液-液喷射器不同进料方式下混合过程的CFD模拟   总被引:1,自引:3,他引:1  
利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件CFX5对液-液喷射器混合段物料的混合性能进行了模拟,确定了工作流体和引射流体都平行于混合管轴线进料时物料完全混合所需的混合管长度,并分析了三种不同进料方式:(1)工作流体和引射流体都与混合段轴线平行进料;(2)工作流体与混合段轴线平行进料,引射流体与轴线成30°进料;(3)引射流体与混合段轴线平行进料,工作流体与轴线成30°,对混合管内混合过程的影响,结果表明,工作流体和引射流体都与混合段轴线平行进料时混合效果最好。  相似文献

An efficient finite difference calculation procedure for three-dimensional recirculating flows is presented. The algorithm is based on a coupled solution of the three-dimensional momentum and continuity equations in primitive variables by the multigrid technique. A symmetrical coupled Gauss-Seidel technique is used for iterations and is observed to provide good rates of smoothing. Calculations have been made of the fluid motion in a three-dimensional cubic cavity with a moving top wall. The efficiency of the method is demonstrated by performing calculations at different Reynolds numbers with finite difference grids as large as 66 × 66 × 66 nodes. The CPU times and storage requirements for these calculations are observed to be very modest. The algorithm has the potential to be the basis for an efficient general-purpose calculation procedure for practical fluid flows.  相似文献

To increase customer satisfaction, quality function deployment is used to translate customer needs into technical design requirements (DRs). Determination of DRs for product development is very important because these requirements are the vital keys to successful products. The methods used to evaluate DRs in the literature can be categorized into multicriteria evaluation methods such as scoring methods, the analytic hierarchy method, analytic network process, and so forth. There are few papers using fuzzy multi‐attribute outranking methods to evaluate DRs. This article aims to compare the results of three different fuzzy outranking methods to evaluate the DRs in the PVC windows industry. 针对定常楔形角方法生成的乘波体外形,直接通过CFD计算得到其外部粘性流场进而得到升阻比,然后应用遗传算法,以最大升阻比为目标,得到了一组优化的外形参数.分别用Gambit和Fluent的命令行接口进行网格划分和实际的流场计算.为了实现计算过程的自动化,通过matlab和bash脚本编程黏合起这些过程.最后,针对得到的优化外形,计算了不同来流马赫数和攻角下的流场并分析了升力系数、阻力系数以及升阻比随马赫数和攻角变化趋势,得到了一些有趣的规律.  相似文献

With rapid growth in the online music market, music recommendation has become an active research area. In most current approaches, content-based recommendation methods play an important role. Estimation of similarity between music content is the key to these approaches. A distance formula is used to calculate the music distance measure, and music recommendations are provided based on this measure. However, people have their own unique tastes in music. This paper proposes a method to calculate a personalized distance measure between different pieces of music based on user preferences. These methods utilize a randomized algorithm, a genetic algorithm, and genetic programming. The first two methods are based on Euclidean distance calculation, where the weight of each music feature in the distance calculation approximates user perception. The third method is not limited to Euclidean distance calculation. It generates a more complex distance function to estimate a user’s music preferences. Experiments were conducted to compare the distance functions calculated by the three methods, and to compare and evaluate their performance in music recommendation.  相似文献

The acoustic field of a cold single stream jet at Mach number 0.9 and Reynolds number 3600 is determined via computational aeroacoustics (CAA) methods. The jet computation of the acoustical field is performed by two hybrid approaches using a large-eddy simulation (LES) for the flow field and various systems of equations for the acoustical field to construct a robust, efficient, and reliable LES/CAA solver. The acoustic equations are the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings equation (FWH) in the frequency domain and the acoustic perturbation equations (APE). The pronounced impact of the data windowing and the radial and streamwise extension of the integration surface on the directivity of the FWH solution is discussed at length. The comparison with available experimental and numerical results at similar flow conditions based on the noise characteristics in the near field shows the solution of the APE system to match the results of the direct LES more accurately than the FWH approach. The APE solution is less susceptible to the size of the source term region than the FWH approach to the location of the source surface. In conjunction with the APE formulation the LES domain can be chosen smaller than for the FWH ansatz resulting in less computational cost for the jet flow. The dominant source term in the APE system for cold jet noise is shown to be the Lamb vector.  相似文献

Abstract— The primary goal of this study was to find a measurement method for motion blur which is easy to carry out and gives results that can be reproduced from one lab to another. This method should be able to also take into account methods for reduction of motion blur such as backlight flashing. Two methods have been compared. The first method uses a high‐speed camera that permits us to directly picture the blurred‐edge profile. The second one exploits the mathematical analysis of the motion‐blur formation to construct the blurred‐edge profile from the temporal step response. 对传统大M法进行改进,若计算检验数的表达式中含有M则只计算含有M的部分,从而简化计算,迭代过程中当人工变量由基变量变为非基变量时,直接去掉人工变量部分的表格然后继续计算,从而再一次降低计算量。借鉴两阶段法的优点进一步给出了无需给出大M的迭代算法,此法不会破坏目标函数的一致性,而且可以避免传统大M法在利用计算机求解时由于M值的选取不当所导致的计算错误。  相似文献

The evaluation of feature selection methods for text classification with small sample datasets must consider classification performance, stability, and efficiency. It is, thus, a multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Yet there has been few research in feature selection evaluation using MCDM methods which considering multiple criteria. Therefore, we use MCDM-based methods for evaluating feature selection methods for text classification with small sample datasets. An experimental study is designed to compare five MCDM methods to validate the proposed approach with 10 feature selection methods, nine evaluation measures for binary classification, seven evaluation measures for multi-class classification, and three classifiers with 10 small datasets. Based on the ranked results of the five MCDM methods, we make recommendations concerning feature selection methods. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the used MCDM-based method in evaluating feature selection methods.  相似文献

The extended full-potential (FPX) helicopter rotor computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code of Fortran in its reduced two-dimensional version is successfully converted into a parallel version for multiprocessing. The FPX code with an internal grid generator solves the compressible full-potential equation using an approximately factored finite-difference scheme with added numerous physical modeling enhancements, including viscous boundary layers, shock-induced entropy corrections and wake-vortex embedding. The parallel version of the code uses open multi-processing (OpenMP) directives as parallel programming tool in shared-memory (SM) environment. The OpenMP code is portable and scalable, which can run on various computer platforms including UNIX platforms and Windows NT platforms. The performance study of the parallel code on SGI Origin 2000 UNIX platform is made. The results show that reasonable speedups through parallelization are obtained and that OpenMP is easy to use and an efficient parallel programming tool for the present problem.  相似文献

In this paper, finned type heat exchangers with different fin dimensions in the exhaust of a gasoline engine are modeled numerically for improving the exhaust energy recovery. RNG k-ε viscous model is used and the results are compared with available experimental data presented by Lee and Bae (Int J Therm Sci 47:468–478, 2008) where a good agreement is observed. Also, the effect of fin numbers, fin length and three water-based nanofluid coolants (TiO2, Fe2O3 and CuO) on the heat recovery efficiency are investigated in different engine loads. As a main outcome, results show that increasing the fin numbers and using TiO2-water as cold fluid are the most effective methods for heat recover. Furthermore, an optimization analysis is performed to find the best fins dimensions using response surface methodology.  相似文献

用CFD模拟和电导率实验研究结晶过程。重点在不同进料位置对结晶过程的影响。CFD模拟采用FLUENT软件研究结晶器内部搅拌混合过程,分析各点的速度变化;电导率实验利用电导率仪测定搅拌过程中各点的电导率变化。CFD模拟顶部进料时收敛时间为0.75 s,底部为0.25 s;电导率实验顶部进料混合时间为40 s,中部为30 s,底部为20 s。模拟结果和实验结果都表明:以底部进料的混合时间为最短。  相似文献

The author analytically proves that the simplest fuzzy controllers using different inference methods are different nonlinear proportional-integral (PI) controllers with proportional-gains and integral-gains changing with inputs of the controllers. The inference methods involved are Mamdani's minimum inference method, Larsen's product inference method, the drastic product inference method and the bounded product inference method. Configuration of the fuzzy controllers is minimal, which includes two input fuzzy sets, three output fuzzy sets, four control rules, Zadeh fuzzy logic AND, Lukasiewicz fuzzy logic OR and a center of gravity defuzzification algorithm. After analytically investigating properties of the nonlinear PI controllers, the author reveals that the bounded product inference method is inappropriate for the control purpose while the other three inference methods are appropriate. Dynamic and static control behaviors of the fuzzy controllers with the appropriate inference methods are analytically compared with each other, and are also compared with those of the linear PI controller. Finally, it is analytically proven that the fuzzy control systems have the same local stability at the equilibrium point as the corresponding linear PI control system does.  相似文献

Hull-form stochastic optimization methods are presented and evaluated for resistance reduction and operational efficiency (operability), addressing stochastic sea state and operations. The cost/benefit analysis of the optimization procedure is presented by comparison of four hierarchical problems, from stochastic most general to deterministic least general. The parent hull is a high-speed catamaran, with geometrical constraints for maximum variation of length, beam, draft, and displacement. Problem 1 is used as a benchmark for the evaluation of the other problem formulations and is defined as a multi-objective stochastic optimization for resistance and operability, considering stochastic sea state and speed, but limited to head waves. Problem 2 is a multi-objective stochastic optimization for resistance and motions at fixed sea state and speed. Problem 3 is a multi-objective deterministic optimization for resistance and motions using a single regular wave at fixed speed. Problem 4 is a single-objective deterministic optimization for calm-water resistance at fixed speed. The design optimization is based on hull-form modifications by the Karhunen-Loève expansion of a free-form deformation, URANS-based CFD simulations, regular wave approximations for irregular waves, metamodels and multi-objective particle swarm. The design optimization achieves an 8.7, 23, 53, and 10% average improvements for problems 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Comparing to problem 1, problem 2, 3, 4 optimized designs have average performances 1, 2.1 and 1.7% worse, respectively. The most efficient problem, from the computational cost/benefit viewpoint, is problem 3. Nevertheless, problem 1 is needed to evaluate and compare the stochastic performance of the designs and finally assess the optimization cost/benefit.  相似文献

A computational investigation of the effects on parallel performance of higher-order accurate schemes was carried out on two different computational systems: a traditional CPU based MPI cluster and a system of four Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) controlled by a single quad-core CPU. The investigation was based on the solution of the level set equations for interface tracking using a High-Order Upstream Central (HOUC) scheme. Different variants of the HOUC scheme were employed together with a 3rd-order TVD Runge–Kutta time integration. An increase in performance of two orders of magnitude was seen when comparing a single CPU core to a single GPU with a greater increase at higher orders of accuracy and at lower precision.  相似文献

A software system utilizing dBASE-II operating on a dual-drive Apple II+ computer is described. Color factors and retention times for 15 amino acids and epsilon-(gamma-glutamyl)lysine dipeptide are calculated following high performance liquid chromatography. The software package produces a listing of acceptable limits for these parameters calculated as plus and minus 2 standard deviations of the mean. The code is distributed in source form.  相似文献
