Turbo码综合性能分析与Turbo编码调制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对 Turbo码的 RSC分量码、交织器、调制方式、信道以及迭代译码算法进行了综合研究与性能分析,并给出了一种基于逐比特MAP算法的Turbo编码与多元调制相结合的编码调制方式。仿真结果表明,该方案将Turbo码的高编码增益与多元调制的高频谱利用率有效地结合在一起,是一种功率和频谱高效的编码调制方式,比传统的TCM方式有更好的性能。  相似文献

提出一种利用网格编码调制将低密度校验码与高阶数字调制相结合的应用方法,其中在网格编码调制中采用递归系统卷积码进行编码用以实现基于对数似然比的软译码方法,构造了低密度校验码和网格编码调制相结合的编译码系统。仿真结果表明,该方案将低密度校验码的高编码增益与多元调制的高频谱利用率有效结合在一起,是一种功率和频谱高效的编码调制方式,比传统的网格编码方式有更好的性能。  相似文献

频率选择性衰落信道中,接收伪噪声(Pseudo-Noise,PN)码的不确定相位空间中存在多个同相单元。建立检测模型获得了检测过程的检测概率和虚警概率。通过状态转移图结合划分码相位子空间的方法对捕获状态的循环流转进行了描述,获得了捕获性能对信道特性的依赖关系。数值仿真给出了捕获性能随路径数量和接收信噪比等主要参数的变化趋势。  相似文献

为了缓解频带有效性与功率有效性的矛盾,提出了将低密度校验码与网格编码调制相结合的系统方案,其中在网格编码调制中采用了递归系统卷积码进行编码,以实现基于对数似然比的软译码方法,以此构造低密度校验码与网格编码调制相结合的编译码系统。分析了该系统在加性高斯白噪声干扰和瑞利信道下的性能和信道信息对于系统性能的影响。仿真结果表明,该系统能够有效地在频谱利用率和码字性能之间达到折衷,可以在一定程度上缓解矛盾。  相似文献

In this paper, the modulation diversity is used to improve the performance of M-PSK modulation over fading channels. Modulation diversity can be achieved by rotating the signal constellation and using component interleaving. We derive symbol error probability expressions for rotated uncoded M-PSK over Ricean fading channels and obtain optimal rotation angles for M-PSK (M = 2, 4, 8). We show that rotated signal constellations with component interleaving improve the performance of M-PSK significantly as compared to the unrotated one over Rayleigh and Ricean fading channels. For example, when the ratio of the direct path power to the multipath signal power, K is 0 and 10, 8 and 1.5 dB gains are obtained, respectively, at a symbol error probability of 10−3 for 8PSK modulation. We also show that as K gets larger, the gain obtained by the rotation rapidly decreases. We develop a new asymmetric 8PSK signal constellation obtained from two QPSK signal constellations that are optimally rotated by different angles. This asymmetric 8PSK and also the rotated 8PSK signal constellation together with component interleaving are applied to four-state trellis-coded schemes. Simulation results show that these new schemes provide good performance improvements over the original TCM schemes and previous relevant works over Rayleigh and Ricean fading channels.  相似文献

基于卷积码与累加编码的PPM调制级联码(SCPPM)在泊松信道光PPM调制下具有极优异的性能。文章将这种累加编码结构引入到QAM调制中,分析其性能。将卷积码+累加编码+QAM调制串行级联(SCAQAM)纠错方案与常规基于卷积码、并行级联卷积码(Turbo)以及低密度奇偶校验码(LDPC)的比特交织编码调制迭代译码(BICM-ID)系统进行比较,并进一步比较了SCAQAM系统的自然、格雷、反格雷星座映射方式。结果表明,在高阶QAM调制下,这种纠错结构具有极优异的误码性能。对于16QAM及64QAM调制,SCAQAM相对于另外几种纠错码结构的BICM-ID系统分别有约0.3和0.5 dB的性能提升,只有卷积码与累加码结合才更具性能优势。并且SCAQAM将累加后的比特流以反格雷方式映射具有更优异的性能。  相似文献

The performance of cross-coupled,M-ary quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) systems is determined when bandwidth efficient trellis codes are used to combat interference. Performance with and without compensation for cross-coupled interference is presented. It is found that simple trellis codes can maintain the error probability at an acceptable level for cross-coupling parameters that render uncoded systems unusable. Up to two-dimensional trellis codes are considered for four-dimensional QAM signals, and possibilities of obtaining diversity advantages in the form of higher total system throughput by prolonged availability of the two signals are explored. This is accomplished through joint coding over two different constellations. The probability of the most likely error events is calculated by using the method of moments. The results are applicable to any digital communication system using multidimensional quadrature amplitude modulation, e.g., voiceband modems, cross-polarized radio systems and, to some extent, optical systems. In the paper the analysis is restricted to nondispersive cross-coupling models. In most cases the coding gain is larger than in the absence of cross-coupling interference. Specifically, it is found that simple codes have coding gains increased by at least 2 dB with cross-coupling interference relative to that obtained on the additive white Gaussian noise channel.  相似文献

This paper describes the design and analysis of low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes over rings and shows how these codes, when mapped onto appropriate signal constellations, can be used to effect bandwidth-efficient modulation. Specifically, LDPC codes are constructed over the integer rings$BBZ_m$and$BBG_m^2$and mapped onto phase-shift keying (PSK)-type signal sets to yield geometrically uniform signal space codes. This paper identifies and addresses the design issues that affect code performance. Examples of codes over$BBZ_8$and$BBG_64$mapped onto$8$-ary and$64$-ary signal sets at a spectral efficiency of 1.5 and 2.0 bits per second per hertz (b/s/Hz) illustrate the approach; simulation of these codes over the additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel demonstrates that this approach is a good alternative to bandwidth-efficient techniques based on binary LDPC codes—e.g., bit-interleaved coded modulation.  相似文献

Using nonbinary low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes with random-coset mapping, Bennatan and Burshtein constructed bandwidth-efficient modulation codes with remarkable performance under belief propagation (BP) decoding. However, due to the random nature of LDPC codes, most of the good LDPC codes found in the literature do not have a simple encoding structure. Thus, the encoding complexity of those LDPC codes can be as high as O(N 2), where N is the codeword length. To reduce the encoding complexity, in this paper, nonbinary irregular repeat-accumulate (IRA) codes with time-varying characteristic and random-coset mapping are proposed for bandwidth-efficient modulation schemes. The time-varying characteristic and random-coset mapping result in both permutation-invariance and symmetry properties, respectively, in the densities of decoder messages. The permutation-invariance and symmetry properties of the proposed codes enable the approximations of densities of decoder messages using Gaussian distributions. Under the Gaussian approximation, extrinsic information transfer (EXIT) charts for nonbinary IRA codes are developed and several codes of different spectral efficiencies are designed based on EXIT charts. In addition, by proper selection of nonuniform signal constellations, the constructed codes are inherently capable of obtaining shaping gains, even without separate shaping codes. Simulation results indicate that the proposed codes not only have simple encoding schemes, but also have remarkable performance that is even better than that constructed using nonbinary LDPC codes.  相似文献

In particular, bit-interleaved coded modulation with iterative decoding is considered. 对低密度奇偶校验码(LDPC)在QPSK调制下的对数似然比(LLR)算法进行了深入研究,分析了LDPC码在QPSK调制下初始消息的计算方法,推导了初始消息的计算公式。同时对该算法进行了程序仿真,仿真结果表明LDPC码在QPSK调制中具有良好的性能。当信噪比为3.5 dB时,误码率可达到10-6数量级。  相似文献
