针对目前球磨机系统控制存在的不足,提出了一种基于运行模式识别的球磨机系统自适应模糊解耦控制算法.首先,分析了球磨机系统的动态特性,并结合某电厂测试试验,得到了球磨机系统的数学模型;其次,采用LS-SVM算法对球磨机系统的运行状态进行识别和分类;对于正常工况,针对耦合回路,设计了自适应解耦模糊控制器对球磨机进行控制;对于异常工况,给出了相应的控制策略.最后对正常工况下的自适应解耦模糊控制算法进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明,该算法能够有效地实现球磨机系统运行工况模式识别和耦合回路的解耦控制,控制系统具有良好的动态性和鲁棒性. 相似文献

从质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)实际应用的角度出发,采用Elman动态神经网络对PEMFC系统进行建模,以实验中采样到的PEMFC系统的工作温度输入输出数据训练网络,并采用动态反向传播学习算法根据误差不断调整网络参数直至达到要求精度。设计了一种适应模糊神经网络控制器,根据经验确定了初始隶属度函数和模糊规则,并采用自适应学习算法不断调整隶属度函数与模糊规则参数,使控制系统获得理想的输出。仿真实验以Elman神经网络模型为参考模型,使用自适应神经网络控制算法取得了较好的控制效果。总之,所设计的控制系统适合于控制PEMFC这样一类复杂非线性系统。 相似文献

In this article, a nondissipative equalization scheme is proposed to reduce the inconsistency of series connected lithium-ion batteries. An improved Buck-Boost equalization circuit is designed, in which the series connected batteries can form a circular energy loop, equalization speed is improved, and modularization is facilitated. This article use voltage and state of charge (SOC) together as equalization variables according to the characteristics of open-circuit voltage (OCV)-SOC curve of lithium-ion battery. The second-order RC equivalent circuit model and back propagation neural network are used to estimate the SOC of lithium-ion battery. Fuzzy logic control (FLC) is used to adjust the equalization current dynamically to reduce equalization time and improve efficiency. Simulation results show that the traditional Buck-Boost equalization circuit and the improved Buck-Boost equalization circuit are compared, and the equalization time of the latter is reduced by 34%. Compared with mean-difference algorithm, the equalization time of FLC is decreased by 49% and the energy efficiency is improved by 4.88% under static, charging and discharging conditions. In addition, the proposed equalization scheme reduces the maximum SOC deviation to 0.39%, effectively reducing the inconsistency of batteries. 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to suppress the fluctuations of surge by a simple passive control method. A bouncing ball system with different weight of the balls was tested. As a result, the bouncing ball system suppressed mild surge without the deterioration of the performance characteristics, and moved the initiation point of surge toward the lower flow rate when the steel ball of 15mm outer diameter was used. The present system was effective to suppress the surge and to widen the stable operating range of a centrifugal compressor when the ball was chosen appropriately. 相似文献

In this paper we report on a new type of synthesis of calcium hydride through reactive milling under an argon atmosphere. Therefore we have used two different protic acids (phosphoric acid and phenylphosphonic acid) which are solid at room temperature and have milled them together with calcium. For the synthesis calcium had two functions: It shall work as reduction agent and as reaction partner for the hydride formation. The received product has been characterised by XRD measurements. Using phenylphosphonic acid and calcium as reactants, calcium hydride could be synthesised as the only crystalline reaction product with a crystallite size of 20 nm. A similar reaction using magnesium could not be realised. 相似文献
