利用还原焙烧技术将内蒙古某混合稀土精矿中铁矿物还原为金属单质,经过磁选分离实现了铁与稀土、铌等元素的高效分离及富集。通过单因素实验考察了还原温度、焙烧时间、配碳量条件对还原焙烧效果的影响,以及不同焙烧温度下稀土和铌富集、回收的情况。在焙烧温度1 175℃,焙烧时间90 min,配碳量C/O为1.5的优化条件下,铁金属化率达到92.52%,磁性物中铁品位为89.71%,铁回收率为92.12%,而非磁性物中铌品位及回收率为3.85%和87.92%;稀土品位及回收率达到7.15%和88.23%。 相似文献

白云鄂博地区稀土尾矿中主要有价矿物为磁铁矿、赤铁矿、氟碳铈矿、独居石、萤石和少量铌矿物。其中TFe(全铁)、REO(稀土氧化物)、Nb_2O_5、CaF_2含量(质量分数)分别约达到27.67%,6.02%,0.16%,24.63%。有价组分嵌布粒度细,有价组分相互之间以及与脉石矿物的嵌布特征复杂。根据尾矿的矿物学性质,采用铁、稀土、铌与萤石强磁选-稀土、萤石分别浮选浮选-铌铁还原焙烧-弱磁选工艺对铁、稀土、铌和萤石4种组分进行综合回收,并对联合流程中的各工艺参数进行优化,最终能够分别得到4种精矿产品。TFe,REO,Nb_2O_5和CaF_2的回收率分别为80.04%,36.91%,49.82%和75.67%。铁(TFe)、稀土(REO)、铌(Nb_2O_5)和萤石(CaF_2)的品位分别达到74.79%,30.12%,0.2410%和80.08%。 相似文献

利用锯末为焙烧高炉灰提供还原气氛,回收高炉灰中的铁,在绿色节能的同时实现高炉灰资源化利用。通过响应曲面法设计分析了焙烧温度、焙烧时间和还原剂配比对磁选精矿中铁品位、回收率的影响,并建立自变量与响应值间的数学预测模型,确定了磁化焙烧回收高炉灰中铁的最优工艺条件:焙烧温度686.65℃、焙烧时间25.03 min、还原剂配比1:8.6,在此条件下得到预测磁性铁品位68.325%、回收率90.945%,试验验证值与模型预测值相差在0.3%以内,表明该模型优化结果可靠,可应用于锯末磁化焙烧高炉灰提铁过程。 相似文献

采用矿物自动分析仪(MLA)查明了四川牦牛坪稀土矿的矿物组成、嵌布粒度特征,对比分析了主要矿物的密度、莫氏硬度、比磁化系数和磁性的工艺特性差异,利用湿式高梯度强磁选-重选-浮选的组合工艺进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:主要稀土矿物氟碳铈矿粒度多在1.28~0.04 mm范围内,具有顺磁性,而重晶石、萤石、正长石和石英呈现非磁性,此磁性差异是强磁选能预先富集的关键矿物学因素。通过实验确定最佳工艺条件和结果为:在-1.0 mm粒径,1.0 T背景场强下湿式强磁选粗选,强磁选精矿分级成3个粒级物料,-1.0~+0.4 mm物料进行粗砂摇床重选,-0.4+0.074和-0.074 mm物料分别进行细砂摇床重选,各重选中矿合并,在0.6 T背景场强下湿式强磁选精选,磁选精矿与重选精矿合并,获得REO品位65.49%,回收率67.80%的磁重稀土精矿;磁选精选中矿与摇床尾矿合并成REO 2.10%的稀土中矿,在磨矿细度-0.043 mm占70%,pH 8~9,水玻璃用量714 g·t~(-1)原矿,捕收剂GSY 1033 g·t~(-1)原矿下进行常温浮选,获得REO品位67.84%,回收率15.46%的浮选稀土精矿;两种稀土精矿REO平均品位65.93%,总回收率83.26%。 相似文献

研究了添加剂对低品位稀土铌铁粗精矿还原焙烧过程中Fe与稀土、Nb分离的影响。结果表明,31.9%TFe、3.16%REO、2.91%Nb_2O_5的稀土铌铁粗精矿直接还原焙烧,磁性物Fe品位仅为54.45%,非磁性物中稀土和Nb的回收率仅为44.28%和62.65%。添加15%Na_2SO_4、5%活性炭进行还原焙烧效果最好,产物中磁性物质Fe品位为89.32%,Fe回收率为91.47%,非磁性物质中REO、Nb_2O_5含量分别为5.36%、4.62%,其回收率分别达到96.09%和95.83%。微观结构研究结果表明,未加添加剂时,焙烧产物中Fe颗粒细小,且与其他矿物界限不清晰,大部分稀土、Nb晶粒聚集程度较弱,晶粒间结合不紧密,分选效果不理想。在Na_2SO_4和活性炭的协同作用下,还原焙烧产物中Fe、稀土和Nb晶粒均聚集长大,Fe与稀土、Nb和脉石矿物间界限分明,利于分离。 相似文献
