采用摩擦研磨—磁选的工艺以提高选别细颗粒磁铁矿的能力。铁品位为66.02%的铁矿经一次干式研磨磁选选别后获得铁回收率为99.23%,铁品位为67.40%的铁精矿;经8次湿式研磨磁吸选别后获得铁回收率为98.33%,铁品位为68.91%的铁精矿。铁品位为45.52%的铁矿经"8次湿式磁选+8次湿式研磨磁选"选别后获得铁回收率为90.97%,铁品位为69.89%的铁精矿。  相似文献

山东省某大型铁矿主要有用矿物为磁铁矿,少见黄铁矿等。磁铁矿呈自形、它形晶体状分布,嵌布粒度微细,采用四段磨矿—粗精矿再磨再磁选工艺选别该铁矿石,铁精矿TFe品位只能达到62%;使用搅拌磨对铁精矿进行再磨后磁选,当再磨粒度为d90=22μm时,铁精矿TFe品位可达65%。  相似文献

贵州某低品位褐铁矿主要以针铁矿、菱铁矿和少量磁铁矿、黄铁矿形式存在,属于难选铁矿石,常规的磁选、浮选、磁化焙烧—弱磁选均不能获得满意的指标。试验采用氯化还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺流程处理该矿石,获得了铁精矿品位为60.96%,回收率为87.16%的良好指标,为该矿石的开发利用提供了新思路。  相似文献

对印度尼西亚某海滨砂铁矿原矿性质进行研究。该矿原矿铁品位为43.25%,铁矿主要以磁铁矿形式存在,原矿粒度较细,单体解离度较好。采用三种不同试验方案进行试验,即原矿不磨,直接磁选;磨矿—弱磁选;磨矿—弱磁选—强磁选—重选,分别获得铁精矿品位为56.53%,回收率为79.03%;铁品位为59.19%,回收率为85.56%;铁品位为59.20%,回收率为88.05%的指标。此研究为印度尼西亚的海滨砂矿的开发利用提供了参考。  相似文献
