研究了金属粉末注射成形新型PEG基热塑性粘结剂的注射料性能。结果表明:新型PEG基粘结剂与Fe-2Ni粉具有较强的相互作用,混合均匀性好,且粉末装载量高,注射料注射成形性好。 用新型PEG基粘结剂和Fe-2Ni粉所制备的注射是一种假塑性流体,具有良好的流变性能,粘结剂各组元用量及粉末装载量使注射料的粘度、非牛顿指数、粘流活化能发生变化,影响注射料流变性能。  相似文献

应用无料钟多环布料数学模型对某高炉布料后料面进行模拟,寻求中心开放较平坦的凸台型料面.研究发现,在小角度差条件下布料,很难形成平坦的凸台型料面;只有在大角度差、大环位环数差条件下布料,才有可能得到近似平坦的凸台型料面.增加边缘矿石量和中心焦炭量以及在减少布矿溜槽倾角和增加布焦溜槽倾角的混合布料时,提高料线或增加矿石批重均可实现中心开放较平坦的凸台型料面.同时还发现,调整布料参数时,有时也有无规律现象发生.  相似文献

Steel may be produced in an arc furnace from reduced iron-ore pellets that are supplied to the melt through hollow electrodes. Thermoelectric aspects of this process are considered. A method of charging the pellets in accordance with the thermal conditions in the furnace is proposed. The new method of pellet charging intensifies batch melting and reduces metal losses and dust emissions from the furnace.  相似文献

Burden distribution in a blast furnace is vital to its smooth running. However, it is difficult to directly measure the burden distribution for an operating blast furnace. Therefore, mathematical models have been applied to guide the charging process to achieve the desired burden distribution. The accuracies of such models depend on the prediction of falling curve, stockline profile formation, and burden descent mode. In this study, a new stockline profile formation model is proposed in which new equations have been developed for the inner and outer repose angle by considering the influence of the burden flow's vertical and horizontal velocity at the apex of the stockline profile. Validation of this new stockline profile formation model is provided through comparison between calculated results and experimental data for stockline profile. A stepped burden descending strategy, in which the burden would descend through a specified distance after each ring charging process, is proposed corresponding to the successive charging process. The influence of the burden descending strategy on the falling point, the final burden profile and radial depth ratio of ore to coke is also analysed. The result shows that the burden descending strategy greatly affects the final burden distribution, especially in the peripheral region.  相似文献

针对目前高炉原燃料质量恶化导致料柱压差升高的现状,寻求通过布料改善料柱透气性的方法.研究表明:不同粒径颗粒的混合会减小散料层的空隙度,降低透气性;减少颗粒混合,可以提高空隙度.为了改善散料层的透气性,研究了原燃料按颗粒大小分级布料的方式、不同粒级炉料的装料顺序及周期,同时分析了串罐、两并罐及三并罐无钟炉顶的布料特点.研究结果对降低高炉料柱压差及保障高炉稳定顺行有重要作用.   相似文献

Using an information and simulation system, the smelting characteristics and processes in blast furnace 9 at OAO ArcelorMittal Krivoi Rog are analytically studied. The characteristics are predicted with variation in the charging parameters so as to reduce coke consumption. After confirming the coke economy at the working furnace, the new charging parameters are established for constant operation.  相似文献

After tests at OAO Chelyabinskii Metallurgicheskii Kombinat, a new protocol has been introduced for blast-furnace charging. The proposed cycle consists of several mixed deliveries (ore + coke) and finally the delivery of several charging ladles with a single type of coke. This protocol has now been introduced at all three blast furnaces, with decrease in coke consumption and increase in furnace productivity.  相似文献
