以酒糟及锰矿尾矿为原料,对酒糟-硫酸直接浸取锰矿尾矿中的锰制备硫酸锰的工艺进行了研究,并用正交实验法对酒糟-硫酸浸锰的工艺条件进行了探讨。结果表明,浓硫酸用量对锰的浸出率影响最大,其最佳工艺条件为:V(酸):m(矿)=4:5(mL/g),m(尾矿):m(酒糟)=(15~25):1,液固质量比为5:1,浸取时间为3—3.5h,浸取温度为80~85℃。按该工艺条件浸取锰矿尾矿中锰,锰的浸出率可达96%以上。采用酒糟-硫酸直接浸取锰矿尾矿中锰的工艺,对资源利用和环境保护具有重要意义。 相似文献

开发了低温液相法—浸取剂TE浸取制备不溶性硫磺新工艺。采用正交试验法得出了低温液相法制备不溶性硫磺粗产品的适宜条件:稳定剂用量0.06%,恒温温度250℃,恒温时间60min,急冷液浓度6.0%。并以单因素法对浸取温度、物料比等浸取工艺参量进行了探讨,其合适条件分别为75~80℃,粗粉料∶浸取剂=1∶(12~15)。在最适宜条件下,产品不溶性硫含量可达92%以上。 相似文献

A study has been made of some of the properties of clays, grogs, and body mixtures used by various zinc smelters for the manufacture of zinc retorts. Only minor differences were observed in the properties of the clays. No attempt has been made to offer any of the results as conclusions. The investigation tends to confirm the following points; that the use of reclaimed retort material in the grog for new retorts is of doubtful economy; that, if old bricks or shapes are used as grog, care should be taken that they were originally made of good quality clay and that they are free from slag; that some flint clay of good quality and properly calcined is advisable for at least a part of the grog; and that zinc in a clay or body mixture markedly affects the refractoriness by lowering the deformation value. 相似文献

本文研究了聚硅酸锌絮凝剂处理制革工业废水的效果。试验表明,聚硅酸锌絮凝剂对废水CODCr的去除率达80%,浊度的去除率达98%以上,总Cr和S^2-的去除经达90%以上。比较结果还表明聚硅酸锌絮凝剂的絮凝效果优于聚合硫酸铁。 相似文献

The extraction of zinc was studied with solvents containing bis (2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)phosphinic acid and its monothio and dithio analogues. Comparative data are presented to illustrate the effect of composition (sulphur substitution) on the extraction and stripping characteristics of the three reagents. Special emphasis is given to the selective separation of zinc from sulphate solutions containing calcium. The effect of aralkyl versus alkyl groups in the molecule is also illustrated and important extractant properties such as hydrolytic stability and aqueous solubility are discussed. 相似文献

No brand of oxide on the market is known to the author which does not have to be calcined to obtain satisfactory results in glazes, and it is further noted that a small amount of PbO present in the various grades is an essential constituent for satisfactory calcination. Microscopic examination showed an increase in particle size after calcining, although differences in uniformity of size and shape existed. The effect of zinc oxide in glaze slips was found to be dependent on its particle size and shape. Therefore the control-of consistency of a glaze is simplified by the use of a properly calcined zinc oxide, by which a higher gravity and a more thinning range is obtained. 相似文献
