目的设计一种导爆管自动捆扎机,通过该设备实现导爆管的自动捆扎。方法在分析捆扎工艺路线的基础上,对实现其基本功能进行分解,并将基本功能进行组合,确定整机结构方案,采用单根成卷,10根捆扎工艺,以旋转构件实现缠绕成卷,直动气动原件实现单根的推送及10根的捆扎、以胶带作为捆扎材料实现对成卷后的2处捆扎。结果经2轮样机的试制、改进及实际生产考核,完成了导爆管成卷捆扎机的设计、制造。该机每班捆扎的生产率为700捆/8 h,达到预期设计目的和要求。结论设计的导爆管自动捆扎设备可以提高生产率,减轻劳动强度,降低生产成本。 相似文献

介绍了一种用PVC胶带将胎圈钢丝工字轮封严的封口设备,设计了一种工字轮双边封口的结构,计算出设备的驱动力矩合理取值范围。建立驱动力在传动过程中的简化模型,分析设备封口时力的主要传递路线。根据胶带剥离理论和实际包装过程中胶带拉伸变形情况,用拉伸变形的胶带做封边实验。实验结果表明,当胶带伸长率达到10%左右时,设备无法完成封口。按传动理论计算出整个设备传动所需驱动力矩的最小值和最大值,并与实际的设备工作情况作比较,结果表明按传动理论设计是合理的。

目的为了提高螺旋护套缠绕效率,降低劳动强度,提出一种螺旋护套自动缠绕装置。方法该装置由夹持旋转机构和导向机构组成。夹持机构通过气动控制实现管段的固定,并通过同轴传动实现管段旋转。螺旋护套在导向机构的限制作用下,通过螺旋传动的方式,完成自动缠绕。采用有限元分析法对管段在夹爪夹持过程中的变形进行分析,为夹持机构对管段夹持是否造成损伤提供依据。结果测试结果表明,装置可完成直径6~14 mm直管段的螺旋护套的缠绕,在保障缠绕质量的情况下,缠绕效率较人工提高了7.2倍。结论此装置的设计实现了在直管段螺旋护套的自动缠绕,降低了劳动成本,提高了螺旋护套缠绕的生产效率。 相似文献

目的为了解决成摞纸质金融产品捆扎效果差等问题。方法通过对一代结构机进行设计、实验,以及对二代结构机进行优化设计,完成捆扎条传送、产品定位与捆扎条烫接、捆扎条裁切、捆扎条折纸及勉纸等机构的模块化设计。结果该捆扎机能自动实现捆扎条的定长传送、定长裁切、折纸及烫接;当出现故障时,可实现线下维修,能够将因停机维修造成的损失降到最低。还能根据不同产品厚度自适应调整折纸位置,实现捆扎百张纸质金融产品松紧一致的目标。结论经过实际应用,文中研究的自动捆扎机工作可靠、运转良好,具有推广价值。 相似文献

本文介绍了一种高效塑料编织袋缠绕存放装置,包括底座,所述底座的上端从左至右依次设有挤压平整机构、固定缠绕机构和顶升机构;所述挤压平整机构包括固定连接在底座上端的两个竖板一,两个所述竖板一相互靠近的一端共同转动连接有两个辊轴,所述辊轴的外壁固定套接有挤压辊;所述固定缠绕机构包括固定连接在底座上端的两个竖板二,两个竖板相互靠近的一侧设有卷轴,所述卷轴的外壁上缠绕有塑料编织袋,且塑料编织袋远离卷轴的一端穿过两个挤压辊之间。本技术可对不同长度的卷轴以及不同宽度的塑料编织袋进行卷取,实现一机多用,节约设备成本,在缠绕结束后,可通过多个组件消耗掉其重力势能,避免突然坠落带来的安全隐患。 相似文献

In this paper we derive the theory of multiple peeling, extending the pioneering energy-based single peeling theory of Kendall,
including large deformations and pre-stretching. We can thus treat a complex system of films, adhering over a substrate and
having a common hinge where the pulling force is applied. Two case studies are investigated: the asymmetric V-shape double
peeling and the symmetric cone-shape configuration with N peeling tapes, both requiring the solution of six nonlinear coupled equations (instead of the one needed in the simpler single
peeling problem). Remarkable implications emerge: (1) for moderate deformations, the critical strain of a tape is identical
to that of the single peeling; (2) an optimal peeling angle, at which adhesion is maximal, is discovered; (3) an additional
optimization, even for hierarchical structures, is introduced by imposing the delamination force equal to the intrinsic fracture
of the tape. Also, the length of the peeling process zone is calculated, suggesting different optimal values for flaw-tolerant
peeling at different angles. Applications to gecko adhesion, for which the flaw-tolerant peeling is demonstrated, and spider
silk anchors, that we are going to discuss in details in subsequent papers, are envisioned (including a new pre-stretching
mechanism for adhesion control) and suggested by the evidence of a smart mechanism capable of maximizing adhesion simply by

目的 对现有塑料袋装容器的外边缘轮廓进行精确定位,保证透明包装容器的外边缘轮廓在日常生产中可应用.方法 机器视觉塑料袋装容器检测系统依据图像信息收集、识别算法、sobel算法、位置标定、SVM结果对比等部分,确定透明包装边缘标定核心算法要点,在传统频域变换的基础上,进行sobel算法改进算法分析,有效提高对塑料袋装容器的外边缘轮廓识别率,明确该类包装的检测要点.以实际的液体透明医用包装袋为例,论证该类包装外边缘的特征提取方法,并且强化该包装边缘的视觉特征,最后进行SVM结果对照实验.结果 对照结果表明,该视觉方式可以实现对机器视觉的塑料袋装容器标定,精准率可以达到94%,对于机械手10%的边缘标定精确度是可以适用的.结论 基于该sobel算法以及优化措施,确定了机器视觉塑料袋装容器标定方式,满足了塑料袋装容器生产的有效定位要求. 相似文献

目的 针对现有电子产品缓冲包装存在的物料复用率低、仓储空间利用率低、不够绿色环保等问题,设计一种针对轻小型产品的薄膜紧固结构的绿色减量化包装.方法 将性能良好的TPU塑料薄膜用水性胶粘贴在一片式的瓦楞纸板上,折叠成一种薄膜紧固结构的包装件,通过测定纸板和薄膜的物理性能,确定基材的选择标准,对薄膜紧固包装件进行加速老化、跌落和振动试验,验证薄膜紧固包装的可靠性.结果 胶水的固化工艺对薄膜的剥离强度有一定影响,在常温下薄膜复合包装已经具有较好的可靠性,高低温交变的条件下胶水的粘结强度会有不同程度的降低.跌落和振动试验结果表明,样品的外观和功能无损,该薄膜紧固包装能满足在运输过程中的振动和跌落冲击防护要求.结论 可靠性高的薄膜紧固包装需满足的条件,当180°剥离时,剥离力不低于20 N;当0°剥离时,剥离力不低于80N.该薄膜紧固包装能明显降低包装体积,节约仓储物流成本,再生利用性好,TPU可降解,也易重复加工循环使用,能满足运输要求,可为电子类产品的降本环保缓冲包装提供设计思路. 相似文献

Thin layer splitting along the elastic-plastic solid surface is studied based on the elastic-plastic fracture mechanics method. In the splitting process, since the split arm does not undergo the reversed plastic bending, comparing with the conventional peel test method, the split test has remarkable advantages in measuring the material fracture behavior and is recommended as a new test method. Moreover, besides the driving force parameter, the split test method provides an additional measurable parameter, a residual curvature (or curvature radius) of the split arm. Comparing with the peeling force, the split force also has the connection with the total energy release rate, which is related with the crack tip separation energy (or material fracture toughness), separation strength, and the plastic dissipation work. Through measuring the driving force and the residual curvature, the fracture toughness and separation strength can be obtained. The primary objective of the present research is to develop a series of relations of the split force, the residual curvature, as well as the crack tip slope angle, respectively with the split layer thickness and material parameters, when crack tip advances steadily. Frictionless (or smooth) contact between splitter head and split arm surface is assumed. Another objective of the present research is to explore a connection between the split test solutions and the peel test solutions. Finally, the split test analysis is applied to a wedge-loaded double-cantilever beam experiment for Al-alloy material, a considerably similar test method with the split test, conducted by Thouless and his collaborators, and the fracture parameters from both test systems are correlated. 相似文献

目的为电商快递行业提供一种封装多样化、自动化的纸箱封装机,降低从业人员的劳动强度,提高纸箱封装效率。方法封箱机主要由底座支撑装置、纸箱对正调整装置、可控连杆手指封装装置、纸箱旋转装置、胶带封装装置及控制系统组成。设计双向丝杠滑台实现不同规格尺寸纸箱的对中、找正。通过控制可控连杆手指封装装置的原动件运动参数,实现不同规格尺寸纸箱的摇盖折合、封装。胶带封装装置由直动式电磁铁、微型真空泵、吸盘等零件组成,与纸箱旋转装置协调配合,共同实现纸箱的十字封装和胶带的自动切断。结果样机有效工作空间为550 mm×450 mm×300 mm,能够对外形尺寸在(140~550)mm×(140~450)mm×(180~300)mm的纸箱进行封装工作,每个纸箱封装时间为60 s。结论该纸箱封箱机可完成不同型号纸箱的包装、胶带的十字封装工作,实现了封装多样化与自动化;具有占地空间小、功能柔性可控、造价低的特点,可提高电商快递从业人员的工作效率。 相似文献

The wear process of particulate magnetic tapes by rotary heads in video tape recorders was investigated. It was found that the plastic flow of the polymer binder in the top layer on the surface asperities (low swellings) of a magnetic layer of a tape caused by head rubbing forms the smoothed surface. The increase in the real contact area on these surfaces asperities by smoothing creates a frictional force increase up to the shear strength of the asperities. When the frictional force exceeds that strength, the asperities are fractured by the shear stress. The wear debris from many fractured asperities gathers into large lumps and retransfers onto the tape surface. The increased frictional force between a rotating head and retransferred lumps of wear debris with an increasing number of head traces causes a larger shear fracture inside a magnetic layer under the retransferred lumps. Wear debris from the scars made by large shear fracture, combined with retransferred lumps, scratches the tape surface as a prow 相似文献
