铝箔(指单零箔和双零箔)退火有两个目的,一是调整机械性能;二是除油,保证铝箔表面清洁、无味、无油污,从而能满足使用上的要求。影响铝箔退火后的清洁程度的因素较多,铝箔分切质量是重要影响因素之一。1 影响铝箔分切质量的几个主要因素及相应措施1.1 铝箔分切时的张力控制铝箔轧制后均要根据用户的宽度要求进行分切和退火,我厂以前有部分成品铝箔(特别是厚度小于0.1mm的铝箔)在用户上机使用时打不开,出现粘连或者由于粘连造成铝箔表面有横皱纹产生,以致进行复合或印刷时出现因铝箔的起皱达不到要求而产生不合格品。…  相似文献

用3水平4因素L9(3^4)正交实验表考察了不同均匀化温度、热轧温度、最终冷轧变形率和最终退火温度对高纯铝箔立方织构的影响。其结果是:为了增加立方织构,应选择低温均匀化、中温热轧、高的最终冷轧变形率和高温退火。最佳工艺制度为:540℃/20小时均匀化;520℃热轧;98%的最终冷轧变形率和600℃/1.5小时真空退火。在实验室条件下,按最佳工艺制度制成的铝箔,其立方织构百分数高达86.7%。  相似文献

纯度99.988%的铝箔在300,400和500℃分别进行0.5,1和2h真空退火,然后利用电容法,间接测出退火箔的氧化膜厚度.用扫描电子显微镜观察部分退火箔的腐蚀形貌,测出相应的比电容.结果表明,在400℃退火时,铝箔的氧化膜厚度最小,300℃居中,500℃最大.在300℃退火时,随着保温时间的延长,铝箔的氧化膜厚度减小;而在400℃和500℃退火时,氧化膜厚度增大.500℃退火的铝箔,表面微量元素的分布接近于平衡状态,分布较均匀,铝箔表面腐蚀孔坑较细小,蚀坑密度大,比电容较高.而低温退火的箔样,微量元素偏聚在铝箔表面的位错露头附近,使铝箔表面出现大量的腐蚀孔坑,降低了比电容.  相似文献

采用光学显微镜、图像仪、X射线衍射仪等手段对AA1235铝箔毛料的退火工艺及显微组织进行了较系统的研究。析出退火的温度范围为150—240℃;保温时间为6~15h。结果表明,210~2300)℃X(9~12)h的退火工艺可使硅的析出取得较满意的效果;析出退火前化合物相以FeAl_3和αFeSiAl)为主,析出退火后化合物相以。α(FeSiAl)为主;0.35mm厚铝箔坯料中化合物的尺寸主要集中在1~4p之间。  相似文献

以高纯铝箔和不同Ce含量的稀土铝箔为研究对象,运用EBSD技术对高纯铝箔与稀土铝箔冷轧后及不同温度再结晶退火后的织构进行分析,研究再结晶退火过程中织构的演变规律和稀土Ce对铝箔织构的影响。结果表明:轧制总变形率为96%的铝箔,织构以铜型织构、R型织构和一些S织构为主。随最终退火温度的升高,立方织构占有率快速增长。少量稀土元素的加入有利于再结晶退火后立方织构的形成。  相似文献

采用拉伸试验机测定了铸轧一冷轧铝箔及其退火后沿箔材不同方向的拉伸力学性能。结果表明,冷轧及低温退火后铝箔的力学性能均无明显的各向异性,低温退火时,抗拉强度和延伸率变化很小。当退火温度达到280℃时,随温度的升高,抗拉强度和延伸率显著变化,各向异性增长。在280~320℃之间退火,材料既可不同程度地软化,又能减小各向异性。  相似文献

研究了火试金分析过程中退火工艺对检测结果的影响,分别采用扫描电镜和显微硬度仪研究了不同退火条件下金银合金的组织结构和力学性能。结果表明,火枪退火和炉内退火对金含量的检测影响不大,两种退火方式下的金银合金具有相似的微区结构和力学性能。炉内退火操作条件可为400℃退火10 min,或500℃退火5 min以上。  相似文献

Effects of the annealing temperature on microstructures and mechanical properties of 5052 Al alloy that have received 88% reduction at cryogenic temperature were investigated for an annealing temperature range of 150–300°C, in comparison with those at room temperature. Equiaxed grains, approximately 200nm in diameter, were observed in 5052 Al alloy deformed 88% and annealed at 200°C for 1 h. When compared with the deformation at room temperature, the deformation at cryogenic temperature showed higher strengths and equivalent elongation after annealing at temperatures below 200°C. However, for annealing above 250°C, materials deformed at cryogenic temperature showed lower strength than those deformed at room temperature. This behavior might be attributable to the higher rate of recrystallization and growth in materials deformed at cryogenic temperature during annealing, due to the lager density of dislocations accumulated during the deformation.  相似文献

This study investigated the active dissolution of super duplex stainless steel (SDSS) at various solution annealing temperatures. The active dissolutions of the α-phase and γ-phase were compared, and the effects of the surface area ratio on the active dissolutions of both phases were investigated. There were two peaks in the active-passive transition region in the potentiodynamic test in the modified green-death solution. The two peaks changed as the solution annealing temperature was increased from 1050 to 1150 °C. The solution annealing temperature difference affected the critical anodic current densities. This provides useful information for determining the appropriate solution annealing temperature in the modified green-death solution for SDSS.  相似文献

The effect of high-temperature annealing of different duration on the microstructure of alloy-free cast iron subjected to thermocycling in the molten state is studied. The variation of the hardness of the obtained white cast iron (without graphite segregations) and of the microhardness of pearlite is determined as a function of the annealing time and the cooling conditions. Indium tin oxide(ITO) thin films were prepared on alumina ceramic substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering.The samples were subsequently annealed in air at temperatures ranging from 500 to 1,100 °C for 1 h.The influences of the annealing temperature on the microstructure and electrical properties of the ITO thin films were investigated,and the results indicate that the as-deposited ITO thin films are amorphous in nature.All samples were crystallized by annealing at 500 °C.As the annealing temperature increases,the predominant orientation shifts from(222)to(400).The carrier concentration decreases initially and then increases when the annealing temperature rises beyond1,000 °C.The resistivity of the ITO thin films increases smoothly as the annealing temperature increases to just below900 °C.Beyond 900 °C,however,the resistivity of the films increases sharply.The annealing temperature has a significant effect on the stability of the ITO/Pt thin film thermocouples(TFTCs).TFTCs annealed at 1,000 °C show improved hightemperature stability and Seebeck coefficients of up to 77.73 μV/°C.  相似文献

The effects of post-deformation annealing temperature and time on mechanical properties and the occurrence of delamination in cold drawn steel wires were investigated. For the low temperature annealing, the carbon dissolution into lamellar ferrite due to strain aging would enhance not only the increase of strength but also the occurrence of delamination. However, as annealing temperatures and annealing time increase further, age softening, including such as the break-up and the spheroidization of lamellar cementite, starts to operate. Consequently, the reduction of carbon content dissolved in lamellar ferrite would result in the decrease of tensile strength and suppress the occurrence of delamination. The voids formed at the surface of globular cementite particle, which were produced during post-deformation annealing at high temperatures for a long time, would act as one of the origins for delamination during torsion.  相似文献
