为探讨湍流粉碎机对塑料进行超细粉碎的机理,利用湍流粉碎机对聚四氟乙烯进行常温超细粉碎的试验。通过试验,对主要粉碎参数如转速、入料粒度和入料速度对粉碎效果的影响进行分析。结果表明:在适宜的参数条件下,湍流粉碎机对聚四氟乙烯进行常温超细粉碎的粒度可以达到d5012μm,同时分析聚四氟乙烯在湍流场中进行超细粉碎的机理。 相似文献

对CM51A型冲击式超细粉碎机的工作原理进行了分析,同时也讨论了影响粉碎设备性能的因素。该型粉碎机是利用高速运转的锤头,采用于法粉碎技术,对莫式硬度小于5的物料进行超细粉碎,通过对煤系高岭土、滑石、碳酸钙类矿物等多种矿物的生产实践和应用研究。生产实践表明,该设备配以分级设备后,最终产品粒度为1250目,产量200kg/h以上,除粉碎外,该设备还具有提高被粉碎物料的纯度和解聚打散的功能。 相似文献

We numerically study the spin turbulence in a two-dimensional trapped spin-1 spinor Bose-Einstein condensate, focusing on the energy spectrum. The spin turbulence in the trapped system is generated through the instability of the initial helical structure of the spin density vector. The spectrum of the spin-dependent interaction energy in the ferromagnetic case becomes to exhibit the ?7/3 power law as the spin turbulence develops, which was confirmed in a uniform system by the counterflow instability. Hence the spin turbulence with the ?7/3 energy spectrum is robust independently of how the turbulence is generated. 相似文献

In accordance with the extended Huygens–Fresnel principle, the evolution of linear edge dislocation propagating through atmospheric turbulence is studied, and the effects of waist width and the slope of linear edge dislocation are investigated. It is shown that when linear edge dislocation beams propagate through atmospheric turbulence, if the waist width is not equal and the slope is not zero, then the linear edge dislocation vanishes and transforms into an optical vortex with a topological charge of ?1 or +1. The optical vortex and an optical vortex that is created annihilate when the transmission distance is far enough. The linear edge dislocation vanishes when the slope is zero. If the waist width is equal, then the linear edge dislocation will vanish regardless of the slope value. For linear edge dislocation beams in free space, when selecting specific parameters, linear edge dislocation always exists. 相似文献

The present investigation aims to represent three-dimensional motion and breakage phenomena of black pepper seeds in the cryogenic mill (hammer mill) using discrete element method (DEM). In DEM modeling, bonded particle model was coupled with Hertz-Mindlin contact model. Calibration method was used to select appropriate model (bond) parameters. The calibrated set of bond parameters includes 3.12?×?1011?Pa?m?1 normal stiffness; 1.56?×?1011?Pa?m?1 shear stiffness; 3.88?×?108?Pa critical normal stiffness; 1.94?×?108?Pa critical shear stiffness. Besides, the validity of calibrated parameters was tested in the hammer mill. The observed qualitative and quantitative results (breakage and flow pattern) of numerical and experimental approaches were in good agreement. Based on these results, a few prefatory suggestions were provided to improve the design aspects of the mill. Overall, DEM modeling offered a better understanding of particle breakage and flow pattern in the mill. 相似文献

The bonding process employs the principle of induction to produce rapid, reliable, positive seals on thermoplastics. Almost all thermoplastic materials are capable of being chemically joined to each other as long as the joining materials are compatible with each other in the melt state. A variety of dissimilar materials can also be welded by this process. Mechanical linkage of dissimilar materials can be accomplished via joint designs.
