We have studied the structural, electrical, optical, and optoelectronic properties of N-doped and Al-N co-doped ZnO films grown by sol–gel technique. Both the undoped and doped films have a hexagonal wurtzite-type structure. The undoped film shows a very low electron concentration. The N-doped film exhibits an anomalous conduction type, while the Al-N co-doped film shows relatively stable p-type conduction. Though the transparency in the visible region is retained in the doped films, its optical qualities are degraded as indicated by photoluminescence results. The N-doped film has better response to ultraviolet light compared with the undoped and co-doped films. These results are important for the growth and development of p-type ZnO films using the very low-cost sol–gel method.  相似文献

能量损失谱仪是近几年发展起来的一种新的元素分析仪(1)。它的主要优点是能够有效地分析轻元素。这一优点是能谱仪和波谱仪所不能比拟的。到目前为止,利用该仪器对固体样品进行元素分析还很少见。本文利用能量损失谱仪对矿物样品进行了B,C,N元素测定,得到了比较理想的结果。试验仪器是日本产H—800透射电镜所附带的能量损失谱仪,其型号为H—8020。光路原理示于图1。  相似文献

(Na,K,Li)(Nb,Sb)O3无铅压电陶瓷的性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用传统的固相反应法和普通烧结工艺,制备了A位和B位复合的(Na0.5+xK0.44Li0.06–x)Nb0.95Sb0.05O3(x=0,0.006,0.012)系无铅压电陶瓷样品,并对样品的压电、机电性能进行了研究。结果表明:该陶瓷系列具有很高的压电应变常数(x=0.006时d33=243pC/N)、低的介质损耗(tanδ<2×10–2)、较高的机电耦合系数(x=0.012时,k33=0.632)、高的铁电顺电相变温度(tC约400℃)。这些性能显示了它是一种替代铅基PZT的具有很好应用前景的无铅压电陶瓷。  相似文献

The omnipotent Li–ion battery charger with multimode control and polarity reversible techniques is presented in this article. The proposed chip is fabricated with TSMC 0.35μm 2P4M complementary metal-oxide- semiconductor processes, and the chip area including pads is 1.5 × 1.5 mm2. The structure of the omnipotent charger combines three charging modes and polarity reversible techniques, which adapt to any Li–ion batteries. The three reversible Li–ion battery charging modes, including trickle-current charging, large-current charging and constant-voltage charging, can charge in matching polarities or opposite polarities. The proposed circuit has a maximum charging current of 300 mA and the input voltage of the proposed circuit is set to 4.5 V. The maximum efficiency of the proposed charger is about 91% and its average efficiency is 74.8%. The omnipotent charger can precisely provide the charging current to the battery.  相似文献

Amorphous carbon (a-C) films and amorphous carbon films incorporating with the nitrogen (a-C∶N) were deposited on silicon substrates in a radio-frequency driven plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition system, while the surface electrical properties of films were investigated by electrochemical capacitance-voltage measurements. It was examined the effect of the interface defects on the properties and deduced that the conducting type of a-C∶N films was n-type. Subsequently, a comparative studies of a-C and a-C∶N films were performed by photoluminescence spectra depending on the temperature. With the decrease of the temperature, the main band with peak energy of 2.48 eV in the a-C∶N films was more intense compared with the other three bands caused by amorphous C in the a-C films.  相似文献

Small molecular Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with high efficiency composed of 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-l,10-phenanthroline (BCP) and N, N%bis-(1-naphthyl)-N, N′,bipheny1-l,1′-biphenyl-4,4′- diamine (NPB) as an electron transporting layer and an emitting layers respectively were studied. Two devices of indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/NPB/BCP/8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq3)/Mg:Ag and ITO/NPB/BCP/ Mg:Ag with unique simple structure were fabricated. The luminance-voltage and current density-voltage characteristics of devices were investigated. The results demonstrated that the maximum luminance of the double and triple-layer devices is 11500cd/m^2 and 5000 cd/m2 at 15V, respectively. The maximum luminous power efficiency is 1.21m/W at the luminance of 300cd/m^2 and the luminous efficiency of 2.7cd/A. The peak of Electroluminescence (EL) spectrum locates at 433nm and the Commissions Internationale d'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates are (0.18, 0.17), which is consistent with the Photoluminescent (PL) spectrum of NPB. The bright blue light emission is independent on the variation of bias voltage. The diversity of device performance with two different structures was discussed.  相似文献

We have studied an organic photovoltaic cell based on an efficient donor/acceptor combination of pentacene/N,N′-dioctyl-3,4,9,10-perylenedicarboximide (PTCDI-C8) heterojunctions. Photocurrent spectra exhibited excellent light harvesting throughout the visible spectrum with maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of ~60%. PTCDI-C8 layer provided significant contribution to the photocurrent due to its strong absorption properties and efficient exciton dissociation at pentacene/PTCDI-C8 interface. Power conversion efficiency of about 1.2% has been achieved under AM 1.5 illumination. The device showed a low series resistance of 18 Ω cm2 and a high shunt resistance of 2.5  cm2, resulting in a high fill factor of 65%.  相似文献
