Ever since fuzzy set has been introduced, several extensions have been established, such as interval‐valued fuzzy sets, Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy sets, interval‐valued Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy sets, fuzzy multisets, hesitant fuzzy sets, interval‐valued hesitant fuzzy sets, and dual hesitant fuzzy sets. In this contribution, we propose dual interval‐valued hesitant fuzzy sets, which encompass fuzzy sets and its aforementioned extensions as special cases. Because of the importance of correlation measure in data analysis, we propose an approach for deriving the correlation coefficient of dual hesitant fuzzy sets, and then extend the approach to the dual interval‐valued hesitant fuzzy set theory. We also put forward some formulas to create new correlation coefficients for fuzzy sets and its extensions in a general way. In addition, we give a practical example to illustrate the application of correlation coefficient for dual hesitant fuzzy sets in medical diagnosis.  相似文献

A hesitant fuzzy set, allowing the membership of an element to be a set of several possible values, is very useful to express people's hesitancy in daily life. In this paper, we define the distance and correlation measures for hesitant fuzzy information and then discuss their properties in detail. These measures are all defined under the assumption that the values in all hesitant fuzzy elements (the fundamental units of hesitant fuzzy sets) are arranged in an increasing order and two hesitant fuzzy elements have the same length when we compare them. We can find that the results, by using the developed distance measures, are the smallest ones among those when the values in two hesitant fuzzy elements are arranged in any permutations. In addition, the derived correlation coefficients are based on different linear relationships and may have different results. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

对于犹豫模糊元中的不同隶属度值赋予不同的权重,由此构造出一种应用范围更广、更符合实际需要的犹豫模糊集合 ----- 加权犹豫模糊集合.针对加权犹豫模糊集中的加权犹豫模糊元,定义了加权犹豫模糊集合和加权犹豫模糊元的并、交、余、数乘和幂等运算及其运算法则,并讨论它们的运算性质;同时,给出加权犹豫模糊元的得分函数和离散函数,进而给出一种比较加权犹豫模糊元的排序法则.在此基础上,提出两类集成算子:加权犹豫模糊元的加权算术平均算子和加权犹豫模糊元的加权几何平均算子,并针对专家权重(已知和未知)的两种情形,将加权犹豫模糊集合应用于群决策,给出两种基于加权犹豫模糊集合的群决策方法.最后,通过一个应用实例表明所提出的群决策方法的有效性和实用性.  相似文献

To denote the quantitative and qualitative fuzzy information simultaneously, this paper introduces a new type of fuzzy sets called uncertain linguistic hesitant fuzzy sets, which are denoted by an uncertain linguistic variable with several possible interval membership degrees. Considering the application of this type of fuzzy sets, several basic operational laws are defined, and several properties are studied. Meanwhile, an ordered relationship is introduced. Then, two types of uncertain linguistic hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators are defined. One uses additive measures, and the other is based on λ‐fuzzy measures. Then, a similarity measure is presented, by which models for the optimal weight vector are constructed. After that, an approach to uncertain linguistic hesitant fuzzy multi‐attribute decision making is developed. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating corporate environmental performance is offered to show the concrete practicality of the procedure.  相似文献

毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集,既能描述隶属度与非隶属度之和超过1、而平方和不超过1的模糊现象,又能表达决策者在隶属度和非隶属度上的犹豫不决,因此它是表达不确定现象的一个强有力工具.考虑到相关测度在统计学和管理科学中发挥着重要的作用,在模糊集、直觉模糊集以及毕达哥拉斯模糊集等相关测度基础上,研究毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集的相关测度.为此,定义毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集的信息能量、相关指标以及相关系数,证明相关系数的性质.由于决策中经常要考虑到属性权重,定义毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊集的加权相关系数,并讨论其性质.最后,通过求出每个方案与正理想方案之间的加权相关系数,实现方案的排序择优,并通过算例表明其可行性与有效性.  相似文献

The Neutrosophic set and Hesitant set are the important and effective tools to describe the uncertain information. In this paper, we combine the interval neutrosophic sets and interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets, and propose the concept of the interval neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (INHFS) in order to use the advantages of them. Then, we present the operations and comparison method of INHFS, and develop some new aggregation operators for the interval neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy information, including interval neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy generalized weighted operator, interval neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy generalized ordered weighted operator, and interval neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy generalized hybrid weighted operator, and discuss some properties. Furthermore, we propose the decision-making method for multiple attribute group decision making with interval neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy information, and give the detail decision steps. In this article, we define two new exponential operational laws about the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy set (IVPFS) and their corresponding aggregation operators. However, the exponential parameters (weights) of all the existing operational laws of IVPFSs are crisp values in IVPFS decision‐making problems. As a supplement, this paper first introduces new exponential operational laws of IVPFS, where bases are crisp values or interval numbers and exponents are interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers. The prominent characteristic of these proposed operations is studied. Based on these laws, we develop some new weighted aggregation operators, namely the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy weighted exponential averaging operator and the dual interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy weighted exponential averaging. Finally, a decision‐making approach is presented based on these operators and illustrated with some numerical examples to validate the developed approach.  相似文献

区间值对偶犹豫模糊集因其可能隶属度与可能非隶属度均采用区间的形式而更具有一般性,因而得到广泛的应用。相关系数可以用来度量两个模糊信息之间的相关关系。基于区间值对偶犹豫模糊集相关系数提出了一种新的多属性群决策方法。在对偶犹豫模糊集的基础上给出了区间值对偶犹豫模糊集的定义及其基本运算;给出了区间值对偶犹豫模糊集的相关系数的定义及相应的计算公式;构造了确定权重的优化模型;基于区间值对偶犹豫模糊集的相关系数和确定权重的优化模型,提出一种属性权重部分未知的模糊多属性群决策方法,并通过实例说明该方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

Despite of several generalizations of fuzzy set theory, the notion of hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), which permits the membership having a set of possible values, is interesting and very useful in modeling real‐life problems with anonymity. In this article, we introduce a new score function for ranking hesitant fuzzy elements (HFEs), which are the fundamental units of HFSs. Comparison with the existing score function shows that the proposed method meets all the well‐known properties of a ranking measure and has no counterintuitive examples. On the basis of the relationships between the aggregation operators for HFEs, we derive a series of interesting properties of the new score function. Finally, we apply the proposed score function to solve the hesitant fuzzy multiattribute decision‐making problems.  相似文献

In this paper, the concept of multiple‐attribute group decision‐making (MAGDM) problems with interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy information is developed, in which the attribute values are interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers and the information about the attribute weight is incomplete. Since the concept of interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets is the generalization of interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy set. Thus, due the this motivation in this paper, the concept of interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy Choquet integral average (IVPFCIA) operator is introduced by generalizing the concept of interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral average operator. To illustrate the developed operator, a numerical example is also investigated. Extended the concept of traditional GRA method, a new extension of GRA method based on interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy information is introduced. First, utilize IVPFCIA operator to aggregate all the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy decision matrices. Then, an optimization model based on the basic ideal of traditional grey relational analysis (GRA) method is established, to get the weight vector of the attributes. Based on the traditional GRA method, calculation steps for solving interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy MAGDM problems with incompletely known weight information are given. The degree of grey relation between every alternative and positive‐ideal solution and negative‐ideal solution is calculated. To determine the ranking order of all alternatives, a relative relational degree is defined by calculating the degree of grey relation to both the positive‐ideal solution and negative ideal solution simultaneously. Finally, to illustrate the developed approach a numerical example is to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

Hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set (HFLTS) is a very useful technology in dealing with decision‐making problems where people have hesitancy in providing their linguistic assessments. Distinct methods have been developed to aid decision making with HFLTSs, yet there is little research involving the issue that how to deal with the multigranularity hesitant fuzzy linguistic information. The aim of this paper is to develop the aggregation method for multigranularity hesitant fuzzy linguistic information and solve the linguistic group decision problem with different linguistic term sets. To do so, we first modify the translation functions and aggregation operators in the existing 2‐tuple linguistic representation models so as to aggregate linguistic terms from different linguistic term sets. Then, we introduce the notion of hesitant 2‐tuple sets to make computation of HFLTSs without loss of information, and develop some new operators to aggregate HFLTSs from different linguistic term sets. Using these operators, we propose a method to deal with multigranularity linguistic group decision‐making problems with different situations where importance weights of either criteria or experts are known or unknown. Finally, the multigranularity linguistic group decision‐making model is implemented to the healthcare waste treatment in West China Hospital to validate its effectiveness and efficiency in aiding decision‐making process.  相似文献

As a fuzzy set extension, the hesitant set is effectively used to model situations where it is allowable to determine several possible membership degrees of an element to a set due to the ambiguity between different values. We first introduce some new operational rules of hesitant fuzzy sets based on the Hamacher t-norm and t-conorm, in which a family of hesitant fuzzy Hamacher operators is proposed for aggregating hesitant fuzzy information. Some basic properties of these proposed operators are given, and the relationships between them are shown in detail. We further discuss the interrelations between the proposed aggregation operators and the existing hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators. Applying the proposed hesitant fuzzy operators, we develop a new technique for hesitant fuzzy multicriteria decision making problems. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed technique is illustrated by mean of a practical example.  相似文献

The generalized ordered weighted averaging (GOWA) operators are a new class of operators, which were introduced by Yager (Fuzzy Optim Decision Making 2004;3:93–107). However, it seems that there is no investigation on these aggregation operators to deal with intuitionistic fuzzy or interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. In this paper, we first develop some new generalized aggregation operators, such as generalized intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator, generalized intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator, generalized intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid averaging operator, generalized interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator, generalized interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator, generalized interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid average operator, which extend the GOWA operators to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are both intuitionistic fuzzy sets that are characterized by a membership function and a nonmembership function, and interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, whose fundamental characteristic is that the values of its membership function and nonmembership function are intervals rather than exact numbers, and study their properties. Since hesitant fuzzy set was proposed, multi‐attribute decision making (MADM) with hesitant fuzzy information, which is also called hesitant fuzzy MADM, has been a hot research topic in decision theory. This paper investigates a special kind of hesitant fuzzy MADM problems in which the decision data are expressed by several possible values, and the evaluative attributes are in different priority levels. Firstly, we introduce the definitions of hesitant fuzzy t‐norm and t‐conorm by extending the notions of t‐norm and t‐conorm to the hesitant fuzzy environment and explore their constructions by means of t‐norms and t‐conorms. Then motivated by the prioritized “or” operator (R. R. Yager, Prioritized aggregation operators, International Journal of Approximate Reasoning 2008;48:263–274), we develop the typical hesitant fuzzy prioritized “or” operator based on the developed hesitant fuzzy t‐norms and t‐conorms. In this operator, the degree of satisfaction of each alternative in each priority level is derived from a hesitant fuzzy t‐conorm to preserve trade‐offs among the attributes in the same priority level, and the priority weights of attributes are induced by a hesitant fuzzy t‐norm to model the prioritization relationship among attributes. Furthermore, we apply the developed typical hesitant fuzzy prioritized “or” operator to solving the MADM problems in which the decision data are expressed by several possible values and the attributes are in different priority levels. In addition, two numerical examples are given to, respectively, illustrate the applicability and superiority of the developed aggregation operator by comparative analyses with previous research.  相似文献

犹豫模糊语言术语集结合了模糊语言方法与犹豫模糊集的优势, 常应用于定性环境下的群决策中. 基于犹豫模糊语言关系, 提出双论域上的犹豫模糊语言多粒度粗糙集. 在该粗糙集中, 定义了双论域上的乐观和悲观犹豫模糊语言多粒度粗糙集, 并讨论了其相关性质. 在此基础上提出以人岗匹配为背景的决策模型, 并用算例阐述了所提出模型的有效性. 结果表明, 该模型不仅可以处理定性环境下的语言信息, 而且可以结合不同专家的意见给出最终决策结果, 为人岗匹配提供一种新思路.  相似文献

This paper puts forward a new ranking method for multiple attribute decision‐making problems based on interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IIFS) theory. First, the composed ordered weighted arithmetic averaging operator and composed ordered weighted geometric averaging operator are extended to the IIFSs in which they are, respectively, named interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy composed ordered weighted arithmetic averaging (IIFCOWA) operator and interval‐valued intuitionistic composed ordered weighted geometric averaging (IIFCOWG) operator. Afterwards, to compare interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, we define the concepts of the maximum, the minimum, and ranking function. Some properties associated with the concepts are investigated. Using the IIFCOWA or IIFCOWG operator, we establish the detailed steps of ranking alternatives (or attributes) in multiple attribute decision making. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to show that the proposed ranking method is feasible in multiple attribute decision making.  相似文献
