New stage in the metrological provision for sensors

It is shown that traditional methods of metrological provision for critical sensors do not provide the required level of confidence for measurement results and economic efficiency. A method of improving the metrological characteristics of contactless conductometers

A method of improving the metrological characteristics of monitoring instruments, based on the use of a system of coupled oscillations as a highly sensitive recorder of the state of balance of a measuring circuit and simultaneously as a converter of the measured and compensating quantities in the information signal is considered. 系统地探讨了智能测量系统中计量保证的一些紧迫问题，即表述（选择、评估、检定和报告）计量特性；最终测量结果不确定度的自动在线评定（称为测量结果的自动计量支持MAS）；自动计量支持手段的校准测试以及集成测量软件环境的具体实现方法。也提出了智能测量系统的实际定义，并给出其通用功能模块结构。     

Development of a System of Metrological Supervision of Thermovision Measuring Devices

The state of metrological supervision of thermovision measuring devices is considered and recommendations are given for determining their basic metrological characteristics and methods and means of monitoring the parameters. Results are presented from studies of an equipment complex consisting of an extended radiator and set of thermal test objects. Through use of the complex, it is possible to verify and calibrate thermovision instruments.     

低频水声声压校准测试系统的设计

水声声压是声学测量中应用最广泛的参数，对声压的测量又是通过测量水听器的声压灵敏度来完成的。声学计量检定系统中对低频水声声压灵敏度的校准有多种方法，应用振动液柱法校准低频水听器的声压灵敏度是常用方法之一。伴随着新型器件、新材料和数据采集器的应用，笔者根据振动液柱法的数学模型，初步设计了一套测试系统。本文给出测试系统实现原理和系统框图，并对其不确定度进行了分析评定，同时给出测试系统能达到的技术指标。     

Methological support to gas-fired boiler plant

The paper discusses providing measurement and monitoring accuracy for pressures in the gas systems of boiler plant. It is shown that the errors in measuring and monitoring pressures on the basis of existing metrological support to boiler plants may exceed the limits laid down for the permissible pressure deviations at the inlet to the gas burners by large factors. System analysis of measurement problems encountered in testing complex engineering objects

The principles of system analysis of measurement problems encountered in the preparation and execution of tests of complex engineering objects are formulated. 眼科光学相干层析成像设备分辨率关键参数的小型化检测装置研制

通过分析眼科光学相干层析设备的成像分辨率理论计算模型,设计并研制了一套用于测量其光源光谱和系统数值孔径的小型化检测装置。针对一台商业化的临床在用眼科光学相干层析设备,通过对其关键参数的测量,得到该设备的纵向分辨率为6.9μm,横向分辨率为42.3μm。该检测装置未来可作为眼科光学相干层析设备的质控与计量器具。     

Justification of the List of Metrological Characteristics of Broadband Radar Measuring Systems

The features of the metrological backup of broadband radar measuring systems are considered. The list of their metrological characteristics includes the metrological characteristics of the narrow-band radar measuring system and the errors in measuring broadband characteristics. It is established, by comparing the frequency and time characteristics of the scattering, that it is necessary to estimate the overall error of measurements of the effective scattering cross section in the frequency domain, while in the time domain it is only necessary to describe the random errors of measurements of the smoothed pulse characteristics of the targets.     

Designing a computerized metrological production support system based on cals technologies

Designing a computerized metrological support system is considered, which incorporates not only metrological considerations on measuring instruments but also the computerized choice of production preparation facilities. A comparative analysis of the technical and metrological characteristics of bomb calorimeters used in Russia

A review of imported and Russian bomb calorimeters, certified in Russia, is presented. A comparative analysis of their main metrological and technical characteristics and also of the methods and modes of measurement employed is carried out. The constructional features, level of automation of the measurement processes and the processing of the results for different types of calorimeters are described. State Standard samples, which serve to provide metrological support of bomb calorimetry are proposed.

Laser Thermometry of Solids: State of the Art and Problems

Novel active techniques are surveyed for measuring the temperatures of solids. They are based on using an optical beam, usually from a laser. Laser thermometry methods are compared with contact and radiation ones. Problems are discussed in relation to the general use of the new methods in engineering monitoring. The main problem is the lack of metrological support.

Metrological support to parameter measurement for nanoparticles in technological media

Methods are considered for measuring the parameters of nanoparticles in natural and technological media as used in the nanoindustry. Exact monitoring is required for the parameters of the medium where the nanoparticles are suspended in order to obtain reliable measurement data. Measurement methods are examined for the nanoparticle size range 5–100 nm for aqueous and gaseous media in order to set up a metrological suite for measuring the parameters of nanoparticles in these media.
