红磷、聚磷酸铵增效Al(OH)_3/Mg(OH)_2阻燃HDPE的研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
通过测定氧指数和差热分析,研究了红磷、聚磷酸铵对于Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2混合填充阻燃HDPE的增效作用.实验结果表明:虽然红磷、聚磷酸铵本身对HDPE的阻燃效果不佳,但它们都能增效Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2阻燃HDPE,红磷的增效作用比聚磷酸铵更好.  相似文献

由Na2MoO4·2H2O和Na2HEDP·5H2O合成了有机膦合钼聚多酸盐Na8[(HEDP)2Mo5O21]·5H2O。用Na8[(HEDP)2Mo5O21]·5H2O的溶液处理A3钢,获得了具有一定耐蚀性的黄色转化膜,适宜的工艺条件为:浓度16g·L-1,pH3.5,温度50℃,时间80s。本文还报告了膜层的XPS和AES分析结果。  相似文献

研究了多种阻燃剂,包括Sb2O3、Al(OH)3、CPC、DBDPO对聚丙烯/高密度聚乙烯/乙丙橡胶(PP/HDPE/EPR)三元共混体—增韧聚丙烯—阻燃性能的影响;阻燃剂间的协同作用;并探讨了阻燃机理。结果表明:1、AL(OH)3的重量含量超过40%时,阻燃效果显著;2、三种阻燃剂(Sb2O3、DBDPO、CPE)并用,阻燃效果明显提高,含卤化合物(DBDPO与CPE)是Sb2O3重量的四倍时,阻燃性能最佳;3、Sb2O3与DBDPO并用时,当Br/Sb的摩尔比为3∶1时阻燃效果最好  相似文献

研究了三元乙丙橡胶熔融接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的接枝反应温度、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)及GIM用量对EPDM-g-GMA/NR动态硫化共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明:与直接静硫化胶相比,动态硫化胶的拉伸强度提高了48.2%;接枝反应温度8为160℃、DCP用量为0.3份、GMA用量为3 ̄5份时,动态硫化共混物的力学性能较好。另外红外光谱测试结果表明,在EPDM上已成功接枝了GMA。  相似文献

本文介绍用DCPO作引发剂,通过熔融挤出接枝法制备HDPE/PA1010共混体系增容剂MPE的工艺研究。实验结果表明,通过熔融挤出法可将MAH单体接枝于HDPE,接枝率和MI受挤出温度、螺杆转速、DCPO和MAH用量的影响,其最佳工艺条件为:挤出温度范围180~220℃,螺杆转速25r/min,DCPO和MAH用量分别为0.3份和1.0~1.3份(树脂用量为100份)。文中还对HDPE融熔挤出接枝  相似文献

研究了三水合氧化铝、增塑剂及偶联剂用量对三元乙丙橡胶电性能的影响,结果表明,三水合氧化铝能有效提高三元乙丙橡胶的抗漏电起痕性能及抗腐蚀性能,但同时引起介电常数及损耗因子增大,电阻率下降;增塑剂及偶联剂用量增均使电性能降低,其用量应限定在一定范围内。  相似文献

选择了部分酯类有机化合物(癸二酸二异辛酯,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,磷酸三苯酯)作为EPDM绝热层材料配方的增塑剂,测试了配方的力学性能,粘接性能和加速老化性能。结果表明,癸二酸二异辛酯大量使用后,EPDM绝热层材料配方的力学性能保持稳定,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,磷酸三苯酯大量使用后力学性能降低,当癸二酸二异辛酯含量在10份以下时,EPDM绝热层的各项性能稳定。癸二酸二异辛酯是适用于EPDM绝热层材料配方的增塑剂。  相似文献

Rheology, dynamic mechanical properties, mechanical properties, and morphology of ethylene–propylene–diene rubber/butadiene rubber (EPDM/BR) blends with or without a homogenizing agent or a coupling agent were investigated. AAHR (a mixture of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon resins) was used as a coupling agent. The dynamic mechanical analysis and the morphological studies revealed that EPDM and BR were incompatible and the addition of AAHR was very effective to plasticize the EPDM/BR blend and enhance the compatibility between EPDM and BR. It was found that the addition of an AAHR increased the amounts of bound rubbers and, hence, the vulcanizate properties such as tear strength and fatigue resistance of the EPDM/BR blends were improved. The blends of maleic anhydride-grafted EPDM and BR were also prepared and the properties were compared. The dynamic mechanical analysis and the morphological studies revealed that the addition of TESPT increased the weight of bound rubbers and provided better dispersion of carbon black, resulting in good mechanical properties such as tear strength and fatigue resistance of the vulcanized EPDM/BR blends. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

In this study, ethylene–propylene–diene monomer (EPDM)/fibrillar silicate (FS) nanocomposites were successfully prepared by mechanically blending EPDM with FS, which was modified by silane coupling agent KH570 containing methacryloxy group. The effects of silane content and modified FS on the dispersion of FS and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The impact of water in FS on mechanical properties of the composites was also evaluated. The results showed that modified FS could be dissociated into nanofibers dispersing evenly in the EPDM matrix by increasing substantially the loading of silane through the mechanical blending. The optimum loading level of silane coupling agent was up to 24 phr/100 phr FS. Silane KH570 could improve the dispersion of FS and strengthen nanofibers–rubber interfacial adhesion even at the loading of as high as 50 phr FS, making FS to exhibit excellent reinforcement to EPDM. Too much FS could not be completely dissociated into nanofibers, slowing down further improvement. The EPDM/FS composites exhibited the similar stress–strain behavior and obvious mechanical anisotropy with short microfiber‐reinforced rubber composites. With the increase in silane coupling agent and modified FS, the number of nanofibers increased because of the exfoliation of FS microparticles; thus, the mechanical behaviors would become more obvious. It was suggested that the free water in FS should be removed before mechanically blending EPDM with FS because it obviously affected the tensile properties of the composites. 研究了白炭黑的品种、偶联剂用量和处理方法对白炭黑补强EPDM胶料静态和动态性能的影响;使用扫描电子显微镜分析了磨耗表面的形态及其与强伸性能间的关系;探讨了偶联剂改性白炭黑的作用机理与历程;使用经改造的压缩疲劳试验机测试了橡胶试样在动态下的心部温度。结果表明:白炭黑补强EPDM胶料的各项性能均远低于炭黑补强EPDM胶料,不同品种白炭黑的补强效果差别较大;使用偶联剂Si69处理白炭黑,可显著改善胶料的各项性能,偶联剂用量及改性方法对改性效果有重要影响。  相似文献

采用硅烷偶联剂对煅烧高岭土进行表面改性,研究硅烷偶联剂品种和用量对煅烧高岭土填充EPDM胶料性能的影响。结果表明。硅烷偶联剂对煅烧高岭土填充EPDM胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间影响不大;偶联剂A-17Z的改性作用较为明显,可显著提高EPDM硫化胶的撕裂强度;偶联剂A-172用量过大,对EPDM硫化胶耐溶剂性能不利。  相似文献

研究烷基酚醛树脂用量、硫化剂DCP/TAIC用量比、增塑剂用量以及硫化工艺对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)粘合性能的影响。结果表明:烷基酚醛树脂可提高EPDM与聚酯线绳的粘合性能;随硫化剂DCP/TAIC用量比增大,EPDM与聚酯线绳的粘合性能先提高后保持不变,用量比为9/1时综合性能最佳;EPDM与聚酯线绳的粘合性能随增塑剂2280用量增大几乎呈线性下降趋势;在充分硫化情况下,低温长时间硫化和高温快速硫化工艺对粘合性能影响不大,为提高生产效率,EPDM汽车多楔带可采用高温快速硫化工艺。  相似文献

Paper sludge was used as a filler in PP/EPDM composites and 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (3-APE) was used in this study as a coupling agent. The effects of filler loading and 3-APE on the mechanical properties, water absorption, morphology, and thermal properties of the composites were investigated. It was found that incorporation of a silane coupling agent (3-APE) increased the stabilization (equilibrium) torque, tensile strength, and Young's modulus but decreased the elongation at break and water absorption. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) study of the tensile fracture surface of the composites indicated that the presence of 3-APE increased the interfacial interaction between paper sludge and PP/EPDM matrix. The addition of a silane coupling agent also increased the crystallinity of PP and thermal stability of PP/EPDM/PS composites.  相似文献

A method of chemical modification in situ of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) filled with carbon black was studied. A bifunctional monomer, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), was used as the modifier to improve the dispersibility of carbon black in the rubber and to enhance the mechanical properties of EPDM vulcanizates. The effects of GMA on the structure and properties of EPDM vulcanizates such as determination of cross-linking density and vulcanizing properties as well as mechanical properties were investigated by FT-IR, SEM, and DMTA. The results showed the addition of GMA into carbon black filled EPDM compounds could remarkably improve the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates. The optimum content of GMA was about 5.0 phr when the content of carbon black was 50 phr. The reason for improvement of the mechanical properties might be attributed to the chemical combinations between rubber macromolecular chains and carbon black surfaces by GMA. The action of GMA was similar to a cocuring agent and a coupling agent.  相似文献
