BACKGROUND: Several randomized studies about autotransfusion of shed mediastinal blood in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting have resulted in divergent findings concerning reduction of the need for homologous blood transfusions. Most of these studies used less strict criteria for homologous blood transfusion than applied in daily clinical practice. METHODS: A prospective, randomized, controlled study involving 120 patients having elective, uncomplicated coronary artery bypass grafting was performed. The autotransfusion group received transfusion of shed mediastinal blood for 18 hours. Criteria for homologous blood transfusion were hemoglobin concentration less than 5.0 mmol/L in the intensive care unit and less than 5.5 mmol/L during the rest of the hospital stay. RESULTS: Twenty-eight percent of patients in the autotransfusion group received homologous blood transfusion versus 55% in the control group (p = 0.007). Ninety-five percent of the shed mediastinal blood was transfused. In the autotransfusion group, a total of 26 units of homologous blood was used versus 78 units in the control group (p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: Autotransfusion of shed mediastinal blood in patients undergoing elective, uncomplicated coronary artery bypass grafting halves the number of patients needing homologous blood and reduces the amount of homologous blood given.  相似文献

Troponin-T (cTnT) as a marker of myocardial damage is well established in adults, but not yet in children. cTnT was measured in 85 children (aged 1 day-204 months, mean 46 months). Twenty-five children were non-surgical patients, with possible myocardial damage suspected on clinical grounds. The other 60 patients had cardiac surgery leading to a defined myocardial damage. In these children, troponin-T (cTnT), creatine kinase activity (CK), creatine kinase-MB activity (CK-MB), and creatine kinase-MB-Mass (CK-MB-Mass) were measured preoperatively and 3-4 times during the first 55 postoperative h. Except in four children with probable preoperative myocardial damage, all troponin-T values were in the normal range (< 0.1 microg/l). All children with intracardiac surgery showed a postoperative increase in troponin-T. Children with extracardiac surgery of the great vessels showed no postoperative increase of troponin-T. For the assessment of myocardial damage, troponin-T was more specific and more sensitive than the other markers tested, troponin-T might significantly improve the diagnostic assessment of myocardial damage in children.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: It has been suggested that the right ventricular myocardium is suboptimally protected during retrograde blood cardioplegia. METHODS: Twenty patients undergoing an elective coronary bypass procedure were randomized to receive antegrade or retrograde mild hypothermic blood cardioplegia. Transventricular differences in oxygen extraction, lactate production, and pH were monitored during aortic cross-clamping, and myocardial biopsy specimens were taken from both ventricles before cannulation and 15 minutes after aortic declamping for analysis of adenine nucleotides and their breakdown products. The extent of myocardial injury was estimated by monitoring postoperative leakage of troponin T and the MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase. Hemodynamic recovery and postoperative complications were noted. RESULTS: The preoperative characteristics of the two groups were similar. Oxygen extraction and lactate production in the right ventricular myocardium were higher in the retrograde group. In this group, the right ventricle also extracted more oxygen and produced more lactate and acid than did the left ventricle. Tissue levels of adenine nucleotides tended to decrease in both ventricles during operation, with no differences between them. The level of adenosine catabolites did increase somewhat in the right ventricular myocardium of the retrograde cardioplegia group after aortic declamping. There was a tendency for more prominent efflux of troponin T and the MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase in the retrograde group. Nevertheless, the postoperative course was uneventful in both groups. CONCLUSIONS: Retrograde mild hypothermic blood cardioplegia leads to metabolic changes compatible with right ventricular ischemia. Nevertheless, tissue levels of high-energy phosphates are well preserved, and the postoperative course seems to be unproblematic. Care should be taken when retrograde normothermic blood cardioplegia is provided for patients with right ventricular hypertrophy, poor right ventricular function, or severe preoperative myocardial ischemia.  相似文献

Serum creatine kinase, aspartate transaminase, and hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase activities were abnormal in 76, 50, and 28% respectively of 50 patients studied within 26 hours of surgery. No patient showed clinical evidence of myocardial infarction. Creatine kinase MB isoenzyme elevation, and lactate dehydrogenase LD1 activity greater than LD2 (LD) greater than LD2) were infrequent (6 and 10% respectively). No patient showed the combination of transient MB isoenzyme elevation and LD1 greater than LD2, although their rare association without infarction after surgery is to be anticipated.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The inflammatory response in patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass is well known and increased levels of inflammatory cytokines have been shown. High levels of cytokines have been reported in blood drained from the surgical field. The present study aimed to elucidate whether autotransfusion of shed mediastinal blood in itself causes increased cytokine levels in coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) patients. METHODS: A prospective, randomized controlled study was performed in 23 patients having elective uncomplicated CABG. Autotransfusion of shed mediastinal blood was done every hour for 18 h in group I. In group II, the shed mediastinal blood was accumulated for 4 h in the cardiotomy reservoir and then autotransfused every hour for the next 14 h. Plasma levels of tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNFalpha) and interleukin (IL)-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-6 were measured. In vitro study of cytokine production was performed with or without stimulation (phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and Escherichia coli (E. coli) lipopolysaccharide (LPS)). RESULTS: We found high levels of IL-6 in the shed mediastinal blood. However, autotransfusion of shed mediastinal blood did not lead to increased level of cytokines (TNFalpha, IL-1alpha, IL-1beta and IL-6) in plasma in group I nor in group II. In vitro study showed activation of the leucocytes in the shed mediastinal blood with a significantly increased production of TNFalpha and IL-6 both in the stimulated and non-stimulated samples. CONCLUSION: Shed mediastinal blood contains high levels of IL-6. However, autotransfusion of shed mediastinal does not cause measurable elevations in plasma levels of IL-6. In vitro study shows that autotransfusion activates leucocytes, which may enhance production of inflammatory cytokines.  相似文献

We investigated the net myocardial release of creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CKMB), myoglobin, cardiac troponin T (cTnT), cardiac troponin I (cTnI), and cardiac beta-type myosin heavy chain (beta-MHC) into the coronary circulation after cardioplegic cardiac arrest in humans. Cardiac markers were measured in paired arterial, central venous, and coronary sinus blood in 19 patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) before aortic cross-clamping and 1, 5, 10, and 20 min after aortic declamping. cTnT and cTnI were released into the coronary sinus in parallel to each other and almost simultaneously to myoglobin and CKMB within 20 min of reperfusion. In contrast, no beta-MHC was released in the same patients during the study period. The average soluble cTnT and cTnI pools in right atrial appendages of 11 patients with right atrial and right ventricular pressures within reference values were comparable and were approximately 8% of total myocardial troponin content. The soluble beta-MHC pool was <0.1% in all patients. Our results demonstrate the impact of the different intracellular compartmention of regulatory and contractile proteins on their early release from damaged myocardium.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: To evaluate the effects of minimally diluted tepid blood cardioplegia, a prospective, randomized study was undertaken. METHODS: Thirty-seven patients undergoing isolated primary coronary artery bypass grafting were randomized to receive standard 4:1 diluted tepid blood cardioplegia (4:1 group, n = 18) or minimally diluted tepid blood cardioplegia (Mini group, n = 19). Cardioplegic solution was delivered in an intermittent antegrade fashion in both groups. Myocardial oxygen and lactate metabolism, release of the MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances, and cardiac function were measured during and after the operation. RESULTS: Myocardial oxygen consumption was significantly greater and lactate release was significantly lower in the Mini group than in the 4:1 group during cardioplegia. Minimally diluted blood cardioplegia resulted in more prompt resumption of lactate extraction, lower levels of release of the myocardial-specific isoenzyme of creatine kinase and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances during reperfusion, and better postoperative left ventricular function compared with the standard 4:1 cardioplegia. CONCLUSIONS: Minimally diluted tepid blood cardioplegia may provide superior myocardial protection than the standard 4:1 dilution technique by optimizing the aerobic environment through an increase in oxygen supply during intermittent cardioplegia.  相似文献

STUDY OBJECTIVE: To find an accurate algorithm for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction in nontraumatic chest pain patients on presentation to the emergency department. DESIGN: In a prospective clinical study, we compared the diagnostic performances of clinical symptoms, presenting ECG, creatinine kinase, creatine kinase MB activity and mass concentration, myoglobin, and cardiac troponin T test results of hospital admission blood samples. By classification and regression trees, a decision tree for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction was developed. SETTING: Emergency room of a Department of Internal Medicine (University Hospital). PATIENTS: One hundred fourteen nontraumatic chest pain patients (median delay from onset of chest pain to hospital admission, 3 h; range, 0.33 to 22): 26 Q-wave and 19 non-Q-wave myocardial infarctions, 49 patients with unstable angina pectoris, and 20 patients with chest pain caused by other diseases. MEASUREMENTS AND RESULTS: Of each parameter taken by itself, the ECG was tendentiously most informative (areas under receiver operating characteristic plots: 0.87 +/- 0.04 [ECG], 0.80 +/- 0.08 [myoglobin], 0.80 +/- 0.04 [creatine kinase MB mass], 0.77 +/- 0.04 [creatine kinase activity], 0.69 +/- 0.06 [clinical symptoms] 0.67 +/- 0.06 [creatine kinase MB activity], 0.67 +/- 0.05 [troponin T]). In patients presenting 3 h or less after the onset of chest pain, ECG signs of acute transmural myocardial ischemia were the best discriminator between patients with and without myocardial infarction. In patients presenting more than 3 h, however, creatine kinase MB mass concentrations (discriminator value, 6.7 micrograms/L) were superior to the ECG, clinical symptoms, and all other biochemical markers tested. This algorithm for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction was superior to each parameter by itself and was characterized by 0.91 sensitivity, a 0.90 specificity, a 0.90 positive and negative predictive value, and a 0.90 efficiency. CONCLUSIONS: We found an algorithm that could accurately separate the myocardial infarction patients from the others on admission to the emergency department. Therefore, this classifier could be a valuable diagnostic aid for rapid confirmation of a suspected myocardial infarction.  相似文献

We compared the clinical usefulness of serum myoglobin and creatine kinase MB (CK MB) isoenzyme determinations in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction in 109 consecutive patients admitted to a coronary care unit. Of these, 37 patients were diagnosed as having definite infarction, three possible infarction, and 69 no infarction, using World Heath Organisation criteria. Blood samples were taken on admission and two to four hours later, Both CK MB and myoglobin were raised in the initial serum samples in 24 of the 37 patients with definite infarction. In an additional seven patients both CK MB and myoglobin were negative in the first specimen though both were detected in the second sample. In five patients CK MB preceded the appearance of myoglobin while in the remaining patient myoglobin appeared before CK MB. We conclude that the detection of serum myoglobin does not offer any clinical advantage over CK MG as an early indicator of myocardial infarction.  相似文献

Two thirds of patients hospitalized to rule out acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are eventually found to have a non-AMI diagnosis, whereas 2% to 8% of patients with AMI are inappropriately discharged from the emergency department. Myoglobin has been shown to increase within 2 to 3 hours of myocardial injury. This study evaluates the usefulness of myoglobin in acute chest pain. Serial blood samples were obtained from 89 suspected AMI patients evaluated in the emergency department. Testing included creatine kinase (CK), a creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), and myoglobin. Twenty five of 89 patients (28%) had a diagnosis of AMI. The sensitivity of myoglobin for the detection of AMI was 56% at the time of admission and 100% 2 hours after admission. Thirteen of 25 AMI patients (52%) had a positive myoglobin before increases in CK or CK-MB, including one patient discharged from the emergency department. More importantly, the negative predictive value for myoglobin at the time of admission was 83% and was 100% two hours after admission. This potential for 100% predictability in excluding AMI by the use of serial myoglobin determinations will be very helpful in the correct triage of patients presenting with acute chest pain.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Normovolemic hemodilution is a well-accepted method for intraoperative blood salvage. However, some controversy exists concerning the possible risk of myocardial fiber injury as consequence of the reduced oxygen content. Laboratory diagnosis of perioperative myocardial fiber injury is difficult, since biochemical markers are elevated postoperatively due to the surgical trauma. Cardiac troponin I (cTnI) is a new, highly sensitive and specific marker for the detection of myocardial injury. The aim of our study was to investigate whether normovolemic hemodilution in patients with major orthopedic surgery (13 hemodiluted patients, 15 control) induces a release of cTnI. METHODS: cTnI as a highly specific and sensitive cardiac parameter, as well as total creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB mass (CKMB mass) and myoglobin were measured after induction of anesthesia, after normovolemic hemodilution, prior to retransfusion of blood components, 3 h after surgery, and on the first and third postoperative days. RESULTS: Prior to retransfusion of blood components the hematocrit was decreased to 25.4 +/- 1.2% (mean +/- SEM; range: 18%-34%) in the control group and to 20.2 +/- 0.8% (mean +/- SEM; range: 17%-24%) in the hemodilution group. Total CK, CKMB mass as well as myoglobin concentration increased significantly in both groups, reaching their maxima within the first day of surgery. In contrast, cTnI was below the detection limit of assay (< 0.5 micrograms/L) at any time. CONCLUSIONS: We suggest that pre- and intraoperative hemodilution to a hematocrit of approximately 20% by maintaining normovolemia does not induce myocardial fiber injury in patients without preexisting cardiac diseases.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a naturally occurring vitamin-like substance that may have a beneficial role in ischemia-reperfusion injury. Coenzyme Q10 administered either as an additive to cardioplegia or as long-term preoperative oral supplementation has been reported to ameliorate myocardial injury after cardiac operations. METHODS: To determine whether short-term supplementation with large doses of CoQ10 (600 mg in divided doses 12 hours before operation) was effective in myocardial protection, 20 patients with well-preserved left ventricular function (ejection fraction greater than 0.50) undergoing elective coronary revascularization were enrolled in a prospective, double-blind, placebo-controlled randomized trial. Serial concentrations of CoQ10, myoglobin, creatine kinase MD fraction, and cardiac troponin T were measured preoperatively and 1, 6, 24, 72, and 120 hours postoperatively. Efficacy of myocardial protection was also assessed by clinical outcome and serial changes in electrocardiographic indices. RESULTS: The patient groups were similar with respect to preoperative and intraoperative characteristics. There was no significant difference in the preoperative plasma levels of CoQ10. These levels fell significantly in both groups after operation, although the magnitude of the decrease was less in the CoQ10-supplemented group (43% versus 60%). In both groups, there were significant postoperative increases in myoglobin, creatine kinase MB fraction, and cardiac troponin T. The magnitude of increases in cardiac troponin T was greater in the CoQ10-supplemented group, reaching marginal overall statistical significance (p = 0.06). CONCLUSIONS: Short-term supplementation with large doses of CoQ10 does not lead to improved myocardial protection in patients undergoing coronary revascularization with well-preserved ventricular function and relatively short ischemic times.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: [corrected] A National Institutes of Health-funded clinical trial of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass randomized perfusate and myocardial preservation to cold, tepid, or warm temperatures. The goal of the trial was to evaluate neurologic function before and after operation (4 days and 1 month after operation) and to measure hematologic data for fibrinolytic potential. METHODS: The three groups comprised 116 patients who completed neurologic evaluation by means of the Mathew scale out of 130 entered into the trial (37 cold group, 50 tepid, and 43 warm). Twenty-five patients had complete hematologic studies done. All three groups were comparable before operation. The myocardial preservation protocol used blood cardioplegic solution at cold (8 degrees to 10 degrees C), tepid (32 degrees C), or warm (37 degrees C) temperature and the systemic perfusate temperature during cardiopulmonary bypass was 20 degrees (cold), 32 degrees C (tepid), or 37 degrees (warm). RESULTS: Patients in the cold group had a longer duration of intubation and postoperative hospitalization and a slightly but significantly higher peak postoperative creatine kinase MB level than patients in the warm group. There were no deaths. There was deterioration in Mathew scale findings in all three groups, and no distinction could be made between groups. However, a significantly higher number in the cold group had an abnormal postoperative neurologic examination result that prompted computed tomographic scanning (18.9% cold, 2% tepid, 9.3% warm). A cerebrovascular accident was documented by computed tomographic scanning in 8.1%, 0%, and 4.7% of patients in the cold, tepid, and warm groups, respectively (not significant). Hematologic data documented significantly increased fibrinolytic potential in the warm group. CONCLUSIONS: Perfusion temperature is a factor in recovery from cardiopulmonary bypass. Cold has more adverse neurologic sequelae that prompt computed tomographic scanning whereas warm has more activation of fibrinolytic potential. Tepid is the best temperature for optimizing recovery from cardiopulmonary bypass.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: As a result of the limited sensitivity and specificity of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) as well as their isoenzymes, there is increasing interest in the use of cardiac contractile proteins for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and myocardial damage. METHODS: This study compared the release of creatine kinase, creatine kinase MB, myoglobin, cardiac troponin I (cTnI), cardiac troponin T (cTnT), cardiac myosin light chain-1 (cMLC-1), and beta-type myosin heavy chains (bMHC) in serial blood samples from 13 patients (10 men, three women; median age 54 years, range 40-74 years) with first-time AMI (11 Q-wave, two non-Q-wave AMI; three anterior and 10 inferior wall AMI). All but one patient received intravenous thrombolytic treatment. RESULTS: Myoglobin was the first marker to increase in blood after AMI and showed the earliest peak levels, whereas bMHC increased latest, showing the latest peak levels. cTnI and cTnT increased significantly earlier than cMLC-1 and bMHC. cTnI and cTnT increased and reached peak levels parallel to each other, but the latter tended to stay increased longer. cTnT time courses were biphasic in the majority of AMI patients, unlike cTnI time courses. cMLC-1 release was mostly biphasic. cMLC-1 allows diagnosis during the acute phase as well as several days after the onset of AMI. The time courses of bMHC were usually monophasic. Its delayed appearance makes it useful for the diagnosis of remote infarction. In contrast to cTnI and cTnT, cMLC-1 and bMHC time courses were not significantly influenced by early reperfusion. CONCLUSION: Our results demonstrate the impact of the intracellular compartmentation of an intramyocardial protein (cytosolic, structurally bound, or structurally bound with soluble pool) on its concentration time course after AMI, particularly on the rapidity of its release.  相似文献

Increasingly, patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) are elders, have had previous CABG, and have poor left ventricular function. To evaluate determinants of perioperative myocardial infarction (PMI) after isolated CABG, 499 consecutive patients were reviewed. Definite PMI (total peak creatine kinase [CK] > 700 U/L, creatine kinase MB [CK-MB] > 30 ng/ml, and new pathologic electrocardiographic Q waves) occurred in 25 patients (5.0%) and probable PMI (total peak CK > 700 U/L, CK-MB > 30 ng/ml, and a new wall-motion abnormality) occurred in 10 (2.0%) patients. According to multivariate logistic regression analysis, independent risk factors for definite or probable PMI (adds ratios; 95% confidence intervals) were emergency surgery (3.1; 1.1 to 8.4; p = 0.003), aortic cross-clamp time > 100 minutes (4.2; 1.6 to 11.2; p = 0.004), myocardial infarction in the preceding week (2.6; 1.0 to 6.4; p = 0.04), and previous revascularization (2.4; 1.1 to 5.2; p = 0.02). In conclusion, both preoperative and intraoperative factors influence the risk of PMI after CABG. Despite changes in the profile of patients undergoing CABG, the incidence of PMI in this tertiary center is comparable with that found in earlier series, probably because of improvements in surgical techniques and postoperative care.  相似文献

We studied 67 patients with tachycardia and chest pain admitted with suspected myocardial infarction; 29 had myocardial infarction (20 transmural, nine subendocardial) with elevated MB creatine kinase (CK) activity, as well as elevated total CK and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels. However, hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase and SGOT activity remained normal in three and four patients, respectively. Despite abnormal ECGs in 84% and typical chest pain in 54%, 38 patients had normal MB CK activity. However, 15 of them had elevated MM CK levels, presumably due to release from skeletal muscle. In total, 29 patients had elevated activity of MM, CK, LDH, or SGOT, but 72% of these patients had cardiac failure, hypotension, or skeletal muscle trauma due to cardioversion. Eleven patients with normal MB CK had elevated hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase activity. Despite elevated activity of other enzymes, MB CK remained normal. Thus, elevated plasma MB CK activity appears to remain a good diagnostic marker of myocardial necrosis in patients with tachyarrhythmias.  相似文献

Radiofrequency (RF) catheter ablation is the curative treatment of choice for many cardiac arrhythmias. After RF ablation there is always a small localized endomyocardial necrosis, necessary to abolish the arrhythmia. We designed this study to determine the serum concentrations of several cardiac markers in patients who underwent RF catheter ablation. The study shows a higher frequency of increase of serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) than of creatine kinase (CK), the CK MB isoenzyme (CK-MB), or myoglobin. A pathological value of cTnI was found in 47 of 51 patients (92%) in the ablation group. The area under the ROC curve for cTnI was 0.9375, significantly higher than for the other biochemical markers (0.86, 0.76, and 0.75 for CK-MB, myoglobin, and CK, respectively), with P <0.05. We conclude that the serum concentration of cTnI is the best biochemical marker for detecting the minor myocardial damage produced by RF ablation.  相似文献

Lactate dehydrogenase-5 and creatine kinase from rabbit muscle were labeled by coupling with N-hydroxysuccinimidyl 3-(4'-hydroxy-[3',5'-125I]diiodophenyl)propionate. After purification, the analytical recovery of catalytically-active labeled enzyme averaged 90% for lactate dehydrogenase, 81% for creatine kinase. The labeled enzymes were injected intravenously into rabbits and disappearance from plasma of catalytic activity and radioactivity was measured. The disappearance curves for lactate dehydrogenase-5 differed considerably from those observed with the enzyme labeled by direct iodination. The discrepancy was due to rapid hydrolysis in vivo of the labeled amide-enzyme linkage, because about 50% of the injected radioactivity appeared in the urine as 125I-labeled 3-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-diiodophenyl)propionic acid within 4-8 h of injection. Similar outputs were observed after administration of this acid to rabbits. The free acid was also detected in the urines of rabbits within 4-8 h of the intravenous injection of creatine kinase labeled similarly. We conclude that this method of labeling is unsuitable for preparing radioactive enzymes for study of their catabolism.  相似文献

We evaluated the clinical utility of the mass measurement of the tissue isoform of creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB2) in the diagnosis of an acute myocardial infarction (AMI) by determining its sensitivity, specificity, and predictive value relative to those of CK-MB mass and myoglobin. Samples were obtained at 0, 4, 8, and 16 h postpresentation from 100 patients (41% with AMI). The order of sensitivity for the sample proportions taken at 0-2 h from the onset of symptoms was myoglobin > CK-MB2 > CK-MB. At all other time points, the sensitivity of CK-MB2 either equaled or surpassed that of both CK-MB and myoglobin, although the 95% confidence intervals for the population proportions each of these markers overlapped. Of the 41 AMI patients, 31 (76%) exhibited concurrent abnormal increases of CK-MB and %CK-MB2; the other 10 (24%; 8 non-Q wave, 2 Q wave) exhibited abnormal values for %CK-MB2 before their CK-MB exceeded the upper limit of normal. The specificity of myoglobin was statistically lower than that for either CK-MB2 or CK-MB at all time points.  相似文献

The clinical usefullness of the CPK MB test (spectophotometric method) was evaluated on 139 patients admitted to a Cardiovascular Diseases Department with a diagnosis of suspected myocardial infarction. Serial determinations of serum MB isoenzyme creatine kinase, total creatine kinase, lacate dehydrogenase and hydrossibutirrate dehydrogenase were made at 1st, 2th, 3th, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th day. Incidence of CPK MB false positive and false negative data were also determined and correlated with the electrocardiogram pattern and serum levels of other standard enzymes. Results indicate that the CPK MB kinetic test is highly specific (94%) and promptly available in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.  相似文献
