Storing natural gas in wet active carbon is a recently proposed method. The research progress shows that this method considerably decreases the storage pressure while maintaining the storage capacity equal to or even higher than compressed natural gas (CNG). There is no requirement of pre-sifting any component out of natural gas for the storage, and the thermal effect on fast charging/discharging has almost no effect on the storage capacity. The charging and discharging processes are reversible and show good dynamic behavior. Although the storage temperature is a little lower than the ambient, the new method seems technically and costly more competitive than the available methods. 相似文献

With the increasing demand for alternative fuels the storage of natural gas (NG) in adsorbents like metal organic frameworks (MOFs) will become more important. In order to use MOFs as storage media in fuel delivery systems, the optimization of mass and energy transfer of the system is crucial. For rapid NG filling of a tank, molecules need to reach the adsorption sites within a reasonable time while the heat of adsorption should be dissipated to the environment. In this article, mass transfer in shaped bodies of MOFs was determined by permeability measurements and pulsed field gradient (PFG) NMR spectroscopy. The heat dissipation was also experimentally measured and both data sets were used to set up a theoretical density function theory model to predict the behavior of MOFs for NG storage. 相似文献

以石油焦为原料 ,在m(KOH)∶m(C) =2∶1的条件下 ,以KOH为主活化剂 ,以H2 O作为活化助剂 ,制备出富含纳米孔的天然气吸附剂。实验得到的预活化条件是 :m (KOH)∶m(C) =2∶1;m(H2 O)∶m(C) =1∶1,32 0℃保持 4 0min ,然后升温至 35 0℃保持 10min。活化条件是 :8℃ /min的升温速度 ,升温至 82 0℃保持 90min后 ,降温至 30 0℃后取料。结果表明 ,按此条件得到的产品微孔 (1~ 2nm)率可达 90 %以上 ,产品的质量吸附量在 2 0℃、3 5MPa下达到 13 8%。 相似文献

Three schemes of the gas turbine cycle have been analyzed from the point of view of the second law of thermodynamics: the conventional gas turbine cycle, where natural gas (methane) is oxidized by air; a closed gas turbine cycle, in which methane is oxidized by oxygen; and a proposed gas turbine cycle, in which the methane is first converted to synthesis gas (a mixture of carbon oxide and hydrogen), then part of the synthesis gas is oxidized by oxygen for electric energy generation while the rest is withdrawn from the power cycle for production of methanol, ether, synthetic fuel, etc. It has been shown that the third integrated scheme of natural gas usage provides minimum entropy increase as well as suppression of toxic nitrogen oxides generation in combustion products. 考察了温度在270.15~278.15 K,压力在2.3~4.0 MPa条件下应用CO2置换天然气水合物中CH4的置换过程.结果表明,温度和压力是置换反应速度和效率的重要影响因素.温度和压力越高,越有利于反应的进行.而压力的影响没有温度的影响明显.同时,置换过程中进入水合物相的二氧化碳的摩尔量与气相中CH4增加的摩尔量的比率超过了1:1,这可能是由于纯水水合物的甲烷含气量并未达到理论含气量,置换的同时有部分二氧化碳分子进入水合物的空孔穴和游离水中,形成二氧化碳水合物和水溶液. 相似文献
