计,并且进行位移测量实验。实验结果表明,该位移测量结果达到了红外太阳望远镜主镜调焦的精度和实时性要求,系统将于2009年年底投入试用。 相似文献

提出了一种基于AT89C51单片机开发的光栅位移传感器对线性位移进行测量的方法。其硬件设计包括数据采集、辨向、数据处理和数据显示。把读数头输出的信号(脉冲电信号),经过硬件电路辨向,送入计数器8253计数,利用AT89C51单片机进行信号处理,最终转换成实际的线性位移值显示出来。与其他系统相比,他的硬件电路简单,并能实现较高的位移测量精度。 相似文献
