国内中厚板热处理工艺与设备发展现状及展望

正火冷却工艺对特厚低合金结构钢板组织性能的影响

通过现场试验,发现厚钢板在经过正火处理后采用空冷、适当加速冷却、强冷三种冷却方式获得的组织性能各不相同。在没有特殊成分要求的低合金结构钢生产中,采用正火冷却工艺获得的力学性能能够完全满足标准要求。当钢的碳当量较低或受限时,空冷强度可能达不到标准要求,适当的加速冷却可以改善组织和性能,而强冷会加剧组织的不均匀性。本文结合某厚板厂现场试验情况,论述了正火冷却制度对组织性能的影响,阐述了正火+适当加速冷却工艺的合理性、可行性以及在特定条件下对正火工艺的辅助作用,对低碳当量、高强度正火大厚度钢板的开发具有重要意义。     

改进厚板的热处理工艺

苏联亚速钢铁公司3600厚板轧机生产的钢板在直通辊底式热处理炉进行正火处理。为了提高正火处理效率,该公司试验成功利用轧制余热进行快速冷却使钢板性能达到正火状态的新工艺。采用这种新工艺生产的低合金钢板,与正火状态相比,强度、韧性和耐低温性能提高了10～205,在使用部门可节约钢材10%。另外,该公司采用这种新工艺后直通辊底式正

气雾式在线加速冷却装置在中厚板轧机上的应用

1989年，Davy－CLECIM公司在法国敦克尔刻GTS厂和韩国浦项（pohong）POSCO2#厚板厂各装了一套气雾式在线加速冷却装置。该装置采用了法国BERTIN公司开发研制的水一空气混合的专利喷嘴。在六年多的工业生产中收到了良好的效果。迄今为止已生产经加速冷却的厚板100多万t，主要用于管线、造船或其它工业用板。运用这套装置，不仅可实现优于常规正火处理钢板的加速冷却“ACC”工艺，而且可实现在线直接淬火（DQ）工艺，作者就二厂的实地考察情况，对气雾式加速冷却装置的应用效果给予介绍。     

中厚钢板正火炉后控制冷却装置的设计与应用

正火后采取控制冷却是提高正火钢板力学性能的重要手段。从中厚板正火后的控制冷却装置的设备构成和功能角度,详细说明了控制冷却系统在满足控制冷却的速度控制、板形控制上的设备设计特点。正火控制冷却系统达到了6～80mm钢板的冷却速度范围在2—20℃／s,冷却后钢板板形平直,30mm以上厚度钢板的性能合格率达到98％以上。该生产设备运行经济、可靠。     

洗涤塔用大厚度临氢14Cr1MoR钢板的生产工艺研究

介绍了舞钢采用连铸坯生产洗涤塔用大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板的工艺和主要技术难点。通过成分设计以及冶炼、轧制、两次正火+回火热处理等工艺控制,实现晶粒细化和组织均匀性,所生产100-120 mm大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板的综合力学性能及晶粒度均满足技术要求。     

大型原油储罐用12MnNiVR钢板的试制

介绍鄂钢4 300 mm宽厚板厂采用先进的轧钢设备、辐射管加热氮气保护气氛无氧化辊底式热处理炉和辊压式淬火机试制12MnNiVR钢板的过程。通过控制轧制和调质处理,钢板金相组织为回火索氏体;各项指标均满足GB 19189-2003的要求,外形及尺寸均满足GB 709-2006标准要求。     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Comparison of rates of infection of two methods of emergency ventricular drainage

The rates of infection of two methods of external ventricular drainage in use at Atkinson Morley's Hospital--namely, (a) percutaneous drainage with Rickham reservoirs and (b) tunnelled ventriculostomies--were compared in this retrospective review. Percutaneous drainage of CSF with Rickham reservoirs was associated with a 27% rate of infection as identified by positive microbiological cultures; tunnelled ventriculostomy catheters had a 10% infection rate. The difference in the infection rate between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.015). Other variables examined, including the age and sex of the patients and the reasons for ventricular drainage, were not associated with an increased rate of infection. Most infections from either method were caused by a coagulase negative staphylococcus. The average duration of ventricular drainage before identification of positive cultures was 5.7 days for Rickham reservoirs and 6.0 days for ventriculostomies.

Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.
