This study presents a dynamic analysis of a rub-impact rotor supported by two turbulent model journal bearings with non-linear suspension. The dynamics of the rotor center and bearing center are studied. The analysis of the rotor-bearing system is investigated under the assumptions of turbulent lubricant flow and a short bearing approximation. The spatial displacements in the horizontal and vertical directions are considered for various non-dimensional speed ratios and dimensionless unbalance parameter. The numerical results show that the stability of the system varies with the non-dimensional speed ratios and the non-dimensional unbalance parameters. The contribution of this study is to provide a further understanding of the characteristics and dynamic behaviors of the rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

在考虑非线性油膜力的基础上,建立了具有碰摩故障的转子-轴承系统的动力学模型。用数值方法研究了在非线性油膜力作用下具有碰摩故障的转子系统的动力学特性,并研究了当改变其中一个支承轴承润滑油的粘度时,转子系统的动力学特性。研究发现,随着一轴承润滑油粘度的降低,转子系统亚临界角速度区的混沌区域和拟周期区域扩大了。该结果为采用不同粘度润滑剂的转子-轴承系统的优化设计、安全运行和故障诊断等提供了一定的理论参考  相似文献

研究了不同类型轴承支撑下的转子碰摩故障振动特征。首先,采用了计及回转效应、剪切效应及横向扭转的梁单元建立了实验装置转子的有限元分析模型;然后,通过二维计算流体力学方法得到不同类型轴承的动力学参数;最后,在此基础上,结合非线性动力学理论,分析比较了转子在圆柱轴承、可倾瓦轴承等5种轴承支撑下的碰摩非线性动力学行为。研究结果表明:在椭圆轴承、五瓦轴承和四瓦可倾瓦轴承支撑下,系统主要表现为同频周期运动;而对于圆柱轴承和四油叶轴承支撑,系统会出现较复杂的运动。本研究工作是对之前转子碰摩非线性动力学研究的扩展,所得计算结果可为大型高速旋转机械系统动态设计制造和碰摩故障的诊断和控制提供理论参考。  相似文献

A numerical analysis of a rigid rotor supported by relative short aerodynamic journal bearings is presented for nonlinear dynamic behaviors and bifurcation. The compressible Reynolds' equation is solved by the finite differences method and the successive over relation method and a time-dependent mathematical model for aerodynamic journal bearings is studied. A comparison of the results for the system state trajectory, Poincaré maps, power spectra, and bifurcation diagrams is made and dynamic behavior of the rotor center in the horizontal and vertical directions under different operating conditions is analyzed. The analysis shows how the existence of a complex dynamic behavior comprises periodic and subharmonic response of the rotor center. This paper shows how the dynamic behavior of this type of system varies with changes in bearing number and squeeze number.  相似文献

This paper studies the behavior of a flexible rotor supported by a herringbone-grooved gas journal-bearing system. A hybrid method is employed to develop a time-dependent mathematical model of the bearing system. The finite difference method is employed with the successive over relaxation technique to solve the Reynolds equation. The system state trajectories, Poincaré maps, power spectra, and bifurcation diagrams are used to analyze the dynamic behavior of the rotor and the journal center in the horizontal and vertical directions under different operating conditions. The analysis reveals a complex dynamic behavior comprising periodic and quasi-periodic responses of the rotor and the journal center. The present numerical study illustrates the relationship between the dynamic behavior of this type of system and the rotor mass and bearing number. As such, the present results provide a deeper understanding of the non-linear dynamics of gas film rotor-bearing systems.  相似文献

This study performs a dynamic analysis of a rotor supported by an oil-film journal and thrust bearings. The analysis of the rotor-bearing system is investigated under the assumptions of an incompressible lubricant, a flexible rotor, and negligible side leakage in the thrust bearing. The numerical results show that the nonlinear dynamics of the system vary with the nondimensional speed ratio and the initial value of the displacements in the horizontal, vertical, and axial directions. Specifically, some routes of periodic responses, subharmonic motions into chaos, out of chaos to subharmonic responses, or suddenly into chaos, suddenly out of chaos to periodic ones were found.  相似文献

针对动态油膜力下带有支座松动 碰摩耦合故障的转子 轴承系统的非线性动力学模型,采用数值模拟等方 法,考察其随转速比变化及改变最大松动间隙值时发生松动和碰摩故障的分岔与混沌特性,并分别与相同参数条件 下带有支座松动故障的转子系统和碰摩故障转子系统进行比较,得到如下结论:该耦合故障系统中碰摩与松动故障 主要发生在主共振区、油膜振荡区及转速比大于3.4的转速范围内,发生碰摩故障时系统运动多为混沌运动;随着 松动最大间隙值的减小,碰摩的转速范围越来越大,而发生松动的转速范围越来越小;两种故障的产生相对独立。  相似文献

在同时考虑轴承油膜力和碰摩发生时转静件间的相对速度对非线性摩擦力的影响基础上,构造了双跨碰摩弹性转子-轴承系统动力学模型。对系统单盘和双盘碰摩的非线性动力学响应进行了数值仿真研究,发现该类系统在单盘碰摩时进入混沌的道路是倍周期分岔,离开混沌的道路为倍周期倒分岔,混沌运动区域为一体;双盘同时碰摩时,混沌运动区域中出现了2个明显的独立混沌岛。偏心量的增大,会使得系统响应更加不稳定。研究结果为转子-轴承系统故障诊断、动态设计和安全运行提供了理论参考。  相似文献

Extensive studies on rotor systems with single or coupled multiple faults have been carried out. However these studies are limited to single-span rotor systems. A finite element model for a complex rotor-bearing system with coupled faults is presented. The dynamic responses of the rotor-bearing system are obtained by using the rotor dynamics theory and the modern nonlinear dynamics theory in connection with the continuation-shooting algorithm(commonly used for obtaining a periodic solution for a nonlinear system) for a range of rub-impact clearances and crack depths. The stability and Hopf instability of the periodic motion of the rotor-bearing system with coupled faults are analyzed by using the procedure described. The results indicate that the finite element method is an effective way for determining the dynamic responses of such complex rotor-bearing systems. Further for a rotor system with rub-impact and crack faults, the influences of the clearances are significantly different for different rub-impact stiffness. On the contrary, the influence of crack depths is rather small. The instability speeds of the rotor-bearing system increase due to the presence of the crack fault. The results obtained using the new finite element model, presented for computation and analysis of dynamic responses of the rotor-bearing systems with coupled faults, are in accordance with measurements in experiment. The formulations given can be used for diagnosis of faults, vibration control, and safe and stable operations of real rotor-bearing systems.  相似文献

Nonlinear dynamic model of a vertical rotor-bearing system is developed based on nonlinear bearing forces. Nonlinear dynamic behaviors are studied comprehensively through numerical analyses, such as bifurcation diagrams, waterfall diagrams, rotor center orbits, Poincare maps, and frequency spectrums. Factors which affect those behaviors, including structural arrangement, rotor mass unbalance, clearance and length of bearing, are investigated as well. Analytical results show that, in vertical arrangement, period doubling bifurcation occurs in advance and the system stability decreases dramatically. When the rotor motion becomes unstable, vertical rotor-bearing system generates sub-synchronous vibrations that are much lower than half-frequency component (0.5x). The stability of vertical rotor-bearing system increases with the increases in rotor mass unbalance and bearing length, but it decreases with the increase in bearing clearance.  相似文献

研究了在非稳态油膜力作用下非线性刚度转子系统发生碰摩时的振动问题。建立了非稳态油膜力作用的非线性刚度转子一轴承系统碰摩模型,应用数值分析的方法对其进行研究。通过Poincare截面图、轴心轨迹图、波形图和频谱图,直观地显示了系统在某些参数域中的运动状态。发现了由于油膜力作用出现油膜涡动和反向涡动现象以及倍周期分岔、概周期和混沌等复杂的动力学行为。数值分析结果为该类转子一轴承系统的设计和运行状态控制提供了理论参考。  相似文献

针对考虑松动-碰摩耦合故障的双盘悬臂立式转子-轴承系统,建立了该系统的力学模型和有限元模型,并基于非线性有限元方法和接触理论研究了松动刚度和碰摩间隙两个重要参数对系统动力学特性的影响。通过对在不同松动刚度和不同碰摩间隙时系统动力学特性的研究分析,发现转静件碰摩能够减小松动引起的低频振动,支座松动产生的碰摩具有明显的方向性,从而得出转子系统中诊断松动-碰摩耦合故障的依据。  相似文献

针对含螺栓联接结构的轴承-转子系统,建立考虑陀螺力矩及因螺栓预紧力不均匀产生的初始变形量的非线性转子系统动力学模型。采用法求解转子系统运动方程,通过分岔图、时域曲线、频谱及Poincaré映射图研究存在轴承游隙时转子系统的混沌路径,并分析不同初始变形量及轴承游隙对转子系统非线性振动特性的影响,通过试验验证所得结论的准确性。研究表明,当存在轴承游隙时,预紧力不均匀产生的初始变形量增加会抑制低转速下盘的混沌运动,拟周期运动进入混沌运动状态的转速升高,临界转速附近的振动幅值增加,系统混沌路径发生变化;存在初始变形量时,随着轴承径向游隙增大,系统在低转速工作状态下即进入混沌运动运动状态,拟周期运动进入混沌运动状态的转速降低。研究结果可为含螺栓联接结构的轴承-转子系统设计提供理论参考。  相似文献

Axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearings have been widely applied to precision instrument due to their high accuracy, low friction, low noise and high stability. The rotor system with axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support is a typical nonlinear dynamic system. The nonlinear analysis measures have to be adopted to analyze the behaviors of the axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor nonlinear system as the linear analysis measures fail. The bifurcation and chaos of nonlinear rotor system with three axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing support are investigated by nonlinear dynamics theory. A time-dependent mathematical model is established to describe the pressure distribution in the axial-grooved compressible gas-lubricated journal bearing. The time-dependent compressible gas-lubricated Reynolds equation is solved by the differential transformation method. The gyroscopic effect of the rotor supported by gas-lubricated journal bearing with three axial grooves is taken into consideration in the model of the system, and the dynamic equation of motion is calculated by the modified Wilson-0-based method. To analyze the unbalanced responses of the rotor system supported by finite length gas-lubricated journal bearings, such as bifurcation and chaos, the bifurcation diagram, the orbit diagram, the Poincar6 map, the time series and the frequency spectrum are employed. The numerical results reveal that the nonlinear gas film forces have a significant influence on the stability of rotor system and there are the rich nonlinear phenomena, such as the periodic, period-doubling, quasi-periodic, period-4 and chaotic motion, and so on. The proposed models and numerical results can provide a theoretical direction to the design of axial-grooved gas-lubricated journal bearing-rotor system.  相似文献

A dynamic model was set up for the rotor-bearing system with coupling faults of crack and rub-impact. Using the continuation-shooting algorithm for periodic solution of nonlinear non-autonomous system, the stability of the system periodic motion was studied by the Floquet theory. The saddle-node bifurcation, periodic-doubling bifurcation and the Hopf bifurcation were found. There are peculiar dynamic characteristics of the rotor-bearing system with coupling faults of crack and rub-impact that differs from single fault. The conclusions provide theoretic basis reference for the failure diagnosis of the rotor-bearing system with coupling faults of crack and rub-impact fault.  相似文献

为了研究不同截齿载荷条件下(锐利截齿和磨钝截齿)掘进机截割头和悬臂系统的动力学特性,建立了掘进机截割头-转子-轴承系统的弯扭耦合非线性动力学模型。考虑截割头和转轴之间的花键啮合间隙、滚动轴承接触的非线性因素影响下,推导了掘进机截割头转子系统的动力学微分方程。然后对受到时变载荷下的截割头转子系统动态响应特性进行了分析:在锐利截齿条件下,截割头转子系统在低转速n∈[15,20]时处于混沌和拟周期运动状态,提高转速后系统处于周期运动状态;在截齿磨钝条件下,截割头转子系统的振动明显加剧,混沌运动范围增大,频率幅值波动明显。结果表明:在给定截割煤层硬度、切削厚度等前提下,随着截割转速的升高,系统由混沌运动向周期运动转变。动态分析结果为掘进机的减振和动态设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

针对转子系统动静件间发生碰摩时会引起弹性应变而产生声发射,进而可利用声发射来辨识和诊断碰摩故障的特点,首先对碰摩声发射和碰摩振动信号进行了试验对照研究,讨论基于声发射的碰摩辨识别方法的独特优越性.然后,着重对碰摩声发射的特性进行了试验研究,并借助于小波尺度谱优越的时频分析性能,利用小波尺度谱对碰摩声发射的时频特性、传播特性和频散特性等进行了详细分析.分析结果显示小波尺度谱非常适合碰摩声发射这种频率丰富、非平稳和非线性的多模态波,是模态声发射分析的有力方法.  相似文献
