This paper is concerned with the problem of mean square consensus for nonlinear multi-agent systems with state-dependent noise perturbations. A distributed event-triggered mechanism which can be used to reduce the number of controller updates and communication load is developed to apply in stochastic dynamical systems. By combining the tools of graph theory and stochastic analysis, the sufficient conditions are given to ensure that mean square consensus in the multi-agent systems can be achieved exponentially. The convergence rate is also analytically derived. Moreover, the feasibility of the proposed distributed event-triggered strategy is further verified by exclusion of Zeno behaviour. Finally, some numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the consensus problem of leader-following multi-agent systems with fractional-order nonlinear dynamics. A typical event is defined as some error signals exceeding a given threshold. By applying Lyapunov functional approach and skills of computing function limit, consensus of the controlled multi-agent systems can be reached asymptotically. Meanwhile, the event-triggered algorithm can exclude Zeno behaviours. Finally, a numerical simulation is exploited to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical result.  相似文献

This paper deals with the leader-follower consensus problem of Lipschitz nonlinear systems under fixed directed communication networks. Both state and output feedback control are proposed based on state and output measurements of neighbouring agents, respectively. Laplacian matrix features are explored for the stability analysis, and the sufficient conditions are derived to solve the consensus problem. Finally, simulation results are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the output-based consensus controller.  相似文献

低秩双随机矩阵分解聚类(low-rank doubly stochastic matrix decomposition for cluster analysis,DCD)是最近由Yang等人[16]提出的一种图聚类方法,它通过最小化KL(Kullback-Leibler)散度准则:KL(A,S),从图关联矩阵S中获得一个非负低秩双随机矩阵分解:A=UUT(U(0),并以U作为类标签矩阵进行聚类。在DCD方法中,因矩阵S是固定不可变的,故S初始取值选取的好坏对聚类结果有极大影响,这导致了它缺乏稳定性。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于图优化的DCD方法,将图关联矩阵S和DCD的优化集成在统一框架中,这改进和拓展了原始的DCD方法。实验结果表明,与DCD方法相比,图优化的DCD方法具有更好的聚类精确度和稳定性。  相似文献

In this paper, the leader-following consensus problem of the fractional-order nonlinear multi-agent systems via event-triggered control is considered. An effective event-triggered controller is designed and then generalised exponential consensus of the controlled multi-agent systems is studied in the sense of Mittag-Leffler stability of fractional-order systems. The event-triggering function design is dependent on the parameter of the system structure and the minimum inter-event interval can be flexibly adjusted with different fractional-order α. With the event-triggered control scheme, the consensus condition is obtained and the convergence rate of the system is estimated. Numerical simulation indicates the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the fnite-time consensus problem of multi-agent systems with single and double integrator dynamics,respectively.Some novel nonlinear protocols are constructed for frst-order and second-order leader-follower multi-agent systems,respectively.Based on the fnite-time control technique,the graph theory and Lyapunov direct method,some theoretical results are proposed to ensure that the states of all the follower agents can converge to its leader agent s state in fnite time.Finally,some simulation results are presented to illustrate the efectiveness of our theoretical results.  相似文献

In this article, we study the finite-time consensus in probability for stochastic multi-agent systems. First, we give the nonlinear consensus protocol for multi-agent systems with Gaussian white noise, and define the concept of finite-time consensus in probability. Second, we prove that multi-agent systems can achieve the finite-time consensus in probability under five different kinds of communication topologies by using graph theory, stochastic Lyapunov theory and probability theory. Finally, some simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses output-feedback-based distributed adaptive consensus control of multi-agent systems having Lipschitz nonlinear dynamics. Distributed dynamic protocols are designed based on the relative outputs of neighbouring agents and the adaptive coupling weights, under which consensus is reached between the nonlinear systems for all undirected connected communication topologies. Extension to the case of Lipschitz nonlinear multi-agent systems subjected to external disturbances is further studied, and a robust adaptive fully distributed consensus protocol is suggested. By application of a decoupling technique, necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of these consensus protocols are provided in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, numerical simulation results are demonstrated to validate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper studies the leader-following consensus problem for a class of second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to linearly parameterized uncertainty and disturbance. The problem is solved by integrating the adaptive control technique and the adaptive distributed observer method. In this paper, we investigate the optimal control problems for delayed doubly stochastic control systems. We first discuss the existence and uniqueness of the delayed doubly stochastic differential equation by martingale representation theorem and contraction mapping principle. As a necessary condition of the optimal control, we deduce a stochastic maximum principle under some assumption. At the same time, a sufficient condition of optimality is obtained by using the duality method. At the end of the paper, we apply our stochastic maximum principle to a class of linear quadratic optimal control problem and obtain the explicit expression of the optimal control.  相似文献

With the rapid development of swarm intelligence, consensus problem for multi-agent systems (MASs) has attracted substantial attention. To deal with the leader-following consensus problems in stochastic dynamical MASs with fixed and switching topologies, this article designed proportional-integral (PI) control protocols. On the basis of algebraic graph theory and stochastic analysis techniques, by selecting appropriate Lyapunov functions, it is theoretically shown that leader-following consensus of MASs with stochastic dynamics underlying fixed and switching topologies can be achieved in mean square, respectively. Sufficient criteria are derived for selecting the PI control gains. Finally, the theoretical results are illustrated through several numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper deals with the controller design problem of nonlinear quadratic Markov jumping systems with input saturation. Both mode-dependent and mode-independent state feedback controllers are designed. By using the concept of domain of attraction in mean square sense, sufficient conditions for stochastic stabilisation for nonlinear quadratic systems are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. This paper is devoted to the problem of global stabili sation for a class of switched high-order stochastic nonlinear systems under arbitrary switchings. By extending the adding -a -power -integrator technique and choosing an appropriate common Lyapunov function, a common state-feedback controller is explicitly constructed to render the closed-loop system globally asymptotically stable in probability. This paper deals with an average-consensus problem of networked multi-agent systems with heterogeneous time delays. First, a necessary and sufficient condition is derived for multi-agent systems to achieve average consensus. This condition is represented in the form of an algebraic condition by using the delay-transition and the delay-weighted Laplacians. Second, a performance criterion is introduced to evaluate multi-agent systems that do not achieve average consensus. The criterion is represented in terms of the norms with respect to the above Laplacians. These results imply that the introduced Laplacians play important roles in analysing multi-agent systems with heterogeneous time delays. The validity of the analysis results is demonstrated by simulations with six-agent systems.  相似文献

In this paper, we have considered a nonlinear protocol for a structured time-varying and synchronous multi-agent system. By means of cubic triple stochastic matrices, we present an opinion sharing dynamics of the multi-agent system as a trajectory of a non-homogeneous system of cubic triple stochastic matrices. We show that the multi-agent system eventually reaches to a consensus if either of the following two conditions is satisfied: (1) every member of the group people has a positive subjective distribution on the given task after some revision steps or (2) all entries of some cubic triple stochastic matrix are positive.  相似文献

This paper studies the passivity-based consensus analysis and synthesis problems for a class of stochastic multi-agent systems with switching topologies. Based on Lyapunov methods, stochastic theory, and graph theory, new different storage Lyapunov functions are proposed to derive sufficient conditions on mean-square exponential consensus and stochastic passivity for multi-agent systems under two different switching cases, respectively. By designing passive time-varying consensus protocols, the solvability conditions for the passivity-based consensus protocol synthesis problem, i.e., passification, are derived based on linearization techniques.
