针对当前网络化产品定制系统存在的主要问题,提出了一种网络化协同产品定制模式。该模式通过客户与企业协同的网络化产品定制过程,使制造企业能在全球范围内快速满足客户的多样化需求、充分发挥客户的创造性;通过与企业相关环节的系统集成,可以实现整个企业以客户需求为驱动的协调运行和资源共享。提出了网络化协同产品定制运行模式与组织模型,并给出了支持多种定制方式的客户需求定义方案。基于所提出的网络化协同产品定制运行模式,进行了系统集成研究,提出了一种J2EE平台下基于XML连接器的系统集成解决方案。 相似文献

为使企业的产品配置结果更好地满足客户个性化、多样化、差异化需求,结合客户满意度理论、产品配置设计等理论方法,从客户偏好特征、产品配置设计过程、客户偏好驱动的产品配置设计求解等三个方面,对客户偏好驱动与企业产品配置设计过程进行系统理论研究。不同于传统的产品配置设计过程,客户偏好驱动的产品配置设计是基于对企业终端客户个性化、多样化、差异化偏好需求信息收集和识别的基础上,通过将客户偏好信息映射到产品设计的功能、外观、形态等设计属性层面,并在此基础上,基于传统产品配置设计求解过程,实现对客户偏好驱动的产品配置设计的求解,实现对对企业终端客户个性化、多样化、差异化偏好需求的满足。研究结果可以为企业更好地满足终端客户的偏好需求、提高企业产品附加值和竞争能力,以及实现客户与企业的双赢等奠定重要的理论支撑。 相似文献

Collaborative commerce has been used for communication, design, planning, information sharing, and information discovery in
business-to-business (B2B) applications. The collaboration between buyers and sellers enhances product quality and customer
satisfaction. However, most effort currently focuses on information sharing with customers and suppliers instead of joint
product development or manufacturing. Moreover, traditional analytical methods have limited capability in solving problems.
This study presents a framework for doing reverse simulation, where designers can reuse past experiments and change system
parameters in manufacturing system for collaborative commerce. The framework integrates the object-oriented simulator and
the object-oriented database. In this framework, the object-oriented database records the whole experiment scenarios and allows
multiple planners with different expertise to involve concurrently and collaboratively. Then, simulations of advanced planning
and scheduling in a product manufacturing environment that involves several planners working collaboratively are used for

面向大批量定制的设计(DFMC)是大批量定制研究和实施的关键技术之一。现有的DFMC模式的重要特点之一在于产品的设计和制造会受到用户订单的极大限制,从而使得企业的制造属性难以实现优化。为此提出了面向大批量定制的用户需求协同配置思想。其内涵在于用户需求参数与企业的产品设计、制造以及生产经营等参数具有密切关系,而用户需求通常都具有相当的变动范围。因此,通过用户与企业集成以及协调用户需求参数与企业的制造参数,就可以实现各参数的综合优化,从而提高用户满意度和企业效益。建立了用户需求协同配置的多目标优化模型,提出了网络化运行模式及一种实现方案。通过工程应用实例说明了用户需求协同配置的成功应用。 相似文献

Facing serious challenges and pressures from the demand for customisation as well as the growing trends in globalisation of
the economy and market, manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, have to transform their
traditional manufacturing organisational mode to network-like, dynamic and reconfigurable groups by applying information technology.
By using the concept of agile manufacturing, we propose a distributed network manufacturing mode (DNMM). In DNMM, dispersed
organisation units are connected by a network, collaborating with others to finish the manufacturing orders promptly for meeting
the needs of customers. Each organisational unit is more or less autonomous and has certain capabilities to solve problems
independently. The well-known Contract Net Protocol has been widely used to handle temporal constraints and to deal with scheduling
conflicts; however, owing to its relative simplicity in coping with complex problems, modifications to it are needed for satisfying
various requirements for improving system performance. In this paper, we utilise a market-like mechanism based on price to
assign tasks among organisational units in DNMM, propose a model for dynamic task assignment as well as describing the main
roles and functions of the model, discuss in detail the price-based negotiation mechanisms, and finally present a simulation

In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), a cloud manufacturing service platform for SMEs was implemented with the idea and model of cloud manufacturing (CMfg) in this paper. Using the transaction mode of multiple enterprises, multiple orders, and multi-party collaboration, the architecture and workflows of this cloud manufacturing service platform were designed. Some common engines, such as intelligent matching engine for supply and demand, transaction coordinating logic engine, and credit evaluation engine, were researched, which implement the semantic intelligent searching, order tracking, transaction task guiding, and collaborative management in the whole process of CMfg. As a case, this platform has been applied in the automobile and motorcycle parts manufacturing industry, which effectively integrates manufacturing service resources in this field through online services and offline services (O2O), achieving the effective management of service resources. 相似文献
