分析ASTM抽出法测定钢丝帘线与橡胶粘合力的影响因素,提出相应的操作注意事项。胶料的热炼工艺、试样制备、停放时间、抽出速度、夹具和衰减值等因素对粘合力试验结果均有影响。建议:①热炼时薄通8~12次,停放时用垫布;②硫化时下胶片高出模型沟槽1mm;③硫化完成至测定间隔16~72h;④下夹具应有中心圆孔。此外,对比试验样品的热炼停放时间、衰减值及抽出速度应一致。  相似文献

There is widespread use of two main groups of adhesion promoters, the SRH-system and an organic cobalt salt. They are used either jointly or individually in the rubber compound for promotion and maintenance of good adhesion of rubber to brass-coated steel cord in radial tyres.

This paper describes the influence of anions associated with cobalt promoters on the adhesion energy and the pull-out force between brass-coated steel cord and rubber and their relationship to other relevant physical properties, under the influence of various environments which simulate tyre service conditions.

It is observed that incorporation of a cobalt promoter greatly enhances the adhesion energy and influences the Young's modulus and crosslink density of the rubber compound in a similar fashion. The study establishes the supremacy of boroacylate among the anions considering its overall good performance and the protection offered against various hostile environments. However, the benefits of the cobalt promoter is not realised with stearate ion. The results are explained on the basis of chemical stability of the promoter and the properties of the interfacial film and the compounds.  相似文献

对硼酰化钴MC23(钴质量分数为23%)用量(06~16份)对橡胶与钢丝帘线粘合性能的影响进行研究。采用的基本配方为:NR1000;炭黑N326620;芳烃油80;氧化锌90;硬脂酸05;防老剂402020;不溶性硫黄IS702060;促进剂DZ10;粘合剂RS35;粘合剂A23;沉淀法白炭黑50。结果表明,随着钴盐用量的增大,在未老化、热空气老化及盐水老化条件下,胶料与钢丝的粘合强度有所提高;在湿热老化条件下,粘合强度由于热量和湿气的交互作用而发生较大幅度的下降,但钴盐用量在10份时粘合强度的下降为最小。综合胶料初始和老化后的应力应变性能和粘合强度,以10份钴盐用量为最佳。  相似文献

The adhesion between tetrachlorobenzoquinone (TCBQ)-loaded rubber compound and brass-plated steel cord was studied to understand the role of TCBQ as an adhesion promoter. With loading of TCBQ in the rubber compound the cure rate became slow, but the change in physical properties was not significant. An improvement of the adhesion was obvious with low loading of TCBQ at the range of 0.5 phr while an adverse effect was observed with high loading at 2 phr. The addition of TCBQ for the improvement of adhesion has a greater effect before aging because TCBQ contributes to form a large surface area of copper sulfide via accelerated copper diffusion into the rubber bulk. However, higher TCBQ loading as well as longer aging time leads to a great extent of copper migration into the rubber and excess growth of zinc oxide layer, resulting in decreased adhesion. The adhesion interphase before aging, between a thin brass film and a rubber compound, investigated using AES showed no difference except that sulfur increased with increasing TCBQ loading. On the other hand, the adhesion inter-phase was changed after humidity aging. The copper content decreased at the adhesion interphase while it increased in the rubber layer with increasing addition of TCBQ.  相似文献

研究钴盐粘合体系、树脂类粘合体系和钴盐与树脂并用粘合体系对阻燃钢丝绳芯输送带粘合胶粘合性能的影响。结果表明:3种粘合体系对橡胶与镀锌钢丝绳的粘合均有增进作用,硼酰化钴的增进效果比粘合剂RE/A显著,硼酰化钴和粘合剂RE/A并用体系粘合胶的粘合性能最佳;硼酰化钴分别与粘合剂RK/A或粘合剂PER或粘合剂AS-88组成粘合体系时,粘合胶粘合性能优于硼酰化钴与粘合剂RE/A体系粘合胶,且胶料加工安全性好,硫化胶物理性能优异。  相似文献

Four copper-film-plated steel cords (abbreviated hereafter as copper-plated cord) with different thickness of copper film from 32 to 90 nm were prepared and their adhesion properties with rubber compound were investigated. Adhesion properties improved with the decrease in the thickness of the copper film. Unaged pull-out force and rubber coverage of copper-plated cords were inferior to those of brass-plated cord, but adhesion degradation was significantly slower on copper-plated cords resulting in better adhesion after humidity aging of 15 days and salt solution aging of 5 days. The excellent adhesion stability of copper-plated cords can be explained by the suppression of the excessive growth of copper sulfide and the inhibition of dezincification due to the small amount of copper plating and the lack of metallic zinc at the outer surface.  相似文献

The influence of transition metal cations (cobalt, nickel and zinc ion) associated with organometallic boroacylate adhesion promoters on the adhesion between brass-coated steel cord and rubber skim compound under the influence of various environments, which simulate tyre service conditions, has been studied.

Incorporation of adhesion promoters individually in the steel cord-skim formulation leads to increase in crosslink density, Young's modulus and cord pull-out force. The adhesion energy is enhanced significantly with the addition of cobalt adhesion promoter. The performance of the promoter is influenced by the ease of dissociation of the transition metal ion from the promoter, its participation in the rubber curing and the modification of the interfacial film responsible for adhesion. During aerobic ageing, cobalt followed by nickel is found to be effective, whereas cobalt and, partially, zinc salts offer certain resistance to thermal ageing. Against salt and steam ageing, cobalt boroacylate is very effective followed by zinc salts. The influence of the variation of concentration of zinc ion on adhesion energy is not appreciable. The study points towards the supremacy of cobalt ion among the cations studied, considering its overall good performance and the protection offered against various hostile environments.  相似文献
