Cashmere dyed with Lanasol red reactive dyes has the advantages of bright color, good levelness etc. Due to differences in dye their own performance, the fastness of the Lanasol red dyes to perspiration is not high. Aimed at this problem, Jacobian solid color fastness and color fastness promoting agent are used in improving the fastness to perspiration, by adjusting the pH value, the holding time. The dyeing of cashmere Lanasol red B treatment stage optimal process parameters value after heat treatment temperature is 40 °C, pH value 5, yake solid dosage is 3% (owf). Oxidative protease treatment can improve anti‐felting of wool and also result in its loss of strength. In this study, one kind of microbial transglutaminase (MTG) was applied in the wet process of wool fabrics. The results indicated that transglutaminase could remediate wool damage following hydrogen peroxide and protease anti‐felting finishing, resulting in an increase in wool fabric strength and a decrease in alkali solubility. In addition, the evidence was provided that some cross‐linking through transglutaminase had occurred in the wool protein. The SEM showed that the scale structure became smoother after MTG treating. Analyzing of the thermal behavior revealed that the thermal stability of the MTG‐treated wool was enhanced. UV‐spectrum analysis suggested a decrease in protein extracted from the intercellular cements of the treated wool with MTG.  相似文献

The structural characteristics of covered and non, covered exist among juxtaposed yarns in half, covered structure and under layered combination design mode. Based on the above, application method of half, covered structure in digital jacquard design was presented. By analyzing different covering and coloration relationships among juxtaposed yarns, this paper exhibited digital jacquard fabric design solution with different wefts, influence of single color gray layer order and weft order on fabric color, and weave method in half, covered jacquard fabric change design. The design practices have proven that the unique weft coloration characteristics of half, covered structure can make the surface color of digital jacquard fabric more abundant. Besides, appropriate adjustment of single color gray layer order and weft order for design of half, covered jacquard weave can gain innovative fabric effect like grid design under the precondition of keeping parameters of weaving technology unchanged. © 2018 China Silk Association. Brangus steers (n = 247) finished on pasture were used to evaluate the effects of post-mortem ageing and polymorphism CAPN1 316 and CAPN1 4751 markers on meat tenderness and objective colour measurements (CIEL*a*b*) of m. Longissimus dorsi. Ageing meat for 7 days decreased shear force (SF) by 13.7% and improved a* (8.4%) and b* (10%) compared to ageing for 1 day. No difference between 7 and 14 days of ageing was found for SF, a* and b*. However, L* increased markedly with ageing. Fitting both markers simultaneously, CAPN1 316 showed association with SF and L* and CAPN1 4751 with a* and b*. Fitting the markers individually, CAPN1 4751 affected all traits and CAPN1 316 showed association with SF and L*. Post-mortem ageing and the use of markers represent two independent and alternative tools that could be used for improving quality of meat from Brangus cattle.  相似文献

The Miao nationality is the sixth largest ethnic group in China which has a history of thousands of years. It has created a unique material culture and spiritual culture in its development process and the Miao costume is a highly condensed collection of the material and spiritual culture of the Miao nationality. As one of the unique symbols of Miao culture the Miao costume has profound cultural heritage and cultural connotations. The patterns of the Miao costume are particularly eye-catching as they not only symbolize the wisdom of the Miao people in thousands of years of production and life but also symbolize the pursuit of the good spirit of the Miao people. However under the impact of modern pop culture and foreign culture these cultural symbols are gradually disappearing. In order to protect and inherit them the Miao costume pattern segmentation has become the most important work. However the Miao costume pattern segmentation is quite difficult. At present there are few studies on the extraction classification identification and preservation of the features of Miao costume pattern segmentation. With the excellent segmentation performance of the U-Net model and the advantages of easy deployment the paper improves the basic structure of the U-Net model and proposes a Miao costume pattern segmentation algorithm based on the RSKP-UNet Residual Selective-Kernel Parallel U-Net model. The algorithm adds Residual modules in the encoder part of the U-Net model to improve the feature extraction capability of the model and embeds the SKNet modules and ParNet modules in the decoder part to enhance the feature expression capability of the model. The paper uses evaluation metrics to measure the segmentation performance of the model and compares it with four segmentation models based on deep learning. The paper not only combines the current research focus-deep learning and attention mechanism but also introduces the Lovász-hinge loss function to effectively solve the problem of class imbalance in the Miao costume patterns. The RSKP-UNet model is better than other models in various segmentation indicators. Compared with the benchmark model U-Net the Dice coefficient IoU precision recall and accuracy are improved by 6. 98% 11. 07% 2. 89% 6. 75% and 3. 92% . The segmentation algorithm proposed in this paper realizes the extraction of the element content of the Miao costume patterns through image segmentation of Miao costume patterns which can be used to build the Miao costume pattern database in this way thus helping designers relevant researchers and organizations to provide research foundation and completing the protection and inheritance of the Miao costume culture. Equine β-casein and, in a lesser extent, αs1- and κ-caseins were good substrates for plasmin in solution. The Lys47–Ile48 bond of β-casein was readily hydrolysed leading to the production of γ-like caseins of 23 kDa. These γ-like caseins were degraded by plasmin in solution subsequently to their formation. The presence of PP5-like peptides of 20 kDa associated to caseins seemed to arise from endogenous plasmin activity in equine milk. Their formation was, however, not obvious in solution, as the amino-terminal region of β-casein seemed to be readily hydrolysed by plasmin. γ-caseins were generated when a sodium caseinate solution was incubated at 37°C and pH 8.0 for 24 h or when caseinate was stored in a freeze-dried form at 7°C for 2 years. This might be due to the presence of low amount of endogenous plasmin associated to equine caseinate as evidenced by assays with a specific synthetic substrate.  相似文献
