A NEW MULTIFUNCTION SWITCHED-CURRENT FILTER

A new switched-current(SI)biquadratic filter is presented which can simultaneouslyprovide the low-pass,high-pass and band-pass filters in a single building block.A symbol torepresent the universal SI integrator is also introduced.It can simplify the analysis and synthesisof SI networks.     

三阶级联复数有源RC带通滤波器

采用0.18μmCMOS工艺设计了一款应用在无线传网中的三阶级联有源RC复数带通滤波器,同时设计了自动频率调谐电路(AFT)。该滤波器采用的是切比雪夫逼近函数予以实现。在5比特数字控制码开关电容阵列的控制下,AFT电路即可完成对主体滤波器电路频率变化的校正。仿真结果显示,滤波器的中心频率稳定在2MHz,通带带宽为2MHz,镜像抑制比大于34dB,相邻信道阻带衰减大于34dB,通带纹波小于1dB,消耗电流为2.3mA,工作电源电压为1.8V。     

一种新的开关电流双二次滤波器

本文阐述了开关电流(SI)和开关电容(SC)电路的相似性原理,由此提出了一个新的SI双二次滤波器电路,该电路是由文献[5]的三运放SC双二次电路为原型导出的。该电路的一个重要特征是:它在单一积木块上能同时获得低通、带通和高通滤波功能。据此,得到了SI电路的一般双二次实现。     

基于CCⅡ的全集成连续时间MOSFET－C滤波器

本文给出了由ＣＣⅡ、ＭＯＳＦＥＴ和电容Ｃ构成的电压模式可集成平衡滤波器的基本块，并用所给基本块实现了平衡二阶滤波器。经ＳＰＩＣＥ仿真证明所实现的基本块及滤波器是正确的，且滤波器的工作频率会远远高于运放的ＭＯＳＦＥＴ－Ｃ滤波器。     

THEORY AND DESIGN OF UNIFORM FILTER BANKS USING ALL-PASS FILTERS

In this paper,the theory of uniform filter banks using all-pass tilters is furtherdeveloped.A new structure of two stage filter banks using all-pass filter is proposed,The pre-stage is half-band filter with period,the post-stage is two sets of band-pass filter banks.Thepre-stage filter stop-band just controls the don't-care-band of the post-stage filter banks usingall-pass polyphase,so as to realize a continuous stop-band property Moreover,a method ofsynthesizing filter bank is derived,which eliminates aliasing and amplitude distortions of theanalysis/synthesis system Finally,an example is given.     

级联开关电流滤波器设计

本文提出了一种新的有源器件开关电流运算放大器(SIOA)。新元件的引入大大减化了电路的作图,十分便于开关电流(SI)电路的分析和综合。以开关电容(SC)电路为原型,导出了若干新的全极点和椭圆(二阶或三阶)SI电路。这些电路既可作为滤波节单独使用,也可用于级联设计以实现高阶转移函数。为了说明设计方法,给出了一个五阶SI低通滤波器设计例子。     

新型多功能开关电流双二次滤波器

本文提出了一种具有较低灵敏度和正反两相输出的开关电流(SI)改进型通用积木块(MUB),可以实现抽样数据信号处理的各种基本运算.据此,以开关电容电路为原型,采用信号流图方法生成了一种新型SI高Q双二次滤波器,可获得低通、高通、带通和带阻等多种滤波功能。     

基于电流传送器的椭圆函数滤波器设计

本文采用电流传送器CCII+/-的模块单元设计实现高阶椭圆函数滤波器,实现方法为对所设计的无源高阶滤波器用信号图（SFG）进行模块化综合,用电流传送器CCII+/-实现SFG中的各个模块单元。所实现的有源CCII+/-滤波器中所有电阻,电容都接地,适于全集成。     

基于OTA的多功能电压模滤波器及其仿真

本文采用信号流图法设计了一种基于ＯＴＡ的三输入一输出多功能电压模滤波器新电路，该电路由五个ＯＴＡ和两个接地电容构成，合理选择输入电压可实现低通、高通、带通、带阻及全通滤波功能。文章还对电路进行了ＭＯＳ管级的计算机仿真，其结果表明所提出的电路方案正确有效。

TWO APPROACHES TO THE DESIGN OF TIME-VARYING CASCADED FILTERS

Two approaches to the design of time-varying cascaded filters used in radar clutter rejection are presented. In the first approach, by fitting the cascaded filter to the noncascaded filter, the time-varying cascaded filter can be designed, which makes it possible that the time-varying cascaded filter behaves just like an optimum clutter filter. The second approach can be used to design the second-stage filter in a time-varying cascaded one by setting zeros in its equivalent overall frequency response. It has been shown that it is difficult to express the frequency response of the second-stage filter in the time-varying cascaded one, however, it is convenient to be involved in the overall response.     

减小SCF电容分散比的拓扑变更方法

本文为了适应混合变量法的需要对四种类型的受控源做了相应处理，从而使用混合变量法建立含有受控源网络的状态方程时，不但无需寻找网络的树，而且还具有直接方便，。简便易行，系统性强等优点。     

New Active Digital Pixel Circuit for CMOS Image Sensor

A new active digital pixel circuit for CMOS image sensor is designed consisting of four components: a photo-transducer, a preamplifier, a sample & hold (S & H) circuit and an A/D converter with an inverter. It is optimized by simulation and adjustment based on 2 μm standard CMOS process. Each circuit of the components is designed with specific parameters. The simulation results of the whole pixel circuits show that the circuit has such advantages as low distortion, low power consumption, and improvement of the output performances by using an inverter.     

LOW-FREQUENCY LOW-NOISE CIRCUITS DESIGN USING AN E_n-I_n MODEL

In view of the limitations of a Rn-Gn model in the low frequency range and the defects of an En-In model in common use now, this paper builds a complete En-In model according to the theory of random harmonic. The parameters for the low-noise design such as the equivalent input noisy voltage Ens, the optimum source impedance Zsopt and the minimum noise figure Fmin can be calculated accurately by using this En-In model because it considers the coherence between the noise sources fully. Moreover, this paper points out that it will cause the maximum 30% miscalculation when neglecting the effects of the correlation coefficient 7. Using the series-series circuits as an example, this paper discusses the methods for the En-In noise analysis of electronic circuits preliminarily and demonstrates its correctness through the comparison between the simulated and measured results of the minimum noise figure Fmin of a single current series negative feedback circuit.
