本文的研究结果和现行的CO_2激光的稳频方法有较大不同,它只有一个P-P线对,不但有永久固定的线序(signature),而且可以在四个运转频率中快速地成对切换。此四个工作频率分属两个波长,每个波长的频率稳定度都在10~(10)量级,由四个工作频率形成的二级合成波长可达到米级。这对于无导轨的绝对距离干涉计量学极有意义。  相似文献

The laser head and fast pulser for a high-energy, flow-compatible, X-ray preionized XeCl laser have been fabricated and tested. The pulsed power used to drive the 12*9*120 cm discharge utilizes a novel high-efficiency spiker sustainer circuit with a magnetic isolation switch. A single-pulse output energy of 19 J at 2.2% efficiency and a pulse length of 230 ns has been demonstrated, corresponding to an extracted energy density of 1.5 J/L.<>  相似文献

激光器采用集总电容的LC快放电网络。主放电电极由一对铝合金电极组成,间距2厘米。其中一电极面形曲率R=1.5厘米,另一电极R=1厘米。二排由24组火花隙组成的紫外预电离针平行均布于电极二侧,总有效激活长度为72厘米;激光器谐振腔长为100厘米,全反端为镀铝平镜,输出端为GaF_2窗口。总锗能电容量为67000微微法总预电离电容为18720微微法。闭合循环系统采用金属真空系统与循环泵组成。 在电压34千伏,He:Xe:HCl=94.8%:4.7%:0.5%的配气比中,激光器输出能量大于110毫焦耳,脉冲前沿小于10毫微秒;脉宽40毫微秒。以80毫焦耳能量为起点,运转6×10~4次后能量下降50%。  相似文献

An X-ray preionized XeCl laser with a wide aperture of 10×10 cm2 is described. The density for preionization electrons is estimated from an X-ray energy distribution to be greater than 6×109 cm-3 under operational gas conditions. In high pressure operation at 4500 torr, sufficient preionization has led to successful discharge-breakdown at a low E/N of 6.4×10-17 V-cm2, resulting in a high electrical efficiency of 3.1% with an output energy of 17.6 J. An output energy of 50 J in an 85-ns (FWHM) optical pulse has been extracted from an active volume of about 10:1 for a pulse-forming-line (PFL) voltage of 400 kV. The effects of impedance transformation of a pulse-transmission-line (PTL) following the PFL have been investigated using two types of PTL with output impedances of 0.26 and 0.48 Ω  相似文献

An optoelectronic exclusive-NOR gate was demonstrated for the first time. The device consisted of a composite pair of GaAs metal-semiconductor-metal photodetectors. Special input pulse trains were constructed from a 0.83 μm laser diode to test its functionality. Output electrical signal shorter than 800 ps was achieved. On-off contrast ratio of 6.2 dB was obtained with an incident pulse energy below 100 fJ. The device is useful in bit pattern matching for optical signal processing and optical computing  相似文献

A self-heated laser, operating on the atomic lead transitions at 722.9 and 406.2 nm is reported. The free lead atoms were produced by electric-discharge dissociation of lead bromide which was generated in situ by flowing a Ne-HBr gas mixture over molten Pb in the laser tube. Enhancements in the output energy of an XeCl laser of more than 50 percent have been observed by injecting 2-43 mJ of 308 nm laser radiation into the resonator 10-150 ns prior to the emergence of the final XeCl pulse. This effect is a strong function of the time delay (Deltat) between the two lasers and is most pronounced when the injected (external) pulse precedes the XeCl laser pulse by 45 ns. For|Deltat| lsim 100ns, the external radiation appears to be simply "seeding" the XeCl laser cavity which allows the second laser to reach threshold earlier and thereby improve its extraction efficiency. For100 lsim |Deltat| lsim 150ns, the enhancement may to arise from the depletion of the number density of an impurity molecule which absorbs strongly at 308 nm.  相似文献

A mechanically and thermally stable submillimeter laser has been constructed and has an amplitude and frequency stability suitable for use as a local oscillator in a heterodyne receiver for astronomical investigations. The microprocessor stabilization reduces the receiver noise for different kinds of Schottky barrier diodes used. A short-time amplitude stability (10 minutes) of about ±0.5% and a long time amplitude stability (1 hour) of about ±1.2% have been recorded. Integration times up to one hour with a spectral resolution better than 200 KHz are possible with such a stabilized system.  相似文献
