谷物干燥热耗折算系数,是标定谷物干燥机性能的重要参数。本文以大型横流,混流干燥机的试验数据为基础,依据国内外有关谷物干燥的理论,对谷物干燥热耗折算系数进行了探索性研究。研制出可用于横流、混流干燥机在不同大气条件,不同谷物条件的热耗折算系数。该“折算系数”的提出,为建立各种干燥机技术性能之间的可比性提供了依据。  相似文献

借助室内谷物烘干试验装置,深入研究了与之相配套的适应高寒气候环境的谷物干燥自动控制系统,该系统将微机监控模块、数据传感模块及单片机控制模块结合在一起,对谷物干燥试验装置的粮食温度、粮食水分、排粮速度、运行情况等进行自动监视和控制.通过大量谷物烘干实验发现,加装该自控系统后,干燥装置的使用性能得到了进一步提高,烘干效果得到了有效改善,大大减少了干燥不足和重复干燥的次数,对高寒地区谷物干燥具有一定的实用性.  相似文献

以短切莫来石纤维为原料,硅溶胶为黏结剂,采用浸渍过滤的方法制备陶瓷隔热材料。该材料气孔率高达89.95%,体积密度仅为0.262g/cm^3,常温耐压强度为338.16kPa,200℃下导热系数λ为0.067W/(m·K),具有轻质多孔陶瓷隔热材料的典型特点。  相似文献

A heat pump assisted fluidized bed grain drying experimental system was developed. Based on this system, a serial of experiments was performed under four kinds of air cycle conditions. According to the experimental analysis, an appropriate drying medium-air cycle for the heat pump assisted fluidized bed drying equipment was decided, which is different from the commonly used heat pump assisted drying system. The experimental results concerning the drying operation performance of the new system show that the averaged coefficient of performance (COP) can reach more than 2.5. The economical evaluation was performed and the power consumption for removing a kilogram water from grains was about 0.485 kW·2222h/kg (H2O), which shows its reasonable commercial efficiency and great application potentiality in future market.  相似文献

Spray-drying was used to produce the high emissivity NiCr2O4 powders with a spinel structure. Preliminary investigations focused on fabricating the high emissivity powders for infrared radiation coatings and finding the relationship between microstructure and emissivity. The NiCr2O4 powders were characterized for composition, microstructure, and infrared emissivity by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared radiant instrument, and Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR). Thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis show that the appropriate baking temperature for NiCr2O4 powder preparation is about 1200?C. The emissivity measurement and FT-IR spectra show that, because of the special spinel structure, the NiCr2O4 powders have a high emissivity about 0.91. Spray-drying is a suitable method to produce the high emissivity ceramic powders.  相似文献

The principles for measuring characteristic grain sizes of materials, such as fully-dense single phase materials, porous materials and materials with isolated second phase particles, are developed on the basis of its definition associated closely with the surface area per unit volume, Sv, of grain. The focus of the measuring principles of the characteristic grain size is put on determining Sv of grains. Unlike the measurement of average grain size commonly used, G, correcting factors such as grain shape and grain size distribution factors, will not be applied to the determination of the characteristic grain size, G c, due to its unique geometric meaning and the measure precision of S v being guaranteed by quantitative stereological technique and gas adsorption method. The measurement of G c can be directly carried out on the polished and etched cross section of materials, similar to the measurement of the average grain size using the Heyn intercept method. 陶瓷材料具有独特的物理化学性能,这导致陶瓷材料在现代制造业中发挥越来越重要的作用,比如这种物化性能的优越使得陶瓷刀具在高速切削难加工材料中得到广泛应用。但陶瓷材料在具有硬度高和耐磨性高的优点的同时也有其自身脆性高的缺点,这导致了陶瓷材料产品功能的不稳定和不一致。本文综述了陶瓷材料主要的增韧补强方法研究,主要包括:纤维增韧、颗粒弥散增韧、自增韧、氧化锆增韧、纳米陶瓷增韧和纳米复合增韧。  相似文献

以MgO-Al2O3-SiO2三元相图为依据,采用不同原料进行堇青石-莫来石复相陶瓷材料配料组成的设计,并在高温下合成制备了堇青石-莫来石复相陶瓷材料.研究了堇青石含量、不同原料配方对试样性能的影响.试验结果表明:配料一的试样性能较好,抗折强度均达35 MPa以上.  相似文献
