Phase diagrams of complex multi-component aqueous chromium salt system are the important theoretical bases for increasing the recovery ratio of chromium and reducing the poisonous waste in the chromate production process. Phase equilibrium of multi-component system has been calculated from the limited known data with thermodynamic models. The phase equilibriums of KOH-K2CrO4-H2O, KOH-KAlO2-H2O, NaOH-Na2CrO4-H2O and NaOH-NaAlO2-H2O systems were calculated with thermodynamic models. The solubilities of Cr and Al was measured in the systems at different temperatures. The results were compared with experimental data and they are consistent with each other. It shows that the lower concentration of KOH (or NaOH) is favorable for the crystallization of KAlO2 (or NaAlO2) and higher concentration of KOH (or NaOH) is favorable for the crystallization of K2CrO4 (Na2CrO4). Therefore, K2CrO4 (or Na2CrO4) can be separated from KAlO2 (or NaAlO2) with controlling the KOH concentration in solutions of KOH-K2CrO4-KAlO2-H2  相似文献

以Al(NO3)3.9H2O、Si(OC2H5)4、ZrOCl2.8H2O和Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,用sol-gel法通过分步水解得到透明稳定性能好的复合溶胶,并采用XRD和SEM等测试技术对复合溶胶的相组成及其微观形貌进行了表征。实验发现:ZrOCl2.8H2O的预水解溶液的pH<1,用它作为胶溶剂可合成性能好的复合溶胶;若不加硅烷偶联剂,当Al、Si物质的量比n(Al)∶n(Si)<2∶1时,得不到性能稳定的复合溶胶;改变Ti组分的加入量,复合薄膜的主晶相将发生改变。  相似文献

利用Fe~(2+)催化H_2O_2或Na_2S_2O_8降解水中的黄腐酸,研究了诸因素(处理剂加量、pH和温度)对黄腐酸降解的影响。黄腐酸溶液颜色和TOC的去除,紫外区光吸收强度的降低都表明H_2O_2/Fe~(2+)体系对黄腐酸具有良好的降解效果;在pH=3.0、H_2O_2为400mg·L~(-1)、H_2O_2与Fe~(2+)物质的量的比为10∶1的条件下,处理100mg·L~(-1)黄腐酸溶液120 min,TOC去除率达到88.4%。Na_2S_2O_8/Fe~(2+)降解结果表明:在pH=3.0、Na_2S_2O_8为2 000mg·L~(-1),Fe~(2+)为5mmol·L~(-1),温度为50℃条件下处理100 mg·L~(-1)黄腐酸水样240min,TOC去除率为55.9%。分析降解效果和试剂成本可知,H_2O_2/Fe~(2+)法降解水中黄腐酸优于Na_2S_2O_8/Fe~(2+)法。  相似文献

为了考察不同方法、不同基函数对计算结果的影响,选择了原子簇NiB2,Ni2B2,Ni3B2,Ni4B2模型,用DFT(Lanl1dz,Lanl2dz)和MP2(Lanl1dz,Lanl2dz)方法对其进行高水平的量子化学计算.结果表明:DFT方法和MP2方法的定性结果一致,计算结果存在一定差别,基函数对MP2方法的结果影响较小.  相似文献

研究了壳聚糖在H2O2/ClO2溶液中非均相体系下的微波辐射降解,通过正交试验得到了最优化反应条件: H2O2 3.0 wt%,ClO2 1.5 wt%,微波辐射功率320 W,辐射时间45 min,所得水溶性壳聚糖数均相对分子质量为2.05×103,收率可达82.0 %.UV、红外图谱分析表明,辐照后壳聚糖分子链链长变短,壳聚糖主链结构未发生变化.  相似文献

The structure and properties of the glass-ceramics were tested with X-ray diffraction testing instrument,correlative software,and other modern testing means.Then the effect of Al2O3 content on internal stresses in CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics was studied deeply.In order to study the relationship of Al2O3 to the residual stress of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics,X-ray diffraction"sin2 ψ"was used.The means utilized the x radial incidence produced from cathode radial tube,and took the space between crystals as measurement of strain.When the stresses produced,the space between crystals changed and the diffraction peak moved during Bragg diffraction.The magnitude of movement is related to the stresses.The experimental results show the residual stress is considerably high and Al2O3 can influence the mechanical properties of this material hugely.  相似文献
