星形杂臂异戊二烯-丁二烯共聚橡胶的合成与表征 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以环己烷为溶剂、正丁基锂(n-BuLi)为引发剂、四氢呋喃(THF)和五甲基二乙基三胺(PMDETA)为微观结构调节剂、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为偶联剂,采用"臂先"和"核先"相结合的方法合成了星形杂臂异戊二烯-丁二烯共聚橡胶[S-(PI)n-(PB)n],并对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,最佳聚合工艺条件为单体质量浓度0.1 g/mL、温度50~60℃、异戊二烯(Ip)聚合时间1 h;在偶联反应时间为1 h、[DVB]/[Li](摩尔比)为1.0、聚异戊二烯的单臂数均分子量为6×104~10×104的条件下,采用Ip与DVB(摩尔比5∶1)混合后的加入方式进行偶联反应,偶联效率可达70%,S-(PI)n-(PB)n的数均分子量为2.2×105~4.9×105,分子量分布可控制在1.80~2.10,PI和PB的平均臂数可达3~4,凝胶质量分数低于1.0%;当[THF]/[Li](摩尔比)为0.5、[PMDETA]/[Li](摩尔比)为1.0时,S-(PI)n-(PB)n中乙烯基质量分数可以达到63%。 相似文献

Three kinds of star-shaped nylon 6 samples with different branched-chain length were prepared by the hydrolytic polymerization of ε-caprolactam using trimesinic acid as trifunctional reactant. The structure of prepared star-shaped nylons was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and 1H-NMR. Compared with linear-chain nylon 6, star-shaped nylons with the equivalent molecular weight present higher melt flow indices and lower relative viscosities due to decreased molecular dimensions and reduced hydrogen bond interactions between neighboring molecules. The molecular weights of the products were determined by end-group titration and 1H-NMR, and the molecular weight distributions (MWDs) were evaluated by gel permeation chromatography. The results show that the molecular weight decreased and the MWD narrowed as the concentration of trimesinic acid increased. Wide-angle X-ray diffraction patterns of star-shaped and linear-chain nylons show that increasing the concentration of trimesinic acid leads to good symmetry and high crystallizability, but this also degrades crystal perfection as observed using a polarized optical microscope. The viscosity of nylon 6 can be significantly reduced while maintaining its mechanical performance through the use of star-branching and an appropriate concentration of trimesinic acid. 相似文献

The introduction of methacrylic, carboxylic and phosphate functional groups on the core and at the end of the poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) arms in the PEO star-shaped polymers is described. In the polyglycidol (PGL) star-shaped polymers phosphate groups were attached to the PGL arms as side groups. Polymers were characterized by NMR and SEC analysis with triple detection. The conversion of the unsubstituted star-shaped polymers into functionalized has been confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectra. The influence of the length of arms, their structure and the presence of functional groups on melting (Tm) and crystallization (Tc) temperatures and the degree of crystallinity (Xc) by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) has been studied. 相似文献

采用2,5-二甲基-2-乙基己酸钕/二异丁基氢化铝/二氯二甲基硅烷三元稀土配位链转移聚合体系,利用烷基铝封端的链末端保持活性的特点,成功引发了双环己内酯4,4′-二氧杂环庚基-7,7′-二酮(BOD)的开环聚合,制备了中心含聚酯交联核结构的星形聚丁二烯。结果表明,随着聚合反应中BOD用量的增加,所得星形聚合物的重均分子量逐渐增加,同时由于星形聚合物臂数不一致,从而导致其分子量分布变宽。此外,所得星形聚丁二烯的Mark-Houwink方程参数α明显小于线型聚合物,其与传统星形聚合物的α值吻合良好。 相似文献
