介绍了在宝钢分公司厚板厂产线上开发成功的大型原油储罐用B610E(08MnNiVR)高强度钢板的成分和性能特点、生产工艺,列举了典型厚度钢板的实物性能,试验和分析了其大热输入焊接的适应性。研究结果表明,宝钢分公司厚板厂产线工业批量生产的B610E(08MnNiVR)钢板性能稳定。完全满足10万m。大型原油储罐用大热输入焊接高强度钢板技术要求,已成功地用于建造10万m。原油浮顶储罐。 相似文献

工业化试制了3种厚度规格(20,26和36mm)的新型低成本高焊接性能船板钢EH36。试制钢板的显微组织由多边形铁素体和针状铁素体构成,其力学性能满足EH36级别船板要求并具有优异的低温韧性。采用焊接热模拟评价了钢板的焊接性能,当热输入由30kJ/cm升高至160kJ/cm时,粗晶区原奥氏体晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,其组织也逐渐由粒状贝氏体向晶界铁素体+晶内针状铁素体+晶内多边形铁素体转变,维氏硬度逐渐下降,低温韧性优异。得益于TiN粒子对奥氏体晶粒长大的抑制作用,微量B元素对先共析铁素体转变的抑制作用以及BN粒子对晶内铁素体形核的促进作用,焊接粗晶区获得了有利于韧性的细化组织,保证了粗晶区具有优异的低温韧性。双丝埋弧焊试验也验证了钢板具有优异的焊接性能。 相似文献

为了确保原油储罐用钢的大热输入焊接性能,试制中重点控制T610E钢的化学成分,分析大热输入性能的机理,并进行了焊接热模拟试验。试制结果表明,太钢生产的T610E钢具有优良的大热输入焊接性能,满足了大型原油储罐工程建造的要求。 相似文献

随着集装箱货船大型化,要求集装箱船用钢板向大厚度、高强度、大线能量焊接接头高韧性方向发展。为此,新日铁公司充分利用其开发的热影响区细晶高韧性化“HTUFF@”技术,通过加入微细氧化物抑制焊接热影响区组织的粗大化,成功开发了屈服强度390MPa级大线能量焊接用大型集装箱船用钢板。采用气电立焊对开发的65mm厚钢板进行焊接,焊接接头具有良好的韧性。 相似文献

13MnNi6-3作为低温钢种,用于丙烷储罐壁板的制造,正火状态交货,具有良好的冷弯性能、优良的焊接性能和低温冲击韧性,-60℃冲击功达到27 J以上,综合性能优良。焊接试验、模拟焊后热处理试验和焊接接头力学性能检验结果表明:13MnNi6-3钢的强度、低温冲击性能以及焊接性能完全满足低温丙烷储罐的建造要求。 相似文献

590 MPa automobile beam steel strips are used mainly to manufacture the longitudinal beam of trucks.It’s welding properties are critical to the safety of truck.The microstructure and mechanical properties of welding joints processed by CO 2 arc welding with different welding parameters were studied.The results showed that the welding joints were weak when welding heat input were small and the non metal inclusions were found in the weld joints when welding heat input are big.The quality of the welding joints is good enough at 170A of the arc current and 24V of the arc voltage.Keeping the other welding parameters fixed,the incomplete fusion defect occurred in the welding joint with backward welding,but the quality of the welding joint is good with forward welding. 相似文献

Compared with using semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding, using automatic TANDEM twin wire welding and twin wire gas metal arc welding (GMAW) to weld Q690 steel, a low-alloy high-strength structural steel used in the hydraulic support in the fully-mechanized mining face, the welding speed, deposition rate, production environment and welding quality can be obviously improved. Compared with GMAW twin wire welding, a refined microstructure in the weld and heat-affected zone (HAZ), narrow HAZ and improved joint strength were achieved with TANDEM on Q690. Also, due to the push-pull pulsed way in TANDEM welding, the droplet transfer, distribution on heat flow and interaction between two arcs were completely different from those in GMAW twin wire system. The heat input of TANDEM is only about 766% of GMAW, and correspondingly, the welding speed and welding seam can be obviously improved. The complete oscillation caused by TANDEM pulsed current occurred in the welding pool, which refined the grains in the microstructure. The results show that TANDEM twin wire welding is very suitable in the welding of Q690 used in the hydraulic support. 相似文献

经过系列技术攻关,改进了武钢专用钢板冶炼及连铸过程中一些工艺,形成了一套自主操作技术模式,生产的微合金化低合金高强钢中杂质含量显著降低,钢板性能稳定性明显提高.利用武钢新改进的冶炼技术研制了一种600 MPa级低焊接裂纹敏感性高能量输入焊接水电站压力钢管用钢,研究了该钢的力学性能、微观组织结构以及焊接粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)的组织特征及力学性能.结果表明,研制的新钢种集高强度、高韧性、优异的焊接性能于一体,且能承受大线能量焊接,焊前不预热,焊后不热处理.CGHAZ中弥散分布的复合氧化物夹杂促使针状铁素体的形成,提高了CGHAZ的力学性能. 相似文献
