近年来 ,钢铁制品保护性镀层的发展迅速 ,如锌 镍合金镀层和锌 铁合金镀层。特别是前者的耐蚀性比传统锌镀层高 3~ 5倍 ,现已在汽车、摩托车、船舶、航天航空、轻工等产品上得到应用。锌 镍合金镀液有酸性和碱性两种。酸性镀液 ,与氯化物镀锌相似 ,以氯化锌、氯化镍作为主盐 ,以氯化钾、氯化铵作为导电盐 ,同时添加与氯化物镀锌类似的光亮剂[1] 。因此 ,氯化钾 (钠 )镀锌液直接转化锌 镍合金镀液方法简单可行。1 电镀锌镍合金应用配方[2 ]氯化锌 (ZnCl2 ) 70~ 80 g/L氯化镍 (NiCl2 ·6H2 O) 10 0~ 12 0 g/L氯化钾 (KCl) 15 0~ 2… 相似文献

A test is described which can be used to accelerate the deterioration of contact surfaces in a way that follows that experienced in natural environments in an industrial area. Porosity testing of precious metal platings is not sufficient to evaluate contact structures where the criterion is satisfactory performance and not visual appearance. The historical background of the industrial atmosphere test is given and some examples to illustrate the correlation of test results with service experience. 相似文献
