本文通过计算有、无抽水蓄能电站的情况下的电力系统的燃料消耗,论述抽水蓄能电站的节煤效益。文中的电力系统燃料消耗的计算采用“纵向划分计算”的方法,即经过电力电量平衡切除水电工作位置后,将火电承担的各月典型日负荷曲线纵向划分成24个时段,逐时将过各类火电机组的煤耗曲线按“微增煤耗”法使整个电力系统煤耗最小为原则,计算各类机组的工作出力及煤耗,最后经过累加及考虑月不均衡性,从而计算电力系统全年煤耗。 相似文献

抽水蓄能电站是目前电力系统中最为成熟的大规模储能工具,具有灵活的调峰、调频性能,在以新能源为主体的新型电力系统中具有重要的作用。在抽水蓄能电站选址过程中,上下水库的选择是决定其蓄能能力和投资效益的关键因素,针对传统的人工现场勘察选址方法存在工作量大、效率低和容易漏点等问题,提出了一种基于卫星遥感地形数据的抽水蓄能电站上下水库选址方法,并通过浙江省缙云抽水蓄能电站进行试验验证。结果表明,该方法利用卫星遥感地形数据和计算智能技术可高效筛选出目标区域内可能的上下水库建设区域,极大提高了选址工作的效率,显示出卫星遥感在抽水蓄能电站选址中具有巨大的应用潜力。 相似文献

在全球日益关注能源和环境问题的今天,对清洁能源进行合理开发已成为世界能源建设的共识,其中抽水蓄能电站因具备技术成熟,调峰、调压、调相功能强等特点,在世界清洁能源开发建设中得到认可。抽水蓄能电站开发与运营管理在面对气候变化多样、节煤减排要求高的新形势下,需科学合理安排抽水蓄能调度运行机制,科学合理安排抽水蓄能在电力系统中的工作位置,更好发挥抽水蓄能电站节煤减排作用。通过对抽水蓄能电站不同运行方案进行分析,分析不同负荷曲线特性下抽水蓄能工作位置的差异,分析随着抽水蓄能不同工作方式的改变,分析其对电力系统中其他电源运行方式的影响,进而分析电力系统的燃煤消耗。该研究成果理论意义与实用价值均很大,可为我国抽水蓄能科学可持续开发建设提供参考依据。 相似文献

The variations of wind power production will increase the flexibility needed in the system when significant amounts of load are covered by wind power. When studying the incremental effects that varying wind power production imposes on the power system, it is important to study the system as a whole: only the net imbalances have to be balanced by the system. Large geographical spreading of wind power will reduce variability, increase predictability and decrease the occasions with near zero or peak output. The goal of this work was to estimate the increase in hourly load‐following reserve requirements based on real wind power production and synchronous hourly load data in the four Nordic countries. The result is an increasing effect on reserve requirements with increasing wind power penetration. At a 10% penetration level (wind power production of gross demand) this is estimated as 1·5%–4% of installed wind capacity, taking into account that load variations are more predictable than wind power variations. We review the recent empirical research assessing market power on the Nordic wholesale market for electricity, Nord Pool. The studies find no evidence of systematic exploitation of system level market power on Nord Pool. Local market power arising from transmission constraints seems to be more problematic in some price areas across the Nordic countries. Market power can manifest itself in a number of ways that have so far escaped empirical scrutiny. Implementation of wind energy in the Netherlands: the importance of the social–institutional setting
This paper analyses the differences in performance of the different types of wind power entrepreneurs now active on the wind power supply market in the Netherlands. The development of the market is divided into three successive market periods: Monopoly powers (1989–1995), Interbellum (1996–1997) and Free market (1998–2002). For each of these periods, the interdependency between various systemic conditions—technical, economic, institutional and social conditions—is analysed, with the focus on the relative importance of the institutional and social settings for market development. This interdependency is analysed using the implementation capacity concept. Implementation capacity is defined as the total of those systemic conditions and mutual interdependencies that influence the behaviour of wind power entrepreneurs. It indicates the feasibility for wind power entrepreneurs to adopt wind turbines. From the analysis it was concluded that no overall implementation capacity exists, and implementation capacities differ for entrepreneurial groups with different entrepreneurial features. With respect to the relative importance of institutional and social conditions, it became clear, that it is mainly these conditions that differentiate between the various entrepreneurial groups. The dynamic configuration of institutional and social conditions facilitates some and hinders other types of wind power entrepreneurs, and as a result determines the development and composition of the market. Finally, the analysis explains the changing roles of entrepreneurial groups throughout the 1990s. 相似文献
