论文提出并介绍了一种基于压电陶瓷的微进给工作台及其控制系统的软硬件实现方法。它是由压电陶瓷、柔性铰链机构和单片机控制系统所组成的系统。将该系统以一定的方式安装在已有磨削机构上,就可以实现对高精密零件的磨削加工,实验表明,它可以保证机床的最大定位误差小于0.04μm,最大归零误差小于0.04μm。该系统已经用在精密外圆磨床上完成对工件的超精密磨削加工。满足工件最大加工误差小于0.05μm。该系统不仅用在外圆磨床的精密进给上,还可以用在平面磨床和内圆磨床上实现对高精密零件的超精密加工。 相似文献

High precision positioning over a large workspace is a fundamental feature of a precision machine. Connecting coarse (large stroke) and fine (high resolution) drive stages, in series, to form a dual-stage feed drive (DSFD) system can provide the desired performance. The DSFD concept has applications that include fast tool servos for the creation of asymmetric surfaces or online chatter suppression, and micro–macro robots for high precision assembly. This paper studies the design of DSFDs for machine tools. The design issues are discussed with special considerations for the dynamics and control of the two drive stages. Two DSFDs, single-axis and two-axis, are designed with piezoelectric actuators (PAs) for the fine stages and linear motors (LMs) for the coarse stages. Both feature flexures for frictionless precision motion that are designed to meet the static and dynamic requirements of a milling process. A model-based control algorithm ensures that the stages work together in a complementary fashion. The single-axis DSFD reduced the tracking error by about 75% in comparison to a similarly controlled LM drive. A second DSFD was built for milling experiments. In sinusoidal profile cutting the maximum tracking error was reduced by 83% and the average magnitude of the error was reduced by 63%. In sharp corner cutting the DSFD reduced the maximum tracking error by 38% and the average magnitude of the error by 39%. 相似文献

Tool runout and its effects is an important area of research within modelling, simulation, and control of milling forces. Tool runout causes tool cutting edges to experience uneven forces during milling. This fact also affects tool life and deteriorates workpiece surface quality. In this article a procedure, in order to diminish the effects of tool runout, is presented. The procedure is based on chip thickness modification by means of the fast correction of the tool feed rate. Dynamic feed rate modification is provided by superposing our own design of a fast feed system driven by a piezoelectric actuator to the conventional feed drive of the CNC machine tool. Previously, a model of the dynamic behaviour of the system was developed to analyze the influence of fast feed rate modification on cutting forces. The model incorporates the piezoelectric actuator response as well as the structural dynamics of the tool and the designed Fast Feed Drive System (FFDS). Simulated and experimental results presented in this paper show the effectiveness and benefits of this new tool runout correction procedure. 相似文献

为提高压电泵的输出压力,结合多腔体串联压电泵的工作特点,采用一种带有伞形截止阀的方式,设计了一种堆叠式四腔串联压电泵。该种结构设计使泵具有结构紧凑,腔体内流道较短,几何体积较小等优点。对四腔串联压电泵在不同个数振子驱动下进行输出流量与输出压力测试,结果发现,多振子工作时输出流量约为单个振子工作时输出流量2n~(1/2)倍(n为驱动振子个数),当2个或3个振子工作时,输出压力约为n倍。在110 V正弦交流电驱动下,所设计的四腔串联压电泵最大输出水的流量可达980 mL/min,最大输出压力可达123 kPa。 相似文献

为了提高鞋套包装机的运动精度控制要求,针对鞋套穿孔定位这一具体动作,对其中的步进驱动系统进行了研究,提出了模糊PID复合控制方法。首先建立了步进驱动系统的数学模型,然后设计了模糊PID参数自整定控制器,并利用MATLAB进行仿真研究,最后以鞋套包装机样机为实验平台,验证模糊PID参数自整定算法应用于步进驱动系统中的实际效果。实验结果表明,模糊PID参数自整定控制方法应用于步进驱动系统获得了较好的控制效果,提高了系统的精确性和稳定性,可以满足实际的控制需求。 相似文献

This paper presents a system developed for on-line vibration control on a turning lathe. Relative vibration between the workpiece and the cutting tool is sensed with the help of a bifurcated bunch of optical fibres which is then phase shifted, amplified and fed back to a specially designed piezoelectric vibrator supporting the tool. Whenever a vibration occurs, leading the machine tool-cutting process system to instability, the close-dloop feedback contour, with the help of the vibrator-exciter, generates an equal and opposite force to stabilize the vibration. Results obtained by mathematical modelling and experimental investigations indicate a significant improvement in the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool resulting in considerably higher productivity, accuracy and finish. 相似文献
