针对现代工程技术领域人机一体化系统理论的发展和人机一体化柔性制造系统的研究,提出了先进制造环境中人机协同物流系统的概念,给出了人机协同物流系统的概念模式和体系结构,分析了其中的人机功能分配和人机界面的特点,探讨了人机协同物流系统的设计方法,并简要介绍了一个应用实例。 相似文献

近年来,人机协同因可以提高生产效率和产品质量、降低生产成本,在电子智能制造中发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,现有的人机协同系统开发主要采用操作人员主导或协作机器人主导的方式,操作人员和机器人按照预先定义的指令反应性地执行操作,远未实现机器人自动化和用户认知的有效集成,僵化的人机关系无法胜任复杂的制造任务,也无法减轻操作人员的身心负担。针对这些现状,文中从人机信任、人因安全和人机工效3个关键方面,探讨了人因评估的方法。此外,还对当前人机协同作业中的人因设计进行了总结,以促进更高效、安全和人性化的协作。最后阐述了人机协同当前面临的挑战和未来的发展,为未来的研究指明了方向。 相似文献

为了克服目前智能系统研究存在的局限性,提出建立人机一体化智能系统的新方法,并建立人机一体化智能系统模型,提出人机一体化智能系统的三种实现方法,即在比较适合于人完成任务的情况下,采用“人主机辅”策略实现;在比较适合于机器完成任务的情况下,采用“机主人辅”策略实现;在人、机完成都比较困难的情况下,采用“人机协同”策略实现。汽车驾驶是一件非常复杂的操作,为了提高汽车驾驶的可靠性、安全性,提出了人机一体化智能驾驶的新方法,并以人机一体化智能驾驶模拟系统为例,进行了人机一体化智能驾驶的模拟试验研究。结果表明人机一体化智能驾驶具有很大的可行性和优越性。 相似文献

针对网络化产品协同设计的特点和多种应用需求,提出了多模式协同设计的思想,定义了几种典型的协同设计模式。基于XML和VRML技术,建立了支持网络化协同设计信息集成、过程集成和知识集成的集成模型。设计并实现了一个通用型网络化协同设计支持系统,给出了系统体系结构和实现途径,并以微小卫星研制为背景进行了应用验证。该系统具有柔性和开放性,可扩充,易裁剪,可支持多种协同设计模式,便于构成多种应用系统或与其他系统集成。 相似文献

数控加工技术在人机智能研究中具有显著作用。根据人机一体化的基本思想,提出了人机智能数控CAPP系统。着重阐述了人机智能数控CAPP系统中的数控加工工艺设计模块、人机智能化决策模块和数控加工方法模块等组成部分。通过人机决策任务分配,将适合于计算机的决策任务交给计算机去做;将适合于人的决策任务交给人去做;适合于人机协同决策将共同完成。在人机智能数控CAPP系统中,数控加工工艺的知识获取,采取人主机辅的策略;数控在线检测系统,采用“机主人辅”策略实现;数控加工过程仿真等技术要人机智能决策来实现。人机智能数控CAPP系统具有人机交互功能、工艺规划的实时智能技术和实用性强等特点。 相似文献

Machine material handling is complicated in micromanufacturing since standards are not applied and existing handling systems are not flexible. Usually, machine handling systems are highly dependent of microcomponent properties. If the microcomponent is changed, the handling system is also changed. The aim of this paper is to propose a packaging station based on a standard carrier to provide a product-independent inter-machine handling system. Microcomponents are arranged into standard carriers for unifying transport systems. This packaging station was designed to accomplish micro-bulk-forming requirements, but its modular design and its low microcomponent dependencies permit to easily adapt the station to new applications. 相似文献

Efficient material handling can reduce the amount of work in manufacturing operations. This paper discusses the design of
components and the layout of machines from a material handling perspective. A way to reduce the material handling cost without
compromising the component functionality is to choose satisfactory design options. The relationships between the design of
the components and material handling are analysed to reduce the flow of material in a manufacturing system. In Model I, component
routes are selected for a potential manufacturing system when only limited information regarding the layout of the machines
is available. The selection of component routes is integrated with the determination of machine locations, the layout of single-row
machines, and the layout of multi-row machines with equal areas, respectively, in Model II. Each problem is mathematically

Scheduling of flexible manufacturing systems is a well-known NP-hard problem which is very complex, due to additional considerations like material handling, alternative routing, and alternative machines. Improvement in the performance of a flexible manufacturing system can be expected by efficient utilization of its resources, by proper integration and synchronization of their scheduling. Differential evolution is a powerful tool which proved itself as a better alternative for solving optimization problems like scheduling. In this paper, the authors addressed simultaneous scheduling of both machines and material handling system with alternative machines for the makespan minimization objective. The authors proposed a machine selection heuristic and a vehicle assignment heuristic which are incorporated in the differential evolution approach to assign the tasks, to appropriate machine and vehicle, and to minimize cycle time. 相似文献

基于柔性生产线中立体仓库和运输小车的结构及其可视化控制的要求,设计并实现了功能强大、界面友好的控制系统。控制系统硬件主要基于西门子SIMATICs7200系列可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller, PLC ),同时引入人机界面友好的触摸屏eview—MT5000;软件分别选用西门子Step7编程软件和EV5000触摸屏编程软件。控制系统经实验室模拟柔性生产线测试,结果表明设计的控制系统运行稳定可靠,实现了对立体仓库系统和运输小车的实时监视和控制。 相似文献
