西藏某铜矿选矿试验研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
对西藏某铜矿进行了浮选-浸出试验研究,采用先浮选硫化铜矿、后浮选氧化铜矿并在氧化铜矿浮选中添加少量辅助捕收剂YQC-64的工艺流程,可取得硫化铜精矿品位33.83%、氧化铜精矿品位16.84%、总精矿铜品位28.17%、总回收率87.06%的浮选指标。浮选尾矿用硫酸浸出,浸渣品位可降至0.11%。试验结果表明,该工艺较充分有效地回收了铜资源。  相似文献

为高效回收利用铜品位为1.28%的云南某氧化铜矿,根据原矿高氧化率、高结合率、嵌布粒度细的特点及不同含铜矿物可浮性和磁性的差异,试验研究采用先浮硫化铜后浮氧化铜-浮选尾矿强磁选的原则工艺流程。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 84.5%的条件下,进行硫化铜1粗1扫2精浮硫化铜矿,硫化铜浮选尾矿再进行1粗3扫3精浮氧化铜矿,浮选尾矿通过磁选综合回收铜工艺,最终获得的硫化铜精矿铜品位为24.75%,铜回收率为33.03%;获得的氧化铜精矿铜品位为16.12%,回收率为39.25%;获得的磁选精矿铜品位为9.71%,铜回收率为12.50%;总精矿铜品位为16.77%,总铜回收率为84.78%,获得了满意的试验指标。   相似文献

某富银氧化铜矿中银分别以游离银和载体银两种形式存在,其中银载体矿物主要为氧化铜矿、少量为硫化铜矿.为了最大限度地提高银回收率,采用"先浮选游离银及硫化铜矿-后浮选氧化铜矿"的优先浮选工艺,配合银的高效捕收剂LF-105,在原矿银品位335.56g/t、铜品位4.91%的条件下,获得银品位4417.11g/t、回收率85.69%的银精矿,及银品位310.45g/t、银回收率11.59%、铜品位27.98%、铜回收率71.36%的富银铜精矿,银总回收率可达97.28%,实现了铜矿中共伴生银资源的综合利用.  相似文献

德兴铜矿4#尾矿库铜尾矿铜品位接近工业临界开采品位,具有品位低、粒度细的特点。采用浮选工艺对该尾矿进行浮选回收试验研究。结果表明,采用硫化矿、氧化矿分别浮选的方式进行浮选,并对硫化铜矿物进行再磨再选,最终可获得铜综合回收率为75.2%,品位为13.67%的硫化铜精矿和品位为6.82%的氧化铜精矿。  相似文献

内蒙古某铜矿原矿含铜1.28%,铜品位较高,但氧化严重,氧化率高达76.07%,属于高氧化铜矿。原矿中氧化铜矿物主要为孔雀石,硫化铜矿物主要为辉铜矿和黄铜矿。为综合利用资源,针对矿石性质,进行了详细的条件试验,最终确定采用"先浮硫化矿后硫化浮选氧化矿"的工艺流程,获得了良好的分选指标。全流程闭路试验获得了含铜28.68%、回收率20.65%的硫化铜精矿以及含铜16.82%、回收率52.38%的氧化铜精矿,总铜精矿含铜19.05%、回收率73.03%,对该类资源的综合利用提供了一定的参考依据。  相似文献

某含钴氧化型铜矿含铜3.22%、含钴0.045%, 采用先浮硫化矿后浮氧化矿原则流程, 进行了实验室验证试验及扩大连选试验研究。实验室验证试验获得了铜品位51.52%、钴品位0.138%的硫化铜精矿和铜品位19.53%、钴品位0.437%的氧化铜精矿; 扩大连选试验获得了铜品位45.11%、钴品位0.154%的硫化铜精矿和铜品位12.31%、钴品位0.261%的氧化铜精矿; 铜总回收率大于80%, 钴总回收率大于55%。研究成果可为该矿石工业应用工程设计提供依据。  相似文献

玻利维亚图皮萨铜矿石属于混合铜矿石,含铜1.65%,铜的氧化率为28.48%。针对该矿石性质进行了浮选试验研究,采用直接浮选先浮硫化铜矿物,再用硫化浮选法浮氧化铜矿物,硫化浮选以丁基黄药+丁基铵黑药+羟肟酸组合作为捕收剂强化对氧化铜矿物的捕收。闭路试验获得铜品位为20.48%,铜回收率为61.77%的硫化铜精矿及铜品位为13.29%,回收率为19.28%的氧化铜精矿,总铜回收率为81.05%,试验研究为该矿的开发利用提供了技术依据。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
