In this papar, wool fabric was firstly treated with reducing agent and then fininshed by wool keratin solution at certain condition. The application of wool keratin solution on the anti-pilling fininshing was investigated. The results showed that during the dissolution of wool, the high molecular weight of keratin decreased with the increasing of dissolving temperature. The wool keratin solution finishing improved the antipilling property of the fabric, but not enough. The treatment of reducing agent on wool fabric and the fininshing with wool keratin solution could greatly improved the anti-pilling property of wool fabric.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to design the cashmere-like wool clothing with the material properties. We would design cashmere wool clothing suitable for middle-age and old-age people. There are a lot of problems in middle aged clothing such as the style, incomplete specifications. we have to slove it by designing the middle aged clothes. This article compared the performance of three materials including acrylic, down jacket and cashmere-like wool. The design of the acrylic winter clothing should be applied to the design of the cashmere-like wool clothing. At the same time, we explored the middle aged clothing market and analysed the middle aged consumption custom. We got that natural fiber materials are popular by middle-aged people. This thesis will focus on the fleece winter clothes wear style. Ultimately, there will be more and more clothes styles of cashmere-like wool winter clothes popular with middle aged people.  相似文献

In this study, the wool fabric suitable for digital inkjet printing was designed and development by optimizing spinning and weaving process parameters. The influences of yarn steaming process, single slurry and different proportions composite slurry on digital inkjet printing quality were discussed. The results showed that the low temperature and short time secondary steaming process was used in order to increase color absorption capacity of fiber. It should be a reasonable choice of spinning and weaving speed, and reduce the generation of defects for improving the quality of printing. The composite slurry printing quality was better than single slurry, and the printed fabric had a high color yield, pure color and a clear pattern with the ratio of DGT-7 to alginate 2: 2.  相似文献

The experimental material uses doubling and twisting yarn worsted fabric of wool and bamboo charcoal filament attached to new green environmental fiber. It selects tensile property, antiwrinkle performance, moisture permeability and UV protection performance in particular. The result is all new products have better tensile property and moisture permeability compared with wool and bamboo charcoal filament interlacing fabric. Moisture permeability of doubling and twisting yarn fabric increases and UV protection performance falls off gradually when weight and weave is equation of all fabric. It also gets No. 1 sample has optimal performance in four properties when the content of bamboo charcoal filament is 29.5% ,the twist is 58.5 twist/10 cm, the weave is plain, the square meter gram weight is 144 g/m2 by product performance rank method.  相似文献

The natural dyes was extracted from mature Phytolacca berries for wool fabric dyeing, the influence of different dyeing process parameters on the dyeing depth was investigated in the case of direct dyeing, Al3+ as mordant was applied to improve the dyeing fastness, the antibacterial properties of dyed wool fabric was tested. The results showed that: the dyeing depth K/S value increased with the ratio of solid to liquid and tended to flatten when the ratio was 1 : 8. 33. The K/S value increased with temperature, the dyed fabric color changed from red to pale yellow when the temperature was over 60 °C. The K/S value declined with NaCl concentration increased. The K/S had maximum color yield when the pH value was 3.5. Al3+ could improve the washing and rubbing fastness of dyed fabric. The dyed fabric had good antimicrobial properties.  相似文献

The influence of process parameters on uniformity of wettability improvement of wool fabric treated by atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) wettability was explored. The wool fabrics were treated by APPJ under different oxygen flow rate, jet-to-substrate distance and treatment time. The wetout time of wool fabrics before and after APPJ treatment was measured. The diffusion photos of water drop on wool fabric surface were taken by digital camera. The morphological and chemical changes on the fiber surface were characterized by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) respectively. It was concluded that the uniformity of wettability improvement of wool fabric treated by APPJ increased and then decreased with the increasing oxygen flow rate and jet-to-substrate distance and increased with the increasing treatment time.  相似文献

Due to the long period of nomadic, migration and mixed living state, there were few written records about the clothing style in quite a long time, regardless of the unofficial history. No kind of clothing and pattern could be found before the Qing dynasty. This paper takes the epic of She minority " Gao Huang Ge" and fragmented historical data as the clue and depends on investigation records (such as "Alien races Picture of Qing Dynasty") about the She minority in Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China, clothing style in the pictures and the clothing collected by Fujian and Zhejiang Museum to sort out and analyze these materials from the perspective of sociology and costume design. This paper mainly focuses on the performance of three elements and "legacy of ancestors" in the clothing, proposes and summarizes the concept and characteristics of typical style of She minority clothing. © 2017 China Silk Association. Linen fabric is more and more popular in the world for its special air permeability and antibacterial property, but its softness property is worse. In this paper, fabric breaking strength, capillary effect, drape as an indicator. Alkali cooking, enzyme treatment and soft finishing, are usually used to make linen fabric soft. Comparing the experiment results, the following conclusions can be obtained. Linen fabric treated by alkaline cooking method can make it soft. The fracture strength has a greater damage. It also cause pollution to the environment. Enzyme treatment can not only achieve the desired soft effect, but also do not have a greater impact on the breaking strength of the fabric and the environment.  相似文献

Silk, like finishing of pure polyester fabric has been a common industrial treatment method. This method can make polyester fabric closer to the texture of natural silk in terms of drapability and hand feeling. To study the improvement effect of silk, like finishing on fabric drapability, five types of polyester fabrics were treated in different conditions. YG811 fabric drapability tester was used to test the drape coefficient, and the main mechanical performance index was tested by the FAST fabric style tester. It is verified that the silk, like finishing conditions of and structural parameters of fabric have a significant influence on the drapability of treated fabric. For the same fabric with different silk, like finishing, its drape coefficient shows a negative correlation with weight loss ratio and has a linear relation with shear stiffness and bending rigidity. © 2018 China Silk Association. In order to decrease polyester dyeing temperature, and realize one-bath dyeing of wool, polyester blended fabric, environmental friendly inodorous carrier emulsion with good stability was preparation, the effects of carrier on polyester glass transition temperature, dyeing temperature and carrier amount on polyester dyeing performance were investigated, and solving method of disperse dye staining wool after one-bath dyeing of wool and polyester was discussed. The results showed that carrier had obvious plasticizing effect, polyester can be dyed at 98 °C by using the carrier, the optimum carrier amount was 5% (owf). After one-bath dyeing of wool and polyester, reduction cleaning at 75 °C for 10 min with bath ratio 1 = 50 by using solution containing sodium hydrosulfite 0.6 g/L, sodium carbonate 1.0 g/L, and anionic surfactant AES 1. 0 g/L, which could solve the problem of disperse dye staining wool.  相似文献

Paper folding and molding are often used in the design of modern dress, many of which are paper folding pleats. Wool knitted apparel is a kind of full-fashioned garments. In this article, paper folding pleats are embodied in the pattern design of wool knitted apparel, combining diferent knitting method. More pleated effect pattern with different shapes and regularity and specific styles are deveolped, such as broken shirring, flounced pleat, transverse pleat, diamond niching and twill pleat. Knitting process and pattern samples were given. The result showed that application of paper folding pleats in the pattern design can make it more decorative and spatial modeling. This will enrich the texture effect of wool knitted apparel and is helpful to the diversification of the pattern design.  相似文献

This essay measures the fabrics' thermal properties between bulking wool and regular wool within the same grams per square meter, then finds that the warm-feeling of bulking wool fabric is stronger, and cool-feeling is weaker than regular wool fabric. Within double-board test, the heat resistant property of bulking wool is much better, and within single-board test the bulking wool fabric's heat resistant property is superior to regular wool fabric, but the difference between them diminishes. This fact reveals that wind resistant of bulking wool fabric is not so good, thus it should be utilized with lining. At the same time, a formula is concluded between the thermal property and thickness and air permeability. According to the results of the measurement, we can find that the properties of textile do not depend on fibers completely, and on account of the production technology on some level.  相似文献

Design methods of jacquard fabric were discussed on transforming from figure to interlacing point by CAD software. It can improve added value of productions to use environmentalprotection functional material. Taking a designing of plain and figure weave with weft spandex as an example, design thinking and method and technological parameters were discussed. In wool dyeing and finishing processes, fabric is often treated under conditions of different pHs and is subjected to a variety of physical and chemical environments. This work investigates fabric tensile properties at three different fabric pHs. Wool fabric extensibility under a 5 N/cm load was observed to be greatest at the wool isoelectric point of pH 4.8 and lower at both pH 2.1 and pH 7.2. The impact of pH on fabric extensibility was found to be similar to the variation in fabric hygral expansion previously observed. Fabric stress–strain curves at different pHs showed that for a given fabric extension level, the work required to stretch a fabric was less at pH 2.1 than at pH 4.8. These results suggest that the strength of wool fabric is at maximum when the pH of the fibres is close to the wool isoelectric point and that for consistency, the pH of fabric should be adjusted before standard strength tests are carried out.  相似文献

The blended yarn was produced by 15% milk protein fiber and 85% wool. To ensure the dyeing effect, the milk protein fiber and wool were dyeing with soft water respectively. Before spinning, it should pretreat the milk protein fiber with 1% (owf) antistantic agent and 0. 9% (owf) hair oil, to match the moisture at 13% -14%. Gilling put 6 word needle comb and the antistatic coating rubber roller, which speed was low. In this study, plasma treatment was used to modify the surface properties of wool fabrics by partial removal of the scales and the lipid layer. The effects of low‐pressure pseudo‐discharge in oxygen gas on the dyeing properties of untreated and pretreated wool fabrics are discussed. Three dyes were used, namely acid dye, 1:2 metal complex dye and reactive dye. Different exposure times (1–5 min) of oxygenated plasma treatment were effected to improve the hydrophilicity, wettabillity, dyeability and the washing and light fastness properties of the dyed wool fabrics (which were increased by increasing the plasma exposure time). Also, the washing and light fastness properties of the chitosan‐treated wool fabrics were investigated. In addition, the presence of chitosan before or after the plasma exposure had no effect on the washing and light fastness properties of the wool fabrics.  相似文献

This study is designed to identify the damage of the broken-holes on woollen fabric. We can use optical microscope, SEM and chemical method to identify the cause of the broken-hole. Under the optical microscope, if the damaged fibers appear a lunate gap or prominence on the cross section, it can belong to moth damage, if there are broken filaments on the cross section of damaged fibers, it can be regarded as mechanical damage, if the fibers stick together,it can be attributed to heat damage. Under the SEM, if the cross section is smooth, it is mechanical damage, otherwise it is moth damage. Under the treatment of saturated bromine, the moth damaged fiber bubbles at 92 seconds, while the mechanical damaged fiber bubbles at 37 seconds.  相似文献
