通过新型的旋转芯棒薄膜吹塑设备制备了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合薄膜,并研究了该设备模具流道环流协同作用对吹塑聚乙烯薄膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,制备的聚乙烯薄膜呈现一种互锁片晶结构;芯棒转速的提高对聚乙烯薄膜样品的结晶度、片晶厚度也有一定增益作用,使得结晶更完善;聚乙烯薄膜的拉伸性能和撕裂性能随芯棒转速提高都有所提升,尤其是横向力学性能,横向拉伸性能最大提升幅度为25.75%,横向撕裂性能最大提升幅度为27.64%;同时,该技术实现了在不影响聚乙烯薄膜的纵向热收缩率的情况下,大幅提高其横向热收缩率,提升幅度可达128.41%。 相似文献

偏二氯乙烯的生产方法包括三氯乙烷法与高温热脱氯化氢法,聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)的典型生产工艺是悬浮聚合法.加入功能增塑剂后的PVDC可用于生产多层共挤薄膜,生产成本低.用于加工多层共挤流延膜、多层共挤吹塑膜和多层共挤吹塑双向拉伸膜具有良好的应用前景. 相似文献

The structure of an air-texturing unit for production of textured Arselon thread was developed. The effect of the texturing and twisting parameters on the physicomechanical properties of air-textured Arselon thread was investigated. The optimum values of the structural parameters of the aerodynamic unit are determined. The air-texturing process parameters in processing of complex Arselon fibres were optimized. A new line of air-textured Arselon fibre was developed. Recommendations were created on selection of the air-texturing method as a function of the requirements imposed on the thread. 相似文献

The effect of the twist rate on the physicomechanical properties of complex Oxalon thread was investigated. It was found that in processing samples of complex Oxalon thread on a doubler-twister, the thread is more subject to deformation than thread made on a twist counter and thus has a lower elongation at break. 在用ANSYS软件对近卸载槽处梯形螺纹进行有限元分析的基础上,就拉杆梯形螺纹端卸载槽的几何特性建立其参数优化模型,以控制梯形螺纹在近卸载槽附近的最大应力、卸载槽的最大应力以及卸载槽加工量最小化为统一的目标函数.通过对拉杆在单向拉伸力作用下的多目标优化,使应力适当集中在拉杆卸载槽处,其最大应力比平均单向拉伸应力提高20%,拉杆梯形螺纹牙根在卸载槽处的最大应力降低52%,使卸载槽能够较好地发挥其卸载的作用.在偏载作用下,拉杆梯形螺纹牙根在卸载槽处的最大应力降低11.6%;并以优化结果为依据,分析了拉杆出现较大附加弯矩的原因. 相似文献
