将聚合物熔体和低速热空气均视作不可压流体,针对一聚苯乙烯(PS)片材的全气体辅助挤出,建立了描述其气体-熔体两相分层流动的三维有限元模型,采用黏弹应力分离法(EVSS)和非协调流线迎风法(SU)等有限元方法,利用PolyFlow求解器对气体辅助流道中气体和熔体流动进行了计算,分析了熔体截面变化的规律及原因。研究结果表明:气体辅助流道内,气体对熔体有拖曳作用;沿挤出方向,熔体速度逐渐增大,而截面积逐渐减小,都在口模出口面上达到极值,同时截面形状有微小改变;口模出口面上熔体沿挤出方向的速度随入口气体体积流率的增大而近似线性增大,熔体截面积则近似线性减小。 相似文献

借鉴宏观熔体的流变学理论和建模技术,针对微尺度流道中的聚合物熔体流动特性,采用模型修正方法,建立反映微小通道中熔体流动特性的理论模型.同时,应用数值模拟方法,研究微尺度粘度、壁面滑移和熔体与模具间的表面传热系数对微小熔体流动的影响关系,并与相关试验数据进行比较.结果表明,微流道中的熔体粘度明显小于传统理论下的粘度值,且与微流道的特征尺寸成正比.随微流道特征尺寸减小,滑移系数也明显减小,壁面滑移速度则增大.考虑局部表面传热系数时微流道中的熔体温度分布具有尺寸效应.微尺度流道中的熔体流动行为与宏观熔体有许多不同. 相似文献

普通齿轮泵流量品质差,径向力大,不宜在熔体挤出对流量品质要求高的场合中应用,提出了一种适用熔体挤出的齿轮泵。应用数学分析和举例进行MTLAB软件模拟的方法,理论分析了熔体齿轮泵在4种不同齿数特征条件下的啮合位移,叠加运动规律和相应条件下流量均匀性;利用MATLAB软件模拟4种齿数条件下,流量脉动系数相应的变化规律。结果表明:当主动轮齿数Z1=4k时,其流量脉动系数及流量脉动频率与普通外啮合齿轮泵相同;当主动轮齿数Z1=4k+1和Z1=4k+3时,其流量特性基本相同,并且其流量脉动系数较普通外啮合泵有明显提高,流量脉动频率大约是普通外啮合齿轮泵的8倍;当主动轮齿数Z1=4k+2时,其流量脉动系数较普通外啮合泵有明显提高,流量脉动频率大约是普通外啮合齿轮泵的2倍。 相似文献

Natural convection in a liquefied natural gas storage tank, which is caused by the heat absorption from the surrounding environment, is studied numerically by solving the conservation equations for mass, momentum, and energy with a commercial computational fluid dynamics code, FLUENT. The present numerical results show that the interfacial heat transfer rate, which is directly related to the boil-offgas generation rate, strongly depends on the liquid-solid contact area. The contribution of the heat transfer rate from the vapor region is negligible compared with that from the liquid region. The effects of the external convection coefficient, tank size, and tank shape on the flow and temperature fields and on the interfacial heat flux are quantified. 相似文献

This research investigates the effects of piston cooling jet (PCJ) on the temperature and heat transfer of a piston. A numerical model was developed by using the computational fluid dynamic approach in which the fluid and solid domains of the piston were coupled in a three-dimensional space. Two-phase flow of oil and air was also simulated. This method was used to analyze the effects of oil velocity and piston position on the heat transfer coefficient at the bottom of the piston as the new outcomes of this study. For the experiment, combustion heat flux on the piston was simulated in a test rig, and numerical results were validated. The results showed a linear relation between the oil jet velocity and the average of heat transfer coefficient at the bottom of the piston, and a periodic correlation between the piston’s vertical position and the average of heat transfer coefficient. The average of the piston crown temperature could be reduced to about 70 K by using the PCJ system, but this cooling method could create 50 K temperature gradient in the piston. 相似文献

基于电磁学理论和流体力学理论,建立熔化极气体保护焊(Gas metal arc welding,GMAW)双丝焊焊接电弧等离子体三维数学模型,利用流体力学软件Fluent对其进行求解。重点研究焊接电流对GMAW双丝焊电弧等离子体行为的影响规律,获得了电弧温度、电流密度、热通量、磁场分布等结果。研究发现,随着焊接电流的变化,电弧等离子体形状变化显著。随着焊接电流的增大,电弧最高温度和电弧偏转角随之增大,电流密度和工件表面热通量由双峰分布转变为单峰分布,并且热通量峰值随焊接电流的增大而增大。此外,随着焊接电流的增大,磁感应强度和磁场力随之最大,磁场分布由独立两个磁场向耦合磁场转变。为有效、定量地证明模拟结果准确性,开展焊接试验,利用高速摄像监测电弧行为,利用光谱测温测量电弧温度。结果表明模拟结果同试验结果吻合良好,研究结果为合理选择GMAW双丝焊焊接电流参数提供理论依据。 相似文献

Inverse analysis is a method for determining material parameters by minimizing the difference between experimental and the finite element (FE) simulated results, such as the load-stroke curve and barreling shape of a deformed specimen using an optimum design technique. In this study, ring compression tests were conducted to predict the flow stress of materials and interfacial friction conditions. Cylinder compression tests were conducted under the same process conditions to estimate the validity of the data obtained from the ring compression tests. By comparing the experimental results with the FE simulated results, it was confirmed that flow stress and the interfacial friction condition obtained from the ring compression tests, as well as their inverse analysis, are quite reasonable. The validity of both the flow stress function and the interfacial friction condition using the above procedures was verified by the experiments. 相似文献

为了了解不同的设计参数对于换热器性能的影响,本文通过建立流体力学三维模型模拟了管长60200m的地埋管换热器性能。研究结果显示,流体进口温度、流体速度和初始地下温度都对换热器性能有显著的影响,考虑到热通量和压降2个因素,推荐流速为0.5m/s。回填物和土壤的密度及比热对性能的影响小于导热率的影响。文中开发了一个简单的数学模型用于预测回填物和土壤,比热和导热率以及热通量的影响,预测结果与CFD结果高度符合。当换热器的长度从60m增加到200m,热通量下降,影响半径也变小。 相似文献

用CFD软件FLUENT对散热器常用的平翅片和波纹翅片表面的流体流动及换热过程进行了数值模拟,获得了翅片表面的流场、温度场、压力场以及换热量、换热系数的变化规律。模拟结果表明在相同气流量的条件下,波纹翅片的压力损失比平翅片的大,平均表面换热系数及换热量均比平翅片的高,翅片的形状结构对流场分布和强化换热效果的影响较大。 相似文献

在恒温型热线风速测量系统中,当放大器增益、热线工作过热比、惠斯通桥臂电阻和偏置电压等参量配置不当时,恒温型控制回路会进入失效状态使系统不能正常工作。本文分别对上述参量引起热线风速测量系统失效的机理进行了仿真研究,结果表明:惠斯通桥臂电阻确定了系统固有稳定工作区的大小,当热线工作过热比和放大器增益配置点进入固有稳定工作区时,系统在任何工况下均能稳定工作,否则在其他参量配置不当时就会失效;提高偏置电压能使系统脱离失效状态恢复正常工作。因此,提出了基于偏置电压的恒温型热线风速测量系统稳定性控制方法。试验结果表明,基于偏置电压的稳定性控制方法能有效避免系统失效,且调节过程简单,便于提高恒温型热线风速测量系统的测量性能。 相似文献

An analysis of the oil permeation from micro oil pits under the influence of bulk plastic flow has been developed. A series of rolling experiments was conducted and the experimental results were analyzed. It is found that the bulk strain rate can reduce the resistance of asperity to permeation and change the surface finish significantly. The influence of strain rate on the nondimensional specific permeation flux, which is defined as the permeation flux per unit relative sliding velocity and width of oil pit, is also studied. The average nondimensional specific permeation flux increases rapidly with increasing strain rate. For small reduction where the interfacial pressure is small, it is easy for the lubricant to seep into the contact area. The nondimensional specific permeation flux is therefore higher for smaller reduction and is saturated when the strain rate becomes sufficiently high. 相似文献
