采用热丝化学气相沉积法,以平行布置热丝方式及优化的预处理和沉积工艺,在复杂形状硬质合金立式键槽铣刀表面制备出均匀的微米级金刚石薄膜。通过扫描电镜和拉曼光谱研究了金刚石薄膜的形貌和成分。以高体积分数(65%)SiCP/Al复合材料为工件材料进行铣削试验,对比考察了金刚石薄膜涂层铣刀和无涂层铣刀的铣削特性。结果表明:在相同的铣削用量条件下,金刚石涂层铣刀的铣削力比无涂层铣刀的降低20%~60%;涂覆的金刚石薄膜附着强度较好,有效减轻了刀具磨损,使其寿命提高3~5倍;加工初期,无涂层刀具加工工件表面质量较好,但加工中后期工件表面质量迅速恶化,而金刚石涂层刀具加工工件的表面质量较稳定。  相似文献

Sheet metal hydroforming of single sheets is a deep drawing process. In contrast to deep drawing with rigid tools, an active fluid medium performs the forming operation. The process is chiefly influenced by the control of the clamping force against the increasing fluid pressure. Although the optimum force‐pressure progression is close to the sealing line, it is initially unknown and dependent on different system parameters. To perform the process at the ideal curve, the system parameters need to be detected online and led back to the feed back control unit. An optical system is used for the detection of the sealing state. The detection system is a CCD‐camera system that allows for the continuous recording of occurring leakages. Acquired data permit the application of different strategies to control the forming process along the sealing line. This paper provides an overview of this developed technology, advantages and problems with regard to the process stability and performance, the parts quality, and recent results comparing control strategies.  相似文献

Attempted to determine whether working memory processes measured by the Reading Span Test would be strongly associated with the ability to integrate information from different parts of a passage to infer an idea not explicitly stated in the passage. The study also assessed the influence of working memory processes on ability to encode explicitly stated and inferred information into long-term memory. 29 undergraduates were administered a letter span test and a reading span test. The ability to store and process information in working memory was shown to be positively related to (a) scores on a standardized reading comprehension test, (b) long-term memory encoding and retrieval of explicitly stated text information, and (c) integration of text information for the purpose of drawing inferences. Variations in only the storage capacity of working memory were not related to these measures. It is concluded that the ability to coordinate storage and process functions in working memory may be an important determinant of text processing skill, especially with respect to encoding information into long-term memory. BACKGROUND: Current medical, biomechanical, and chiropractic literature indicates that X-ray line drawing analysis for spinal displacement is reliable, with high Interclass Correlation Coefficients (ICCs) found in most studies. Normal sagittal spinal curvatures are being accepted as important clinical outcomes of care; however, just the opposite is taught in many chiropractic college radiology courses. OBJECTIVE: To review the current literature on X-ray line drawing reliability and abnormal static lateral positions. DATA SOURCES: Searches were performed on Medline, Chiro-LARS, MANTIS, and CINAHL on X-ray reliability, normal spinal position, and sagittal spinal curvatures as clinical outcomes. RESULTS: X-ray line drawing analysis for spinal displacement was found to have high reliability with a majority of ICCs in the .8-.9 range. The reliability for determining X-ray pathology was found to be only fair to good by both medical doctors and chiropractors and by both chiropractic and medical radiologists, with a majority of ICCs in the range .40-.75. Muscle spasms, facet hyperplasia, short pedicles and patient positioning errors have not been shown to alter sagittal plane alignment. The sagittal spinal curves are desirable clinical outcomes of care in surgery, physical therapy, rehabilitation and chiropractic. These results contradict common claims found in the indexed literature. CONCLUSION: X-ray line drawing is reliable. Normal values for the sagittal spinal curvatures exist in the literature. The normal sagittal spinal curvatures are important clinical outcomes of care. Patient positioning and postural radiographs are highly reproducible. When these standardized procedures are used, the pre-to-post alignment changes are a result of treatment procedures applied. Chiropractic radiology education and publications should reflect the recent literature, provide more support for X-ray line drawing analyses and applications of line drawing analyses for measuring spinal displacement on plain radiographs.  相似文献
