韶钢炼轧厂康斯迪(Consteel)电炉经过改造后,人炉铁水比例由过去的15%提高到85%,接近转炉人炉铁水比例.与转炉相比由于没有实施煤气回收和烟气余热回收,工序单位能耗远高于转炉.为有效降低韶钢炼轧厂康斯迪(Consteel)电炉工序单位能耗,本文提出了烟气余热回收方案,通过增设一台余热锅炉,将康斯迪(Consteel)电炉冶炼过程所产生的烟气余热回收,转化为蒸汽供公司蒸汽管网使用.通过对烟气余热资源量的估算,可产生约20t/h的蒸汽,每年可回收能源2万tce,降低工序单位能耗18.2kgce/t,投资回收期1.57a,具有很好的节能效益和经济效益,为将来韶钢康斯迪(Consteel)电炉实施烟气余热回收提供借鉴和帮助. 相似文献

针对某钢铁联合企业低热值煤气燃气一蒸汽联合循环余热锅炉在实际运行中蒸汽参数达不到设计要求和余热利用率低等问题,对其汽水参数和进出口烟气参数进行了热工测试,并分析了燃气轮机排气温度、流量、背压、锅炉给水压力、节点温差、接近点温差、热端温差等因素对汽水参数、排烟温度及排烟阻力的影响。结果表明,影响联合循环余热锅炉热力性能的主要因素有燃机排气参数和余热锅炉综合传热系数。建议根据实时监测的燃气轮机排气温度和流量,选取与之匹配的给水压力、热端温差、节点温差和接近点温差;制定合理的烟气侧吹扫和清洗制度,执行严格的给水标准,保证换热面高效换热。 相似文献

Waste heat recovery has a high potential for increasing the efficiency and sustainability of electric arc furnaces. In the present work, a dynamic model of a water cooled hot gas line is presented and validated with measurements of a newly installed electric arc furnace (EAF) with a waste heat recovery system. Due to necessary reconstruction work of the EAF, the cooling pass is upgraded to a heat recovery hot gas line. With hot water from the hot gas line saturated steam can be produced and fed into the existing steam net. The heart of the system is the water cooled hot gas line which is responsible for sufficient hot gas cooling on the one hand and adequate hot water generation for the steam generators on the other hand. The water cooled hot gas line is modeled in the commercial simulation software APROS and validated with measurements of the performance test during commissioning of the heat recovery plant. The simulation results are showing an excellent agreement to the measurements. The results embody that the model is both very reliable to estimate the transient behavior of the hot gas line and able to predict the operational process conditions. 相似文献

The high amount of latent and sensible enthalpy discharged from the melting process in an electric arc furnace (EAF) through the off-gas offers high potential for waste heat recovery. Evaporative cooling systems (ECSs) installed at dedusting systems of some EAFs are utilising this waste heat for steam generation and subsequent usage of steam for further applications. Within the following paper, further optimisation approaches of this waste heat recovery are examined comparatively by means of exergetic analysis. Thereby, the focus is on the excessive intake of false air into the dedusting system to ensure a complete CO post-combustion. While a sheer energetic examination of the enthalpy hardly shows any differences, the exergetic calculation confirms the significantly higher amount of generated steam with controlled false air ingress. For the calculated optimal reference case with stoichiometric post-combustion, between 50 and 70% more steam could be produced. Even though a stoichiometric post-combustion cannot be realised for safety reasons, the calculation shows the potential of controlled false air intake for CO post-combustion. 相似文献
