1,1‐Diamino‐2,2‐dinitroethylene (FOX‐7) is a novel high‐energy insensitive material with good thermal stability and low sensitivity, and exhibits excellent application performance in the field of insensitive ammunitions and solid propellant. Although FOX‐7 is simple in molecular composition and structure, its chemical reactivity is abundant and surprising, including salification reaction, coordination reaction, nucleophilic substitution reaction, acetylate reaction, oxidizing reaction, reduction reaction, electrophilic addition reaction, among other reactions. These reactions are systemically summarized and some reaction mechanisms are analyzed in this review.  相似文献

A novel coordination compound [Zn(DAT)2(H2O)4](PA)2⋅2H2O has been synthesized using 1,5‐diaminotetrazole (DAT) as ligands. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a=1.51973(19) nm, b=0.67904(9) nm, c=3.0712(4) nm, β=90.507(2)°, V=3.1692(7) nm3, Z=4, and μ=0.888 mm−1. With the intermolecular hydrogen bonds, molecules are linked together to form a three‐dimensional net structure. Thermal decomposition mechanism of the title compound was predicted based on DSC, TG‐DTG, and FT‐IR analyses. The kinetic parameters of the first exothermic process of the title compound were studied applying the Kissinger's and Ozawa–Doyle's methods.  相似文献

The synergistic effect of 1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐4‐benzoyl‐pyrazalone‐5 (HPMBP, HA) and di‐(2‐ethylhexyl)‐2‐ethylhexylphosphonate (DEHEHP, B) in the extraction of rare earths (RE) from chloride solutions has been investigated. Under the experimental conditions used, there was no detectable extraction when DEHEHP was used as a single extractant while the amount of RE(III) extracted by HPMBP alone was also low. But mixtures of the two extractants at a certain ratio had very high extractability for all the RE(III). For example, the synergistic enhancement coefficient was calculated to be 9.35 for Y3+, and taking Yb3+ and Y3+ as examples, RE3+ is extracted as RE(OH)A2.B. The stoichiometry, extraction constants and thermodynamic functions such as Gibbs free energy change ΔG (?17.06 kJ mol?1), enthalpy change ΔH (?35.08 kJ mol?1) and entropy change ΔS (?60.47 J K?1 mol?1) for Y3+ at 298 K were determined. The separation factors (SF) for adjacent pairs of rare earths were calculated. Studies show that the binary extraction system not only enhances the extraction efficiency of RE(III) but also improves the selectivity, especially between La(III) and the other rare earth elements. 2,3-二甲氧基-5-甲基-1,4-苯酚与2-甲基丁烯醇在BF3OEt2的催化下进行傅-克烷基化反应合成2,3-二甲氧基-5-甲基-6-(3-甲基-2-烯-1-丁基)-1,4-苯酚。对鲜见文献报道的副产物2,2,5-三甲基-3-氢-6-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基-苯并吡喃进行了结构鉴定并推测了其形成机理,在原料辅酶Q0、甲基丁烯醇和BR的配比为1:1.5:0.19(摩尔比),反应温度45℃,滴加时间30min,反应时间2h的条件下收率达90.24%。  相似文献

QO-58 (5-(2,6-dichloro-5-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-3-phenyl-2-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazolol[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-one) has been regarded to be an activator of KV7 channels with analgesic properties. However, whether and how the presence of this compound can result in any modifications of other types of membrane ion channels in native cells are not thoroughly investigated. In this study, we investigated its perturbations on M-type K+ current (IK(M)), Ca2+-activated K+ current (IK(Ca)), large-conductance Ca2+-activated K+ (BKCa) channels, and erg-mediated K+ current (IK(erg)) identified from pituitary tumor (GH3) cells. Addition of QO-58 can increase the amplitude of IK(M) and IK(Ca) in a concentration-dependent fashion, with effective EC50 of 3.1 and 4.2 μM, respectively. This compound could shift the activation curve of IK(M) toward a leftward direction with being void of changes in the gating charge. The strength in voltage-dependent hysteresis (Vhys) of IK(M) evoked by upright triangular ramp pulse (Vramp) was enhanced by adding QO-58. The probabilities of M-type K+ (KM) channels that will be open increased upon the exposure to QO-58, although no modification in single-channel conductance was seen. Furthermore, GH3-cell exposure to QO-58 effectively increased the amplitude of IK(Ca) as well as enhanced the activity of BKCa channels. Under inside-out configuration, QO-58, applied at the cytosolic leaflet of the channel, activated BKCa-channel activity, and its increase could be attenuated by further addition of verruculogen, but not by linopirdine (10 μM). The application of QO-58 could lead to a leftward shift in the activation curve of BKCa channels with neither change in the gating charge nor in single-channel conductance. Moreover, cell exposure of QO-58 (10 μM) resulted in a minor suppression of IK(erg) amplitude in response to membrane hyperpolarization. The docking results also revealed that there are possible interactions of the QO-58 molecule with the KCNQ or KCa1.1 channel. Overall, dual activation of IK(M) and IK(Ca) caused by the presence of QO-58 eventually may have high impacts on the functional activity (e.g., anti-nociceptive effect) residing in electrically excitable cells. Care must be exercised when interpreting data generated with QO-58 as it is not entirely KCNQ/KV7 selective.  相似文献
