以香叶天竺葵的不同倍性组培苗为研究材料,对不同采样时间的香叶油进行气相色谱分析,比较其香气特征。结果表明:常规组培苗和染色体加倍苗的香叶油的化学成分相同,且各个成分含量随月份变化的规律一致,但在各成分的含量上有差异。多倍体组培苗香叶油中香叶醇、异薄荷酮的含量较高,而常规组培苗香叶油中香茅醇、甲酸香茅酯、乙酸香茅酯的含量较高。常规组培苗香叶油主要指标成分含量分别为香茅醇30.83%~38.25%、香叶醇5.30%~9.72%、β-古芸烯3.71%~5.50%,多倍体组培苗香叶油主要指标成分含量分别为香茅醇26.1%~38.8%、香叶醇5.94%~14.81%、β-古芸烯3.21%~6.16%。 相似文献

本研究是对两种天竺葵 (香叶天竺葵 ,Pelargoniumgraveolens;肉豆蔻天竺葵 ,Pelargoniumfragrans)在开花初期时叶中的精油成分和矿物元素进行研究。研究表明 :两种天竺葵在开花初期叶的精油成分和含量有很大的不同 ,香叶天竺葵的精油中β -香茅醇 (β -citronellol)、甲酸香茅酯 (citronellylformate)、环己酮 (cyclohexanone)的百分含量最高 ,共占精油组成的 6 5 .82 % ,而肉豆蔻天竺葵中 β -香茅醇 (β -citronellol)、α -崖柏烯 (α -thujene)、葑酮 (fenchone)的百分含量最高 ,共占其精油组成的 33.71%。在矿物元素中 ,10 0克干物质中香叶天竺葵Ca、Na、Mg的百分含量比肉豆蔻天竺葵中多 ;肉豆蔻天竺葵中的S、P的百分含量比香叶天竺葵中多 ;10 0克干物质中微量元素Fe、B、Zn、Mn、Si的百分含量在香叶天竺葵的含量高于肉豆蔻天竺葵。 相似文献

采用气相色谱 质谱联用技术对驱蚊香草芳香油成分进行研究 ,共检出 64个组分 ,鉴定出已知化合物 5 9个 ,占芳香油成分总数的 92 .2 %,占总含量的 97.45 %。主要化学成分为 :香叶醇、芳樟醇、香茅醇、异薄荷酮、β 古芸烯、桉醇、γ 木罗烯、异已酸香叶酯、丙酸香叶酯等 ,其中香叶醇占芳香油成分总含量 41.44 %。此外 ,采用气相色谱法 ,按GB115 3 8 85标准 ,在相同条件下 ,对驱蚊香草芳香油与天竺葵精油以及不同产地驱蚊香草的化学成分 ,进行了对比分析研究 相似文献

玫瑰香叶1983年从摩洛哥引进我国,经过在云南省昆明、永仁、楚雄、砚山、石屏等地五年多的栽培实验,认为在云南永仁地区的结果较好,得油率0.25%,其中,异薄荷酮7.0%.芳樟醇7.64%;香茅醇18.93%,香叶醇19.58%,甲酸香叶酯5.49%,甲酸香茅酯6.28%。为扩大玫瑰香叶的栽培提供了实验数据. 相似文献

本文对生长在上海地区的香天竺葵(Pelargonium × fragrans)和香叶天竺葵(Pelargonium graveolens)不同月份的精油的含有率及其成分变化进行研究.采样后,用水蒸馏法提取精油,用GC-MS对精油成分进行分析;结果显示,香天竺葵在一月份精油含有率最低,七月份达到了最高点.其精油成分的含量在各个月份不稳定.香叶天竺葵精油成分在6月份和9月份精油含有率最高,精油含有率最低的是在一月份.无论哪个月份的精油,在它们的成分中,香茅醇及它的酯类的含量最高,其次是香叶醇和它的酯. 相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法对海南产柠檬香茅进行精油提取,考察了提取时间、料液比、香茅粗细、香茅部位、提取液成分等因素对精油收率及主要成分的影响,精油提取率为0.09%~1.06%;50 g长2 cm的干柠檬香茅在1 400 mL含8 g NaCl的水溶液中,提取时间180 min时精油出油率最高,为1.06%。随提取条件不同,精油成分有差异,但主要成分无明显变化,主要为香叶醛、橙花醛、香叶醇、香叶酸和芳樟醇,该5种主要成分的质量约占精油总质量的86%~96%。电子自旋共振法测试结果表明,质量分数1%香茅精油乙醇溶液对羟基自由基具有一定清除活性,清除率约32%。 相似文献

This study investigated the supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of geranium essential oil from geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) using supercritical carbon dioxide solvent. The extraction yield was measured as a function of pressure, temperature and carbon dioxide flow rate. At low pressure (10 MPa) and high temperature (343 K), waxes were co‐extracted with the essential oil, resulting in artificially elevated essential oil extraction yields as no method was available with the SFE apparatus used to separate co‐extracted waxes and oil. At high pressure (30 MPa) and low temperature (313 K), the amount of wax co‐extracted decreased. Under these ‘optimum’ conditions, the extraction yield increased with decrease in flow rate giving a maximum extraction yield of 2.53%. All samples were analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and the effect of pressure and extraction time on oil composition was studied. The percentage compositions of terpene hydrocarbons, terpenols, geraniol and geranyl esters were significantly affected by pressure and extraction time. The oil samples obtained by SFE were also compared with commercially obtained steam distilled samples. All major components of the commercially obtained oils were present in the SFE‐obtained oils; however, the percentage composition of the major components differed greatly between steam distilled and SFE oils. Abstract Kinetics and mechanisms of oxidation of 6 acetals by molecular oxygen and ozone in liquid phase have been studied. Reaction with molecular oxygen (70°C, 15–16 hr) leads to the formation monoethers of the corresponding glycols with 68–90% selectivity. Salts of metals and complexes with crown-ethers have increased the reaction rate significally. Ozone have reacted with acetals with formation similar products. The variation of the Au 4f binding energy of Au clusters with the cluster size has been established by measuring the binding energies of clusters whose size distributions were independently determined by HREM and STM. The binding energy increases significantly when the cluster size is less than 2 nm. Au-Cu bimetallic clusters of the composition Cu3Au have been deposited for the first time on carbon substrates. The shifts in the core level binding energies of the bimetallic clusters show the effect of alloying in the case of large clusters, but show effects of both alloying and cluster size in the case of the small clusters. The interaction of CO with Cu3Au clusters is stronger than with a bulk Cu metal. The interaction of CO with small Cu clusters also seems to be stronger than with bulk Cu or with large Cu clusters. 相似文献
