白炭黑填充SSBR T1534硫化胶在拉伸疲劳过程中的性能变化   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0

研究白炭黑填充充油溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR T1534)硫化胶在拉伸疲劳过程中的性能变化,并与白炭黑填充非充油SSBR(SSBR T2000R)硫化胶进行对比.结果表明:SSBR T1534硫化胶的拉伸性能在拉伸疲劳过程中明显下降;其交联密度随拉伸疲劳次数的增加呈下降趋势,而SSBR T2000R硫化胶则变化不大;SSBR T1534硫化胶的损耗因子(tanδ)峰值显著增大,峰变宽,而SSBR T2000R硫化胶的tanδ峰值随拉伸疲劳次数的增加略有增大,峰明显变宽;当拉伸疲劳次数相同时,SSBR T1534硫化胶的储能模量(E')及Payne效应均低于SSBR T2000R硫化胶,且其E',损耗模量和tanδ值在拉伸疲劳过程中的差别不大.  相似文献

研究炭黑/白炭黑并用对胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明:混炼温度影响炭黑/白炭黑并用填充胶料的挤出性能和外观;炭黑/白炭黑并用填充胶料的门尼焦烧时间和t90与炭黑填充胶料相比均明显缩短,并随着白炭黑用量的增大呈延长趋势;随着炭黑/白炭黑并用体系中白炭黑用量的增大,硫化胶的100%和300%定伸应力减小,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大,耐臭氧老化性能明显改善,压缩疲劳温升和滞后损失减小,Payne效应呈现先减弱后增强的非线性变化趋势。  相似文献

通过改变白炭黑粒子的网络化程度,系统地研究了其填充天然橡胶在拉伸疲劳过程中的介观结构及动态粘弹性能。结果表明,硫化胶疲劳寿命与白炭黑粒子的网络化程度呈线性关系;疲劳试验后,硫化胶Payne效应的下降幅度与白炭黑粒子的网络化程度正相关;疲劳前试样的损耗因子tanδ达到峰值时所需应变高于疲劳后试样;tanδ随疲劳程度的增大而升高,疲劳前试样的E′值对温度的依赖性较强,填充50份白炭黑的NR橡胶E′下降过程可分为2个阶段;白炭黑粒子在疲劳过程中出现一定程度的团聚现象。  相似文献

将改性白炭黑和改性硅土悬浮液分别与天然胶乳共混,制得白炭黑/天然橡胶母炼胶和硅土/天然橡胶母炼胶,将两种母炼胶按不同比例共混,制得白炭黑/硅土/天然橡胶复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:加入一定量硅土后,白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性提高,白炭黑/硅土填充胶料的流动性改善,硫化速率增大,Payne效应明显减弱,损耗因子(tanδ)均小于硅土填充胶料,滚动阻力减小;硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度均随着硅土用量增大而增大,拉断伸长率明显大于硅土或白炭黑填充硫化胶,tanδ值较小。  相似文献

研究偶联剂Si69用量对多相炭黑G10填充半钢轮胎胎面胶性能的影响,并与炭黑及炭黑/白炭黑并用填充胎面胶性能进行对比。结果表明:与炭黑填充胶料相比,炭黑/白炭黑并用填充胶料的门尼粘度较大,t90延长,t10缩短;与炭黑/白炭黑并用填充胶料相比,多相炭黑G10填充胶料的门尼粘度明显减小,t90缩短,混炼胶的Payne效应明显减弱,硫化胶的拉伸强度增大,阿克隆磨耗量和DIN磨耗量减小,压缩生热明显降低,混炼胶中炭黑分散性明显改善;随着多相炭黑G10填充胶料中偶联剂Si69用量的增大,胶料硫化特性和物理性能变化不大,损耗因子减小,其中偶联剂Si69用量为白炭黑用量8%的胶料生热较低,多相炭黑G10分散效果较好。  相似文献

研究动态拉伸疲劳对未填充SBR胶料和白炭黑填充SBR胶料网络结构和物理性能的影响.结果表明,随着拉伸疲劳次数的增加,SBR胶料的交联密度减小,且白炭黑填充SBR胶料的交联密度大于未填充白炭黑SBR胶料;拉伸疲劳后SBR胶料产生共轭的端二烯基结构;随着拉伸疲劳次数的增加,未填充和白炭黑填充SBR胶料的物理性能先提高后下降;拉伸疲劳后SBR胶料的弹性模量降低,高弹态温度区间内损耗因子增大.  相似文献

研究炭黑品种及用量对胎侧胶耐屈挠性能的影响。结果表明:固定胶料硬度(邵尔A型硬度为75度)时,随着炭黑粒径的增大,胶料的Payne效应减弱,热稳定性能下降,定伸应力增大,拉伸强度减小,压缩疲劳温升和耐屈挠性能降低;固定炭黑品种(N550)时,随着炭黑用量的增大,胶料的Payne效应增强,硬度提高,定伸应力增大,拉断伸长率减小,压缩疲劳温升和耐屈挠性降低;炭黑品种和用量相同时,添加环保芳烃油会降低胶料的压缩疲劳温升和耐屈挠性能。  相似文献

研究不同白炭黑用量对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:在SSBR/NdBR并用体系中,随着白炭黑用量的增大,胶料的门尼粘度、FL和Fmax增大,门尼焦烧时间和t10缩短,t90延长;硫化胶的硬度和100%定伸应力增大,拉断伸长率、回弹值、DIN磨耗指数和动态切割量呈减小趋势,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,在白炭黑用量为80份时达到最大值;硫化胶的玻璃化温度呈降低趋势,0 ℃时的损耗因子(tanδ)先增大后减小,60 ℃时的tanδ增大;胶料的Payne效应增强,白炭黑分散性下降;硫化胶的湿地抓着性能先提高后降低,当白炭黑用量为110份时达到最佳。  相似文献

研究白炭黑/炭黑填充星形溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)和分子链自由末端用硅氧烷基团封端改性星形SSBR(S-SSBR)的物理性能、动态力学性能和微观结构。结果表明:随着偶联剂用量(硅氧烷基团物质的量)的增大,星形SSBR复合材料的拉伸强度先增大后减小,S-SSBR复合材料的拉伸强度先减小后增大;星形SSBR和S-SSBR复合材料的300%定伸应力呈增大趋势,压缩疲劳温升降低,0℃下损耗因子(tanδ)增大,60℃下tanδ值减小。当复合材料中硅氧烷基团的物质的量相同时,与星形SSBR复合材料相比,S-SSBR复合材料定伸应力和0℃下tanδ值的增幅、压缩疲劳温升和60℃下tanδ值的降幅较大,填料的分散性较好。  相似文献

TPVs filled with different amounts (0–50 phr) of carbon black were prepared via melt mixing by dynamic vulcanization in Haake plasticorder at 150°C and 40rpm and then the properties of them were studied. Torque-time curves showed that the curing degree reached a biggest value at 10 phr and then decreased with the increase of filling content while the curing rate was always rising. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tear strength, modulus as well as hardness increased with the increment of carbon black content while the tension set at break was reduced dramatically. Two phase morphology was observed by SEM photographs and the effect of carbon black on curing extent was testified. To illuminate the effect of carbon black, curometer curves and carbon black dispersion pictures were also analyzed. Rubber processing analyzer (RPA) experiments proved that there was a progressive nonlinear behavior, which was more and more clearly expressed with the increment of carbon black content and could be explained via the Payne effect. But the TPVs containing highest carbon black exhibited the fastest drop of G′ with increasing strain amplitude as obtained from the value of G0′ − G′. The order of tanδ at different carbon black content was tanδ (10 phr) < tanδ (0 phr) < tanδ (30 phr) < tanδ (50 phr) at lower strain amplitude. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究了炭黑N234/白炭黑175Gr共混比对BR/SBR共混胶加工性能、物理机械性能和动态物理机械性能的影响。研究表明,当填料总用量不变时,炭黑/白炭黑共混能有效减弱填料网络的形成。当质量比为40/40时,共混胶佩恩效应最低,门尼粘度最小,物理机械性能最好;加入硅烷偶联剂可使白炭黑与橡胶产生化学结合,提高了化学交联密度,使硫化胶回弹性提高,动态损耗因子降低,有利于降低轮胎滚动阻力。  相似文献

研究了石墨/炭黑填充的NBR/EPDM导电复合材料力学性能、动态力学性能和压阻、温阻特性。结果表明,随NBR用量的减少,复合材料拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断伸长率均降低;与纯胶相比,填料在NBR/EPDM中分散性变差,复合材料Payne效应和损耗因子都增大。电阻率测试结果表明,NBR/EPDM并用胶电阻率明显低于纯胶;恒温下其电阻率随压力的增大先减小后增大;恒压下其电阻率随温度的升高而减小;NBR/EPDM并用比不同时,复合材料电阻率随压力、温度的变化趋势不尽相同。  相似文献

研究了白炭黑比表面积及用量对SSBR/BR并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着白炭黑用量的增大,所选3种白炭黑填充的胶料正硫化时间均有不同程度的延长;比表面积较大的白炭黑Z1165MP和白炭黑175GR对胶料焦烧时间的影响较大;白炭黑用量少于70份时,随着白炭黑比表面积的增大,硫化胶拉伸强度和撕裂强度均明显增大,硬度和生热量同时升高,回弹性降低。混炼胶和硫化胶的Payne效应及60℃损耗因子均随3种白炭黑的用量和比表面积的增大而增大。  相似文献

研究了不同的炭黑( N 330,N 550,N 770,N 990) 、甲基丙烯酸锌及炭黑N 770 与甲基丙烯酸锌并用填充氢化丁腈橡胶( HNBR) 的性能,用橡胶加工分析仪和透射电镜分析了填料的分散性、形态变化及其与胶料压缩永久变形的关系。结果表明,随炭黑粒径增大,胶料的力学性能有所降低,Payne 效应减小( 即炭黑的分散性变好) ,压缩永久变形减小。炭黑填充胶料具有较好的耐热老化和耐油性能,相比较而言,炭黑N 770 填充胶料的综合性能最好。在填充30 份( 质量) 炭黑N 770 的HNBR 中并用适量的甲基丙烯酸锌,随其用量增加胶料的强度和扯断伸长率明显增大,压缩永久变形增大,Payne 效应变化不大。透射电镜分析结果表明,高温下长时间压缩后,炭黑粒子间的距离缩短,粒子有聚集现象,但粒子本身未发生变形。这表明炭黑填充胶料的压缩永久变形主要源于橡胶分子结构的变化、炭黑粒子的聚集及分布状态的变化。聚甲基丙烯酸锌在HNBR 中的纳米分散性优异。由于压缩后该离聚体粒子易产生滑移、变形和明显的聚集现象,对大分子网络弹性恢复的阻碍作用远高于炭黑,因而胶料的压缩永久变形比炭黑填充者要大得多。  相似文献

Rubber compounds are reinforced with fillers such as carbon black and silica. The cure characteristics of a filled rubber compound vary with the filler type and content. The influence of the type of carbon black on the cure characteristics of carbon black filled natural rubber compounds is investigated using two types of carbon black (N220 and N550), which are different in primary size and structure. The cure time and cure rate become faster as the carbon black content increases. The crosslink density also increases and reversion resistance is improved with the increase of carbon black content. The cure time and cure rate of the compound filled with N550 are faster than those of the compound filled with N220 at the same level of bound rubber content. In addition, higher crosslink density is also observed in the compound filled with N550 compared to that of the compound filled with N220 at the same level of bound rubber content. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究增塑剂种类和用量以及炭黑种类对乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)性能的影响.结果表明:随着增塑剂用量的增大,硫化胶的物理性能均下降;在相同增塑剂用量下,与加入芳烃油的硫化胶相比,加入环烷油或环保芳烃油(TDAE)的硫化胶的压缩疲劳温升较小.随着应变和增塑剂用量的增大,胶料的Payne效应减弱;在相同增塑剂用量下,加入芳烃油的胶料Payne效应最强.在相同粒径炭黑胶料中,加入TDAE的胶料拉伸强度与撕裂强度最大,压缩疲劳温升最小;加入芳烃油与炭黑N220、N330的胶料Payne效应较强.  相似文献

The effects of hot‐air aging and dynamic tensile fatigue on the network structure and dynamic viscoelastic properties of unfilled natural rubber (NR) vulcanizates were investigated with magnetic resonance crosslink density spectrometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy/attenuated total reflection (FTIR–ATR), and dynamic mechanical analysis. The results showed that there was a carbonyl weak absorption peak at 1723 cm?1 in the FTIR–ATR spectra of unfilled NR vulcanizates after hot‐air aging; The crosslink density decreased continuously as the aging time increased. The dynamic modulus of an aged specimen declined considerably, and the value of tan δ after 72 h of aging greatly increased. There was a large difference in the FTIR–ATR spectra of unfilled NR vulcanizates before and after tensile fatigue. The peaks at 1597, 1415, and 1015 cm?1 increased concurrently with the tensile fatigue time. Initial analysis suggested that structures such as conjugated dienes appeared in the network structure. The modulus declined sharply, whereas the value of tan δ increased noticeably, after tensile fatigue. The effects of hot‐air aging and tensile fatigue on the crosslink density and FTIR–ATR spectra of unfilled NR vulcanizates were different, but both affected the viscoelastic properties dramatically. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
