为研究汽车前照灯造型对汽车气动阻力的影响并指导车灯造型设计,提出一种车灯造型参数化方法.结合美学、考虑汽车空气动力学,在分析汽车前部和车灯造型的基础上,总结出车灯造型的3类设计参数;建立了由"考虑美学与气动阻力的车灯造型汽车外流场数值分析简化模型"和正交实验优化算法组成的车灯造型参数设计平台.实例的数值计算和风洞实验验证了文中方法的有效性及参数优化组合的效果.该方法对丰富汽车造型设计和车灯设计、促进其工程化很有意义.  相似文献

生动的气韵,可以说是绘画和造型艺术者们追求的最高目标之一。而要表现出气韵来,最重要的是要有一个载体。那就是造型。当然。产品造型设计也是艺术设计最直观的形态表现载体之一,产品的造型具有具体、可见的特征。就传统文化中的书法、绘画艺术表现形式而言要讲究气韵,产品同样可以通过造型设计的方式。呈现出一种融合“气”与“韵”的艺术美感。而造型设计方案的选取则在很大程度上受到了企业文化、设计工作者设计理念和文化素质等因素的影响。以上因素也正是对产品进行持续优化的关键所在。文章着眼于这一实际情况。以气韵之美为着眼点,结合产品造型设计,首先简要探讨美学层面下气韵的内涵与意义,进而分析产品造型设计中的气韵意义,以此为基础。探讨在当前产品造型设计过程当中,实现与气韵相互融合的设计理念与方法。  相似文献

针对汽车造型设计的方案求解问题,提出基于造型件和利用自适应交互式遗传算法的汽车造型设计方法。在自适应交互式遗传算法中,利用云模型产生自适应交叉概率,而利用个体之间的相似性和进化代数产生自适应变异概率。通过汽车造型设计实验,表明所提出求解算法可以获得满意的汽车造型设计方案,能够降低用户疲劳,具有较高的运行性能。  相似文献

In recent years, the paradigm of “Art thinking” in automobile design has been based on automobiles having both high-tech and high-emotional attributes, relying on car design domain knowledge. The research in car design is indispensable for further developing proficiency in the automobile styling field, and semantic representation is an essential means of realization. In this paper, through online data collection, experts questionnaire from leading O.E.M.s and emerging E.V. companies, and word clustering surveys from transportation design students, 85 semantic attributes were identified, and six groups were obtained. Based on the research results, the semantic category patterns (S.C., D.C., V.T.C., E.C., B.C., G.C.), representative semantics (31 semantic words), and essential cognitive characters (dynamic, powerful, and aggressive) of automobile styling are proposed. The concept of automobile styling stance and its contents and categories are defined. Our findings offer reliable and reusable automobile styling domain knowledge and have implications for redefining cars’ body shapes and aesthetic styles.  相似文献

随着人们对审美需求的提高,A面不仅运用于汽车行业而且广泛运用于其它产品造型设计中,为了提高产品的整体竞争力,产品造型中高品质的A面建模运用显得尤为重要。根据A面的定义和原理分析其连续性和造型规律,通过对Bezier画线、面的拆解、面的拼接等方面优化Rhino A面的建模方法,对比传统建模方法的优劣,完成产品造型A面的建模设计。实验表面,建造的A面光滑顺畅度达到G2连续性要求,这种新方法具有可行性适合产品造型设计中A面的建模。  相似文献

The aim of this work is to carry out the design of an automobile rear seat and the simulation by finite element method (FEM) on its performance using different standard tests. The design is intended for the rear seats of a four-seat vehicle: two front seats and two rear seats. The rear seat set comprises the right and the left seats. Each of these seats is individual and independent so that it can house only a person and is structurally independent of the other one. Two main parts of this work are: (1) design; and (2) analysis by FEM. We carry out the design of the rear seat of a generic automobile, using the CAD Catia V4 software [P. Carman and P. Tigwell, CATIA Reference Guide, OnWord Press, New York, 1998; F. Karam and C.D. Kleismit, Using CATIA, OnWord Press, New York, 2003]. The seat is composed of two very different parts: (a) framework which is the internal structure of the seat, supporting the weight of the occupants and the seat itself, in order to allow the different positions and to assure the durability and correct operation throughout the vehicle's useful life, and (b) foam rubber whose function is to distribute the load, to provide comfort and to give the most aesthetic possible finish to the seat. During the design we have kept in mind criteria such as resistance, safety, durability, aesthetic and lightness; this last property is necessary to achieve fuel economy and a lower inertia in the event of a collision. The standard rules demand that the automobile seats are able to overcome a series of tests, implying the security in the event of a road accident. In this study the tests were carried out by finite element simulations. The software used was Pam-Crash, a well-known non-linear explicit solver of finite elements. From the computer simulation of these tests, stresses and displacement data are obtained for the seat's framework in order to check the correct execution of the demands of the standard rules, carrying out, if necessary, changes in the design within the allowed limits. In this way the use of this tool makes possible to carry out an optimisation of the geometry, materials, etc. of the product before the construction of the prototype, minimising costs and manufacturers’ development time.  相似文献

Product appearance is one of the crucial factors that influence consumers’ purchase decisions. The attractiveness of product appearance is mainly determined by the inherent aesthetics of the design composition related to the arrangement of visual design elements. Hence, it is critical to study and improve the arrangement of visual design elements for product appearance design. Strategies that apply aesthetic design principles to assist designers in effectively arranging visual design elements are widely acknowledged in both academia and industry. However, applying aesthetic design principles relies heavily on the designer’s perception and experience, while it is rather challenging for novice designers. Meanwhile, it is hard to measure and quantify design aesthetics in designing artefacts when designers refer to existing successful designs. In this regard, this study aims to introduce a method that assists designers in applying aesthetic design principles to improve the attractiveness of product appearance. Furthermore, formulas for aesthetic measurement based on aesthetic design principles are also developed, and it makes an early attempt to provide quantified aesthetic measurements of design artefacts. A case study on camera design was conducted to demonstrate the merits of the proposed method where the improved strategies for the camera appearance design offer insights for concept generation in product appearance design based on aesthetic design principles.  相似文献
