A picture-based high-speed address recovery technique for AC (adaptive control) plasma display panels (PDPs) is proposed. By removing the ground (GND) switching operation, the recovery speed can be increased and the switching loss due to the GND switch is reduced. The proposed method can perform load-adaptive operations by controlling the voltage level of the energy recovery capacitor, which prevents the increase of inefficient power consumption caused by circuit loss during the recovery operation. Thus, the technique shows the minimum address power consumption according to various displayed images, which is different from previous methods operating in fixed mode regardless of images. Test results with a 50-in HD single-scan PDP (resolution=1366 times 768) show that a recovery time of less than 350 ns is successfully accomplished and about 54% of the maximum power consumption can be reduced, by tracing the minimum power consumption curves.  相似文献

A new nondestructive method has been developed for measuring the dielectric constant and the loss factor of a slab-type material using a microstrip cavity. The method, which uses a simple and rapid substitution procedure, yields accurate results and has a number of advantages over currently available techniques. A new method is develop for accurately predicting resonant frequencies of dielectric resonators used in microwave circuits. By introducing an appropriate approximation in the field distribution outside the resonator an analytical formulation becomes possible. Two coupled eigenvalue equations thus derived are subsequently solved by a numerical method. The accuracy of the results computed by the present method is demonstrated by comparison with previously published data.  相似文献

A method for calculating the capacitance of a circular disk on a dielectric substrate backed by a ground plane is presented. Hankel transforms and Galerkin's method are used to derive the expression for the capacitance. Numerical results are compared with the experimental data and good agreement is reported.  相似文献

本文研究了用电脱盐(Electrodeionization) EDI,去除高纯水中痕量氨(NH3和NH4+)的新方法.研究高纯水中弱离子化杂质氨的去除及其机理;研究了电流、进水电导率、进水流量和pH等对EDI去除水中氨(NH3和NH4+)的影响,进水氨浓度为208mg/L,经过一级EDI的处理,产品水中的总氨含量为0.072mg/L,对离子态铵也有很好去除效果,对进水中NH4Cl浓度为20mg/L~100mg/L,产品水中铵浓度<0.026mg/L.结果说明这方法是目前处理高纯水中痕量氨最好结果,远远低于太空用水<0.5mg/L的要求.还研究了水中氨在EDI中被去除时的物种形态.  相似文献

A new printed microstrip Yagi array antenna is proposed that can achieve a high gain and low backside radiation for various applications up to the millimeter-wave frequency range. The high front-to-back (F/B) ratio (up to 15 dB) is attributed to the constructive interference that takes place between the individual printed Yagi arrays in the design. Through the spacing of the elements, the directivity (between 9-11.5 dBi) and the F/B ratio can be altered to suit the application of interest. The operational principles of this design are discussed to give insight on the radiation mechanism of the antenna. An initial design at around 32.5 GHz is presented to show the performance capabilities of this configuration. An impedance bandwidth of 8.3% can be achieved around this frequency. Then, a parametric analysis is conducted to estimate the significance of the design parameters that affect the antenna's performance. Finally, measured return loss and radiation pattern performance at 5.2 GHz is displayed to validate the principles and simulated results of the design. The measured impedance bandwidth of 10% is achieved. The F/B ratio is 15 dB which is larger than values previously published by 5-10 dB. Additionally, a gain of 10.7 dBi is observed. To the author's knowledge, this is the first microstrip Yagi array antenna presented that has a high gain and a high F/B ratio designed using simple fabrication techniques  相似文献

A method to determine the Green's functions in the spectral domain is developed. It is suitable for solving the matrix Green's function numerically for an arbitrary anisotropic N-layered dielectric structure. The method is suitable for computation of the characteristic parameters of MIC lines having anisotropic multilayered substrates or superstrates. As an application, the phase velocities of single and coupled microstrips, with a constant gradient of anisotropy along the normal to the interfaces, have been calculated.  相似文献

A new method for the calculation of absorption in inhomogeneous, lossy dielectrics is presented. In this method, the convolutional nature of the electric-field integral equation is exploited by use of the FFT algorithms and the conjugate gradient method (CGM). This short paper describes a method for computing the edge capacitance of finite or semi-infinite sections of microstrip transmission lines. 天线旋转取反算法(CARI)是降低MIMO-OFDM系统峰平功率比(PAPR)的一种性能较优的算法,不足之处是其迭代次数很大。CARI的次最优算法逐次次最优天线旋转取反(SS-CARI)算法虽然可以减小迭代次数,但性能损失又比较大。针对这一问题,提出了一种用滑动窗搜索旋转取反组合的次最优CARI方法,利用滑动窗搜索局部最优的旋转取反组合,既可以避免整体的遍历搜索大大减小CARI算法的计算复杂度,又可以改善SS-CARI的PAPR减小性能。仿真结果表明,该方法能够在系统复杂度与PAPR降低性能上取得很好的折衷。  相似文献

The high computational expenditure of the least squares boundary residual method restricts its application to certain problems. It is therefore necessary to utilize the inherent simplicity of special cases together with convergence-optimization criteria in order to reduce computational time and storage requirements. The problem of the coaxial-to-circular waveguide junction is presented as an illustrative example of how this is performed. New quasi-static models for the computer-aided design (CAD) and analysis of open suspended and inverted microstrip lines are reported. The models are obtained through generalizing those reported earlier and are applicable up to epsilon/sub r/= 20, thereby covering all the practically used substrate materials for these structures. The models also cover a larger range of dimension ratios and are accurate to within 0.6 percent for analysis and within 1 percent for synthesis.  相似文献

DS-SS系统中信号识别和扩频码捕获(SR/CA)会存在检测概率和虚警概率难以同时优化的矛盾,在分析现有SR/CA算法的基础上,提出了一种带有频偏估计的软SR/CA算法。通过引入高低双重判决门限和频偏估计校正环路,该算法在保持较低的虚警概率的条件下能提高信号的检测概率。数值仿真结果表明,软SR/CA算法结构相对传统的SR/CA算法能在检测概率和虚警概率之间取得较好的折衷。  相似文献

The unilateral figure of merit is frequently used to decide whether, from the viewpoint of transducer power gain, a transistor can be considered to be unilateral or not. In this communication, the limitations of this measure are discussed and alternative measures, as well as a procedure for determining the exact bounds on the gain error G/subT//G/sub T/,/sub u/., are proposed and applied to several microwave transistors in order to evaluate the influence of the reverse transfer gain on the transducer power gain.  相似文献
