探究二乙基次磷酸铝(ADP)、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)及不同协效剂(勃姆石、无水硼酸锌(ZnB)、锡酸锌、三氧化钼)对PA9T阻燃性能的影响,且定量分析阻燃体系的分散性,同时分析阻燃体系的阻燃机理。结果表明:当m(ADP)∶m(MPP)=2∶1,PA9T/ADP/MPP的LOI值为38.5%,UL-94达到V-0级,阻燃效果最佳。PA9T/13.3%ADP/6.7%MPP的实际残炭率高于理论残炭率,表明ADP/MPP的引入促使PA9T在凝聚相交联成炭。协效剂对PA9T阻燃性能的影响程度排序为:ZnB>三氧化钼>锡酸锌>勃姆石。PA9T/FR/ZnB复合材料的烟气释放最低,燃烧后碳氢化合物的释放量显著降低,CO2释放量提高。复合材料燃烧后形成连续、致密的炭层,且炭层中存在磷酸类物质、碳氧化物及铝氧化物等,具有典型的凝聚相阻燃机理。 相似文献

The development of micro-cellular foams with ultra-high compressive strength and high volume expansion ratio (VER) is a challenging task. Herein, polyamide 12T (PA12T) micro-cellular foams with ultra-high compressive strength were fabricated via in situ polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fibrillation using supercritical CO2 foaming technology and a chain extender. The resulting branched structure showed considerably improved viscoelasticity and foaming performance, thus improving the cell morphology of the PA12T foam and exhibiting high VER. The PTFE fibrillation network induced melt strength enhancement, crystallization nucleation, and cell nucleation. The branched PA12T foam with 1.5 wt% PTFE exhibited the smallest cell diameter (15 μm) and highest cell density (3 × 109 cells/cm3). The compressive strength of the foam (0.50 MPa under 5% strain) was 70% higher than that of pure PA12T. This research offers an effective method for producing high-VER PA12T foams with adjustable micro-cellular structures and excellent mechanical properties. 相似文献

Long chain semiaromatic polyamides have been synthesized by the reactions of terephthalic acid with long chain aliphatic diamines, and characterized by infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis. The thermal behaviors were studied by differential scanning calorimetry analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The resultant polyamides have intrinsic viscosity ranging from 1.75 to 1.93 dLg?1. The solubility, dynamic mechanical and mechanical properties of the polyamides have also been investigated. The mechanical properties and heat resistance of long chain semiaromatic polyamides were compared with those of PA9T. PA10T has the advantages of low cost and preparation from environmental friendly solvents and possesses the similar mechanical properties and heat resistance compared to PA9T. In this work, the long glass fiber reinforced poly(decamethylene terephthalanide) (PA10T/LGF) composites and short glass fiber reinforced PA10T (PA10T/SGF) composites were prepared by two different extrusion processing methods, respectively. The results of mechanical properties reveal the introduction of glass fiber can improve the performance of the material, and the LGF reinforced PA10T composites can achieve much higher performance than the SGF reinforced ones at the same level of fiber contents. The thermal stabilities of neat PA10T, PA10T/SGF, and PA10T/LGF are investigated by nonisothermal TG analysis. The thermal degradation kinetics is introduced by using Kissinger and Flynn‐Wall‐Ozawa methods and the thermal degradation mechanism functions of the samples are calculated by the Coats‐Redfem model. The results show that the thermal stabilities of PA10T/SGF and neat PA10T are better than that of PA10T/LGF. In addition, the incorporation of glass fiber into PA10T do not have much effect on the reaction mechanism type of thermal degradation compared with that neat PA10T. Furthermore, the thermal stability analysis of the composites is verified by the computed results of Gibbs free energy (ΔG#). POLYM. ENG. A novel silicone monomer modified poly(decamethylene terephthalamide) PA10T is synthesized from 1,10-decanediamine (DMD), terephthalic acid, and 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane (DS2). The chemical structure of the product is characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. The crystallization behavior, thermal properties, and mechanical properties of PA10T are also analyzed. Copolymerization of PA10T with DS2 results in reduced crystallinity and thermal properties, but to a lesser extent than when PA10T is modified with aliphatic polyamide. With increased DS2 content, the tensile strength of PA10T decreases gradually, while the elongation at break and impact strength increase significantly, indicating that the toughness of PA10T has been improved. 相似文献
