介绍了差动变压器位移传感器的结构和原理,分析了零点残余电压产生的原因以及对差动变压器位移传感器灵敏度、线性度、精度的影响,并给出了有效的解决方法。应用LabVIEW对差动变压器副边线圈的差动输出信号进行检相、滤波等处理。结果表明:与其他检测方法相比,该差动变压器位移传感器具有更高的灵敏度和更良好的线性度。 相似文献

针对现有倾角传感器分辨力不足、精度不高、线性度差等问题,设计了一种使用柔性铰链连接极板和外框架进行角度传递的差动电容式倾角传感器,兼具稳定性好和分辨力高、线性度好的优点,提出了在检测能力一定的情况下通过改变结构参数获得不同分辨力和量程的倾角传感器设计方法,分析了差动式电容极板测倾角原理并进行了线性度评定,构建了结构参数对传递灵敏系数的影响模型,根据选择的结构参数设计了传感器并结合数字电容检测电路进行了验证,实验结果表明在±1000″量程范围内分辨力优于0.14″,测量误差小于±2″,线性度优于0.17%。 相似文献

A non-contact speckle correlation sensor for the measurement of robotic tool speed is described that is capable of measuring the in-plane relative velocities between a robot end-effector and the workplace or other surface. The sensor performance has been assessed in the laboratory with sensor accuracies of ±0.01 mm/s over a ±70 mm/s velocity range. The effect of misalignment of the sensor on the robot was assessed for variation in both working distance and angular alignment with sensor accuracy maintained to within 0.025 mm/s (<0.04%) over a working distance variation of ±5 mm from the sensor design distance and ±0.4 mm/s (0.6%) for a misalignment of 5°. The sensor precision was found to be limited by the peak fitting accuracy used in the signal processing with peak errors of ±0.34 mm/s. Finally an example of the sensor’s application to robotic manufacturing is presented where the sensor was applied to tool speed measurement for path planning in the wire and arc additive manufacturing process using a KUKA KR150 L110/2 industrial robot. 相似文献

An oxygen optical sensor with two luminophores embedded in a polymeric matrix was prepared. The aim was to improve oxygen quantification by optimizing precision in the whole concentration range. The two luminophores behaved as if they were independent giving to the sensing layer enlarged working range with respect to the most sensitive membrane and improved precision with respect to the less sensitive membrane. Platinum(II) 5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl-21H,23H-porphyrin, palladium(II) 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)-21H,23H-porphyrin, ruthenium(II) (4,7-diphenyl-1,10- phenanthroline)3(octylsulfate)2 were used as luminophores and they were embedded either in polyvinylchloride or in polysulfone matrices. Their different life-times allowed preparing sensing membranes having optimized precision in the required concentration interval by proportioning luminophores amounts. A new optical sensor system is presented that measures a reference vector direction relative to the body frame of a small unmanned aircraft system (sUAS) at medium ranges in daylight conditions with high precision and without drift using a low‐power, nonlaser, eye‐safe optical beacon. The beacon operates as a monochromatic, time‐modulated optical source, and the airborne sensor uses both optical band‐pass filtering and frequency domain signal processing to separate the beacon signal from reflected and scattered sunlight incident on the sensor's aperture, thus providing increased sensitivity. Characterization of the prototype sensor shows that the reference‐vector direction angles can be measured with an accuracy of better than 0.5% of the field of view, resulting in 0.1° accuracy over a 30 degree range, at a measurement update rate of 200 Hz. This result is based on an operating range of 134 m using a 1 W beacon with a 9° beamwidth. The prototype system was integrated into and tested on a small UAS. Flight test results are presented comparing the prototype sensor system's output to an estimate of the reference‐vector direction produced by fusing inertial measurement and GPS information, thus demonstrating how this sensor system offers a method of validating sUAS attitude estimation systems. The sensor system may also be used to augment sUAS attitude estimation systems, or for other purposes such as in a precision sUAS landing system or for state estimation in GPS‐denied environments. 相似文献
