针对50 kt/a渣油临氢热裂化中型反应器,应用欧拉-欧拉模型,运用CFD模拟方法,对比了浆态床的普通鼓泡反应器、强制外循环反应器、内环流反应器和外环流反应器的流体力学性能,得到了这4种反应器内气浆两相流体的流体力学规律。通过对比4种反应器内气浆两相流体的表观速度、流动方向和体积分数分布等流场信息,初步确定强制外循环反应器和外环流反应器更适合渣油临氢热裂化反应的反应器形式。 相似文献

传统甲烷蒸汽重整(SMR)反应器(cSMR反应器)中容易出现较大的径向温度梯度,增加了催化剂积炭失活的风险。提出了一种新型的含内外管欧姆加热蒸汽重整固定床反应器(eSMR反应器),以欧姆加热替代了传统工业反应器的燃烧供热方式。通过二维拟均相固定床反应器模拟,比较了eSMR与cSMR反应器的性能差异,分析了eSMR反应器结构及操作条件对其性能的影响。结果表明,相比于cSMR,eSMR反应器出口的平均甲烷转化率和平均温度分别高出26.6%和121 K,且径向温度分布更加均匀;eSMR反应器的内外管直径之比为0.589时,其径向温度梯度最小;增加入口温度、加热电压和水碳比均会提高eSMR反应器出口的平均甲烷转化率和平均温度,增加入口压力的影响相反。本研究可为欧姆加热蒸汽重整反应器的开发提供一定的借鉴。 相似文献

在Aspen Polymers Plus软件平台上模拟Spheripol聚丙烯工艺中核心液相环管反应器,采用了等效的全混流反应器模型和组合式环管反应器模型,结合工厂现场采集的数据,拟合了丙烯聚合反应动力学模型,并将该模型用于两种环管反应器模拟方法的比较。采用组合式环管反应器模型考察了丙烯聚合反应循环比对反应器撤热、聚丙烯产量和相对分子质量分布、反应器内氢气浓度分布的影响。结果表明,在高循环比操作条件下和误差允许范围内,环管反应器可以等效为一个全混流反应器。当控制环管反应器夹套冷却水出口温度不变时,过低的循环比使得反应器内的温度分布不均匀,而过高的循环比则使环管反应器的撤热能力下降;当循环比增加时,环管反应器内的温度和组分浓度梯度减小,停留时间分布均匀,趋于全混流状态,催化剂活性得到充分发挥,聚丙烯产量也相应增加。 相似文献

After developing a kinetic rate expression and a gas-liquid mass transfer correlation, the modeling of the entrained reactor was performed to predict the reactor productivity for any process condition. 采用AspenPlus工程软件对焦炉煤气生产甲醇过程中的焦炉气转化工段进行了模拟计算。根据焦炉气组成及转化工段的操作条件,采用RK—ASPEN物性方法进行了模拟计算。用绝热反应器模型RSTOIC模拟转化炉上部的燃烧过程,用绝热反应器模型REQUIL模拟转化炉下部的转化过程。模拟结果表明,焦炉气中甲烷转化率大于98%,出转化炉的转化气中甲烷含量低于0.4%,满足甲醇合成需要。出转化炉的转化气温度约980℃,与实际操作温度吻合。高温废热可以副产转化过程需要的中压蒸汽、预热和加热粗焦炉气、副产甲醇精馏需要的低压蒸汽、作为甲醇精馏加压塔再沸器热源以及加热脱盐水和预热冷凝液等。 相似文献
