子模型法在超大跨悬索桥钢箱梁应力分析中的应用 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
以国内第一大跨桥梁——润扬长江公路大桥南汊悬索桥为背景,在对大桥整体结构进行非线性有限元分析的基础上,运用子模型法计算了该桥扁平钢箱梁各关键部位的应力。与实测数据的对比表明:子模型法计算结果准确可靠,能够较真实的反映大桥钢箱梁在各种工况下的受力状态,是分析超大跨悬索桥钢箱梁应力水平及其分布的有效方法。最后分析了该桥钢箱梁的受力特点,为同类流线形扁平钢箱梁的应力分析和设计提供参考依据。 相似文献

以润扬大桥悬索桥为考察对象,基于实测结果研究了铺装层温度变化对钢桥面板两类焊接细节疲劳效应的影响特征。由于润扬大桥悬索桥疲劳分析模型计算单元数多且耗时大,首先利用模型参数敏感度分析方法确定钢桥面板疲劳效应简化分析模型中的敏感参数,然后利用敏感系数矩阵迭代法计算各个敏感参数的最优取值。在此基础上建立了带铺装层钢桥面板的疲劳效应简化分析模型,并考察了不同温度作用下两类典型焊接细节的疲劳效应。分析结果表明:1)两类焊接细节的日等效应力幅与钢桥面板温度存在较强的线性相关性;2)钢桥面板疲劳效应的简化分析模型为顺桥向支承在横隔板上、横桥向支承在顶板纵肋上的局部受力结构体系;3)带铺装层钢桥面板的疲劳分析方法能够准确计算车辆荷载和温度共同作用下焊接细节的疲劳效应。 相似文献

以润扬长江公路大桥南汊悬索桥(润扬悬索桥)为研究对象,首先基于ANSYS建立了该桥的三维有限元计算模型,同时基于桥址区实测风特性建立了该桥考虑桥塔风效应的三维脉动风场,在此基础上进行了该桥非线性抖振响应时域分析,重点研究了桥塔风效应对大跨度悬索桥风致抖振响应的影响。研究结果表明,主塔风效应对大跨度悬索桥主梁抖振响应的影响很小。就主塔而言,其顺桥向抖振响应受桥塔风效应的影响也很小,但横桥向抖振响应在考虑桥塔风效应时显著增加,在进行抖振响应分析时不容忽视。研究结果对大跨度悬索桥的风致抖振分析具有参考价值。 相似文献

为了解决自锚式悬索桥活载内力计算问题,按照我国著名学者李国豪教授提出的代换梁法的基本原理,分析了自锚式悬索桥和传统地锚式悬索桥的构造和受力的不同点,对自锚式悬索桥提出了新的计算模型,由此导出了因活载对主缆产生水平拉力分量的计算公式,从而解决了确定自锚式悬索桥加劲梁内力的问题。通过一座桥例的分析,用该方法所得到的计算结果与空间及平面有限元法的分析值基本吻合。因此,该方法对设计具有实用意义。 相似文献

This paper studied the effect of multiple span suspension structure on the mechanical response of bridge deck pavement, and Finite Element Analysis of stress and strain of pavement according to the bridge floor system features of super-long and high flexibility has been done. Meanwhile, the FEM results were compared with those of the single span suspension structure. Three-stage analytic hierarchy process (ahp) is developed to analyze the mechanical response including whole bridge analysis, partial beams section analysis and orthotropic plate analysis. The most unfavorable load position was determined by the numerical solutions acquired from each stage to study the main mechanical index of multiple span suspension structure. The FEM results showed that the mechanical response numerical solutions by using the three-stage ahp are greater than those by simplified boundary condition, and the force condition of multiple span suspension structure is worse than that of the single span suspension structure. 相似文献

简支梁桥多跨连续布置带来大量伸缩缝,对行车舒适性和结构维护造成不利影响,因此用连续桥面板代替伸缩缝正成为改进该类桥梁性能的一种处理方式。但是对这种部分连续的桥梁结构,其力学分析理论尚不完善,阻碍了相关的工程应用和优化。因此,针对连续桥面简支梁桥,提出了一种带边界转动弹簧的简支梁模型,弹簧刚度通过对连续桥面和相邻简支梁的拉压、弯曲和剪切分析得到。基于该模型,可以用类似于传统简支梁的分析方法,对这种非传统的桥梁结构进行静力和动力特性分析,获得该类桥梁静力变形、内力、自振频率与模态的计算公式。实例计算表明,由理论公式得到的边界转动弹簧刚度与三维有限元分析结果吻合;采用考虑边界转动弹簧的模型后,桥梁静力挠度、应变、自振频率的计算值接近实桥测试值,优于普通简支梁计算结果,因此可以用于连续桥面简支梁桥的力学分析。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the enhancement effect of asphalt concrete beams reinforced by glass fibre-reinforced plastics (GFRP). First, the Cooper fatigue test machine was used to conduct the four-point bending fatigue tests. The test results showed that the mean fatigue life of hot mixture asphalt (HMA) beams had been extended to more than 8.81 times with 3-mm thick GFRP sheets pasted on the top. Second, the stress and strian behaviour of the four-point bending fatigue test specimen was simulated by the finite element method. The results showed that flexural stiffness of HMA beams had increased significantly with GFRP sheets pasted on the top. Finally, the fatigue failure process of the HMA beam with GFRP sheet pasted on the top was predicted by the theory of damage mechanics. The predicted results matched well with those obtained in the fatigue tests.Therefore, pasting a GFRP sheet of a certain thickness on a steel bridge deck could greatly improve the overall stiffness of the pavement layer and form a kind of durable steel bridge deck surfacing structure. 摘要:大跨度悬索桥模态密集,常遇风速下存在多个模态发生涡激共振的可能。鉴于多重调谐质量阻尼器(MTMD)在减振效率和鲁棒性方面的优点,探讨了MTMD理论在大跨度钢箱梁悬索桥高阶竖向涡激振动控制中的应用。首先从Scanlan线性涡激力模型出发,在不考虑气动刚度项和气动阻尼项的条件下得到安装MTMD后的加劲梁位移频响函数。然后以加劲梁位移频响函数峰值极小值为目标函数,运用基于Matlab的遗传算法完成MTMD方案的初步参数优化设计。最后,从结构固有频率波动和结构固有阻尼比变化两方面讨论了MTMD的控制效率和鲁棒性。计算结果表明,在MTMD的初步参数优化设计中忽略气动刚度项和气动阻尼项是可行的,适当扩大MTMD的频率范围和阻尼比可以使其在减振效率和鲁棒性上达到更好的平衡,比传统调谐质量阻尼器(STMD)更适合悬索桥涡激振动控制。 相似文献

This study theoretically examined the effect of aggregate structure on the suspension shear yield stress. The aggregation process of colloidal particles was simulated using the discrete element model (DEM) combined with the well-known DLVO theory. The predicted aggregate structural characteristics, namely the coordination number and inter-particle forces were then used in a modified version of the Flatt and Bowen mechanistic model [6] to calculate the corresponding suspension yield stress. The effect of key parameters such as solid volume fraction, suspension pH and ionic strength on the aggregate structure and hence the yield stress of the suspension was investigated.The results showed that the yield stress increased significantly under conditions that were favourable for formation of complex net-like aggregate structures, such as high solid volume fractions, pH values near the iso-electric point, and high ionic strengths. In such cases, the mean coordination number reached a maximum value which was considered to be dependent on the particle size and size distribution. The suspension yield stress exhibited a power law dependency on the solid volume fraction. The interconnected network structure developed at high solid volume fractions was found to be the major contributing factor to the observed high suspension yield stress. As the particle–particle repulsion became significant, a decrease in both the number of bonds and the mechanical bonding strength of the aggregate structure was observed. That was considered to be responsible for the reduction in the suspension yield stress. The suspension yield stress became independent of the suspension ionic strength when the ionic strength exceeded the critical coagulation concentration. Satisfactory agreements were obtained between simulation results and the published experimental data. 相似文献
