钻井是油气田勘探开发的重要手段.当前钻井工程中占主导地位的钻井方法仍然是旋转钻进、泥浆循环排屑法.在钻井过程中,泥浆性能的好坏,使用和处理是否得当,直接关系着钻井钻速、钻头寿命、泥浆泵磨损、泥浆费用以及整个钻井的综合成本.钻井固相即指泥浆中所含的固体成分,其体积或质量百分比即钻井液固相含量.泥浆固相控制就是要清除泥浆中的有害固相,保存有用固相.现代泥浆固相控制作为现代钻井的重要手段,直接影响着安全、优质、快速钻井和油气层的保护,因此对泥浆固相控制的研究对钻井技术的发展具有十分重要的意义.本文对泥浆固相含量对钻井的影响进行了分析,进而提出控制方法. 相似文献

纳米二氧化钛作为一种重要的纳米材料,在陶瓷材料、催化剂载体等领域有着广泛的应用。简单介绍了纳米二氧化钛特性,综述了纳米二氧化钛的制备方法的特点和研究进展,包括气相反应法、液相反应法、固相反应法3大类,着重论述了目前应用比较广泛的液相法(又可以细分为水解法、沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法等方法)。并在此基础上分析了目前纳米二氧化钛制备方法在中国的发展现状、特点及不足。同时指出今后纳米二氧化钛制备方法发展的方向是提高对粒度控制能力及做好对团聚体的分散及控制。另外,纯度控制,化学成分,微观结构的均匀性控制,稳定性控制也是急需解决的问题。 相似文献

This study examines the phase behavior of ethylene–vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) blends during MMA polymerization. The ternary PMMA/MMA/EVA mixtures are considered to create a triangular phase diagram, which responds the phase changes during polymerization. The phase changes during MMA polymerization are also examined by optical microscope and photometer. Since the PMMA and EVA are well‐known immiscibles, the polymer solution undergoes phase separation at the initial stage of the MMA polymerization. Additionally, the phase inversion occurs as the conversion of MMA between 13.8 and 20.8%. On the other hand, the EVA‐graft‐PMMA, which can reduce the dispersed EVA particle size, is induced efficiently by taking tert‐butyl peroctoate (t‐BO) as initiator during MMA polymerization. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A poly(vinylidene fluoride)‐graft‐poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PVDF‐g‐PNIPAAm) copolymer was synthesized, and flat‐sheet membranes were prepared via the phase‐inversion method with N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) as the solvent and water as the coagulation bath. The effects of the coagulation‐bath temperature on poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)/DMF/water and PVDF‐g‐PNIPAAm/DMF/water ternary systems were studied with phase diagrams. The results showed that the phase‐separation process could be due to the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) at low temperatures, and the phase‐separation process was attributed to crystallization at high temperatures. The structures and properties of the membranes prepared at different coagulation‐bath temperatures were researched with scanning electron microscopy, porosity measurements, and flux measurements of pure water. The PVDF‐g‐PNIPAAm membranes, prepared at different temperatures, formed fingerlike pores and showed higher water flux and porosity than PVDF membranes. In particular, a membrane prepared at 30°C had the largest fingerlike pores and greatest porosity. Poly(4‐methyl‐1‐pentene) was used to prepare porous structures by a thermally induced phase‐separation method. Different porous structures were obtained with poly(4‐methyl‐1‐pentene), which has excellent properties as a polymer, and diphenyl ether as a diluent. The affecting factors, including the polymer concentration and cooling temperature, are discussed. Scanning electron microscopy images and porosity values were obtained to investigate the affecting factors. According to the cloud‐point temperature and crystallization temperature, a phase diagram was also obtained to explain the phase‐separation process. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了新型抗水氯氧镁水泥的水化产物、显微结构和主要性能。XRD,DTA,SEM和EDAX分析表明,其主要水化产物5·1·8在不同条件下有4种形态,且Ca,P和S元素固溶量不同。未反应MgO微粒均匀分散在5·1·8凝胶内是其结构的主要特征,不稳定的针杆状5·1·8晶体只在孔洞内少量形成。从显微结构的观点分析了其抗水机理。 相似文献
