为有效提高铝锂合金的耐蚀性能,采用混合酸电解液(硫酸与柠檬酸的混合溶液)进行阳极氧化,然后对阳极氧化膜进行无铬封闭处理,并对阳极氧化膜的微观形貌、表面成分、厚度和耐蚀性能进行了分析表征。结果表明:混合酸阳极氧化后铝锂合金表面形成了均匀多孔的阳极氧化膜,主要含有Al、S和O元素,厚度为12.8μm,其耐蚀性能好于铝锂合金。沸水封闭、锆盐封闭、镍盐封闭和铈盐封闭对阳极氧化膜的厚度几乎没有影响,但封闭后阳极氧化膜表面平整度和致密性改善,耐蚀性能明显提高。铈盐封闭过程中同时生成水合氧化铝、铈氢氧化物和铈氧化物,更好的填充覆盖了孔洞,封闭效果好于沸水封闭、锆盐封闭和镍盐封闭,因此铈盐封闭阳极氧化膜表面更平整致密,抵御腐蚀能力增强,电荷转移电阻较铝锂合金提高了超过一个数量级,腐蚀失重仅为铝锂合金的1/9,可以显著提高铝锂合金的耐蚀性能。 相似文献

分别采用磷酸法、硫酸法、乙酸-乙酸钠法和酸化亚硫酸钠法对经过不同封孔工艺(包括沸水封孔、镍基常温封孔、镍基中温封孔和硝酸铈封孔)处理的6063-T5铝合金板硫酸阳极氧化膜的封孔质量进行检测,并与硝酸预浸磷铬酸法进行了对比分析。结果表明,磷酸法与硝酸预浸磷铬酸法的检测结果具有良好的对应关系。在4种无铬检测方法中,磷酸法最适合替代硝酸预浸磷铬酸法,可用于铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜封孔质量的无铬检测。与硝酸预浸磷铬酸法相比,磷酸法缺少了缓蚀剂铬酸,所以其测试结果略高于硝酸预浸磷铬酸法。采用磷酸法评价封孔质量时,其评价指标要比硝酸预浸磷铬酸法约偏高5 mg/dm2。由于磷酸对铝基体具有腐蚀性,裸露铝基体面积的大小会影响测试结果的准确性,所以采用磷酸法检测时,应先将裸露的铝基体封闭后再进行试验。 相似文献

对汽车用2024铝合金进行了硫酸阳极氧化处理,并使用硫酸镍结合铬酸钾的双重封闭技术对阳极氧化膜进行了封闭处理。结果表明:在2024铝合金表面制备的阳极氧化膜属于典型的多孔膜。经过硫酸镍一次封闭处理后,大量镍的氢氧化物填充于膜孔内,有效地降低了阳极氧化膜的自腐蚀电流密度。经过铬酸钾二次封闭处理后,铬酸镍进一步覆盖在膜孔表面,大大提高了阳极氧化膜的均匀性和致密性。经过双重封闭处理后,阳极氧化膜的阻抗明显增大,耐蚀性大大提高。 相似文献

To improve the alkaline corrosion resistance of aluminum, composite films were prepared that consisted of a porous layer of anodically grown aluminum oxide filled with zirconium oxide, with a zirconium oxide coating layer that was deposited thereon via the sol—gel process, using a dip-coating technique. The alkaline corrosion resistance of these composite films was extremely improved when this coating layer was placed on an anodic oxide film. Comparisons of the composite film and conventional anodic oxide film showed that the alkaline corrosion resistance of the composite film was increased by a factor of 24–50. Because these composite films, which have high corrosion resistance, indicated a vibration phenomenon of voltage in the duration time curve of the electromotive force measurement, the composite film had a self-repairing action for alkaline corrosion. 相似文献

Microstructures such as microchannels and microchambers were fabricated on anodic oxide film of aluminium with laser direct patterning technique. The aluminium substrate covered with porous type anodic oxide film was dyed with organic dyes followed by hydrothermal treatment. The coloured and pore sealed film shows much higher absorption then as-formed porous film, that makes possible to pattern various types of microstructures on the film by removing the upper part of the film surface by laser irradiation. Structure of the crystallized hydroxide layer on the surface of the anodic oxide film, formed during pore sealing, as well as the partial removal of anodic oxide film from the surface is described. Microstructures with depth lower than 1-27 μm were patterned successfully on 16 and 32 μm thick anodic oxide film surfaces, using various combinations of laser power and laser scanning speed. The affect of the laser scanning speed and laser power density on the shape of the microstructures is also explained. 相似文献

The sealing of porous anodic oxide films on aluminium by the use of nickel fluoride solutions at ambient temperatures has been proposed as an alternative to hydrothermal sealing methods, on energy grounds. The process of cold sealing shows some promise and a mechanism is proposed as to how it may operate. As fluoride ions enter the pores, a place exchange mechanism occurs causing a shift in the local pH which is sufficient to cause nickel ions to precipitate. The nickel hydroxide blocks the pore mouths, effectively sealing the film. A slow step then occurs whereby water from the atmosphere diffuses into the film, effectively hydrating the film and causing general pore blocking. This slow step explains the ageing effect seen with such films. Eventually a film is produced which is effectively sealed. 相似文献

A dye, as a model for small molecular drug, was inserted into carbon nano test tubes (35 nm in diameter, 4.5 μm in length) synthesized using nanochannels of an anodic aluminum oxide film as a template, and the open mouths of the test tubes were sealed by polystyrene polymer. The resulting test tubes are dispersible in water, and the dye remains in the cavities because of the sealing. When the polymer-plug was dissolved by putting the test tubes into good solvents for polystyrene, the dye diffused out from the tube cavities. This study demonstrated the potential use of the test tubes as nano-sized carriers for drug and gene delivery. 相似文献
